This place is run by children. I walk in and this kid is kicked back in his chair, eating a burrito while on the phone.... too busy to even help me. Finally gets off the phone and I show him what I'd like.. I request it to be ready by tomorrow, the kid tells me, It will be done in 2 days. He's "too swamped to have it done tomorrow" (Too swamped eating his burrito that is) 2 days for ONE copy! Anyways, the prices here are outrageous. I recommend going to Lithopass Printing in Banning, you will pay $1 vs $60. 2 Days later, when my one copy should be done, no phone call. Terrible service. read more

Beaumont Copy and Draft saved my Mother's memorial. We had ordered very expensive, programs on line but when they arrived, the product quality was so poor and with a font size that required a magnifying glass to read. With only two days before the memorial I was desperate! Alfred took over, redesigning and offering be a beautiful and less expensive alternative to what we had been given. They had fair, competitive rates and were able to give me a reasonable quote very quickly. The experience at the shop was just as great! I don't know if I will ever return. I met the owner Alfred and everything was going well until my job was transfer to his employee. The issues I had I believe were valid: 1. His employee gave me an estimated cost $419 but when my job was ready the cost increase $599. 2. I had to email my original project multiple times due to the employee expressing he didn't receive it. Which he did because he responded to my emails with the attachment of my documents. 3. I didn't receive emails nor phones calls back in a timely manner. This forced me to panic and make multiple face to face visit to the office. 4. The increase in price was revealed to me 2 days before my deadline date. I had no other option but to stay with Beaumont Graphics. Very disappointed in the $180 up charge. If I was informed 1-2 weeks prior I could have found another company to do my two printing jobs. I thrive on Excellent Customer Service and don't mind traveling far and paying a little more. (I need honesty of estimated upfront charges) I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism of Mr. Alfred's employee and that Mr. Alfred forced me to pay for his employee mistake. Though Mr. Alfred gave me a slight discount (I paid $566) I should not have paid anything over $419. Shame on this company for forcing me to pay for their mistake in the original estimated cost. The customer should NEVER have to pay for the company's error. New customer beware. I should have taken head to the previous review on Yelp regarding cost adjustments. read more

They do not respect their client's schedule and they definitively hire unprofessional staff to install their product (because they are under paid via cash). Installation was inaccurate and they will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Alfred, My next text will be written to the "Better Business Bureau" and the city of Beaumont will be getting a complaint as well. it is unfair how you scam your customers, (later I found about the other victims.) They've helped me for a few color printing and the guys there are super nice. I'm not too sure about their prices. Seems like each employee charges a different price for the same color printing. Like support our local stores but not a fan of the prices changes often. read more
