These Guys are incredible at their job. Their welcoming atmosphere is accompanied but friendly smiles and polite conversation. Very pleasant to deal with and informational as needed, I have been there when it was extremely busy and none of them ever got stressed or reluctant while dealing with their customers. I would highly recommend them if they have the service you require, I only visit when I have a UPS or FedEx package to send, although they send out USPS mail as well. Have been a customer long before change of ownership in 2019. Used to be run Professionally with the ability to Rely on the fact your mail and packages are handled and cared for. Unfortunately NOT anymore. Their employee Randy is Destroying this Business and Reputation by being consistently rude, belligerent, condescending and very Unprofessional. Whether you call on the phone to ask a simple question (yelled at me for calling 5 minutes before they close) to losing/misplacing packages and mail .Packages that were delivered and received by Post N Ship with an email notification sent by them to me Package has arrived only to get there to be told No package was delivered when in fact have proof package was signed for by Randy with proof of delivery date and signature. Ignored my issue and denied receiving/signing for package. (Turns out a week later finds package that had my name in it the whole time. Apparently was too lazy to bother to look for missing package when it was brought to his attention. Instead of trying to help solve the problem by looking for it, he immediately shifts blame on others with Zero accountability. Recently received another email Notification from Post & Ship a Package arrived. Went to go pick it up and again received Nothing but a belligerent, condescending attitude. Barely looked to see if there was a package for me (2 seconds) then said nothing was there and again shifts blame on someone else meanwhile talking down to me and calling me names. Completely Unacceptable! The Owner needs to be aware of this employee Randy's unprofessionalism and condescending attitude towards their Customers. I said to him it's his job to find packages that were delivered and Randy claps back with swear words saying "he doesn't give a Sh*t" which was again totally out of line, rude and obviously quite apparent. Accountability and Reliability is crucial when dealing with delivery of important mail snd expensive packages. I pay for this service and if you can't rely on a business for being accountable and to be greeted in a professional pleasant manner then What the heck am I paying for? Post & Ship MINUS This place is a hot mess. Used to come in here all the time. The old owner Lance was great and he used run the place very efficiently. But whoever the new owner is does not have a clue. All the great people who used to work here are gone. They are always closed at strange times. No Fedex or UPS. I have mixed reviews about their mailing services. I was shipping a very fragile item out of state. I handed the item to the clerk and he said he will let me know the cost of the packing and shipping. The phone call I received was that the cost would be $172.62. I gave the ok with a credit card. The next day, he advised the item was shipped. The cost was $236.93. I asked why he told me it was $172.62. Randy said he forgot to tell me the shipping wasn't included in my estimate, just the packing. If I knew this, I would never have approved. I don't like being deceived. The package arrived as promised and unbroken. Although it was shipped well, I will not use their service again. read more

I give Post & Ship+ two thumbs up because they are always polite and helpful. We've been with them going on three years and never once had any problems that couldn't be handled. I'm astonished at some of the reviews about Post & Ship. I've stood in line with two of the people that gave poor comments on this place and I'll just say, if you walk in the door with the right attitude and the understanding that normally there's only one person running the entire store, then you should have a great experience. That was not the case for both of these customers that were rude and obviously thought they were entitled to treat people like crap. Beside, the people that run the place have families and I don't fault them one bit for having their priorities on that in order. It is rare they are closed during regular hours anyway. read more

I am a Notary. I dropped two packages yesterday. One package was a fed ex and one was a ups. The package was not delivered today so I got a call from a very upset client. I called to find out why no tracking shows up on Fed ex. I was told no Fed ex pick up happened yesterday. What?.. I now know that store IS NOT on the Fed ex list. DO NOT ship from there. You are NOT guaranteed that the package will be picked up. They do not keep a list of pkgs dropped. Horrible. Should not even be allowed to accept Fed ex if they are not responsible enough to make sure they get mailed out!! read more

I called Post N Ship for an estimate on an artwork I needed shipped. Over the phone quote was $50 to $60. Dropped it off a few days later, and was told packing would be around $40, and wouldn't give a quote for shipping. Three days later, they said the actual costs were $71.46 to pack, and shipping would be $319! Told them to unpack, and I'd just pick it up. When I got there, they wouldn't give it to me until I paid for the packing. They are presently holding my artwork hostage for the $71.46. I don't know how this is going to play out, but be warned: do not do business with them, or do so at your own peril. There are too many other pack and ship places nearby to risk doing business with this one. read more
