Well I guess because I made a yelp review they blocked off my number completely and refuse to answer me on facebook. I dont appreciate the fake response and the lies acting like they are all innocent. I never did anything wrong and I was always happy and cheerful when I went in there. (god forbid a customer get upset, they dont care!!! they dont need your business! they are not afraid to show it!) A few times I got there 5 mins before closing they wouldn't let me in.. thats when the trouble started... Service has just gone down the drain about a year ago and I am just Done... It was strange how I could never get through on the phone for no reason so when I asked about it the girl gave me a really ugly attitude that was really rude and mean.. (got forbid Im standing right there calling on my cell & they are ignoring the phone ringing since I had it in my pocket while standing right in the store..) then I go to check the website for the next time... as they told me to.... and that didnt work cause I would drive all the way down there when they were supposed to be open.. I cant tell you how many times they keep doing this.. they do not update the website.. Thats a lie!! Now they woulnt even answer on facebook.. They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! It really hurts my feelings!! : .....( I tried talking to them about it really nicely, I tried to make it work.... it was all of a sudden they became other people and stopped being courteous or appreciating the customers... This is my in town go to spot for anything postal related. Always much faster than the post office and there's never a shortage of fun things for sale. They handle everything I ever need from stamps to certified mail. The service is always top notch, friendly and efficient. During the holidays you might catch some decorations inside. I always look around at their selection for possible gift ideas or unique school supplies for my kids. Parking is usually available and not an issue. read more

Our local post office is always nightmarishly crowded so whenever I need postal services I come here! The two girls that are always working are so sweet and helpful. I am usually in and out within a matter of minutes. They have all of the shipping supplies that you would need, and always give a receipt with tracking information. There are alot of little gift and home decor items for sale that fit whatever holiday/Season we happen to be in. My girls loved coming here because they have cute stationary items as well. I wish this was stated here on yelp, as the website and yelp state there is walk-in availability and I was not able to get what I needed done due to not having an appointment. If a service is advertised, it should be available as advertised. Update following business response: The appointment only situation is only temporary. I sale on eBay and often have packages packed from what I thought to be professionals, they didn't properly package it according to usps standards and the item was damaged . I didn't say anything to them about the damage product I eat the cost and thought , oh that everybody sometimes have an off day . I returned to have another item packed for shipping which the package measured about 12 x 12" .The young lady at the counter quoted me a price of $45 , this is without the cost of shipping , as I came with a usps pre-label . I said this is a ridiculous price and took the package to another place for packaging , the total cost end up about $17 . I will never do business with again . read more

This hidden gem is the best. The girls that work behind the counter are so sweet and helpful. They know exactly what I need and how to help me. The service is fast and friendly. I sent my husband there to mail something and told the girls will know what to do. Sure enough they remembered my needs and mail everything for me. This place is amazing. It's very well run. I have been frequenting this shop for over a year and it's always the same 2 girls working. They are extremely kind and helpful. I was shocked when I read reviews that weren't along these same lines. It seams like they changed ownership a little more than a year ago. It's sad that the old owners had such a terrible Yelp review score because this place is truly a gem. I've been coming here for many years, even before when Jamie owned the shop. It's better to come here instead of going to the USPS. I like how all the employees are so kind and friendly. Always with smiles on there faces. Good prices. Always willing to help a customer out. The girls are great. I come in here once a week to every month. It's nice to have this shop close to where I live. They sell all kinds of nice items in there shop. Did the store change ownership?? I like to try and patronize local businesses so I go here at least a few times a year because there are generally no lines and they offer a lot of services versus the post office. Sadly, in the past I have experienced not-so-great customer service with grouchy counter help. They seem to resent your being there!! In particular, an older lady....she is just awful. Today, the new young lady was wonderful!!! So pleasant, multi-tasked while one customer finished their paperwork and I needed to send a package. Forget UPS or the postal service. I hesitate to put a lot of stock into the really bad reviews on these websites because, as someone in the customer service business all of my life, sometimes people are just having a bad day. Unfortunately this place is consistent with the reviews it has received. I know the family that I believe still owns the business and they are really nice people. Today they had a young man working behind the counter, probably late twenties early thirties, who was completely devoid of a personality. He didn't greet the customers as they approached the counter, said as little as he could possibly come up with while interacting, handed you your receipt to sign and then appeared shocked that you might have been waiting for a "thank you". Now, I know most of us patronize the postal retail businesses in town simply because the local post offices are too small, no longer open on Saturdays and talk about not happy campers!! I would like to be giving my business to someone who appreciates that I have the choice to give them my business rather than the traditional option. Because I always seem to be too rushed to have to wait in lines, hate that you can hardly ever find a parking slot at the USPS and most of the time I'm trying to accomplish this on a Saturday, I will likely have to continue either going here or to the Postal Annex near Albertson's which is just as bad. The lines at the post office are always long, but I always zip in and out at AOS. Their staff is very friendly, and they offer a wide range of services including notary and carries common office supplies. Bad experience yesterday 4-18-18 @ about 3:30ish. They guy working the counter was rude and no people skills, my heart hurt for the elderly lady wanting to ship off a package. Let's begin with the ADDRESS is wrong on these websites. This business has MOVED and has a LIFESCAN fingerprinting service which is registered with CTC California Teachers Credential service. They charge $85.00 to have this service BUT no appointment is necessary. The only thing is that it didn't work the first time so now I a have to return and have it redone. ;-( Other than that most of the staff is friendly and helpful.
