One time I had to ship out a wresting mat which seemed impossible for me to find a box for and the Postal Connection clerk at the Indio location helped me find the perfect box no problem. AMAZING customer service from that young man along with everyone at the La Quinta Cove location. I know they have had some new hires which have been super sweet along with the Owner who gave me such good customer service i continue to come back to that store. I am in and out whenever I do have to ship anything and it's literally the easiest process.

I also loved that I didn't need an appointment and could just walk in during business hours. When I got to the address, I honestly wasn't sure where it was and was no indication on the outside from a distance. Live scan place is called Desert Live Scan. I parked and called the number. Woman was friendly and told me the business was inside Postal Connections. I walked in and was greeted, waited in line and was able to get my live scan done. Fee was only $25 which is reasonable and does it digitally. You can pay card or cash. Postal Connections does not only do live scans but rent P.O. Boxes, ship out packages by using USPS, UPS and Fed-EX. They also offer packing material and boxes in various sizes, trinkets and also does graphic design. Tons of parking and located in the Dollar Tree, CVS and Albertsons center. Place was also kept clean and organized. .

I I called and got instructions on how to send them via the website. I needed my prints in 4 days, but got them in 1. Excellent quality and reasonably priced. Once my files were received, I got good updates. The payment system is old, you fill out a pdf and email it back, which felt like a security concern for my card info. But, so it goes. When I went to pick them up, the lobby was clean and comfortable. The folks sitting at the front desk were helpful and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Parking is easy and ample. Worth the drive.

As a shopper…read moreI'd like to say that the uber unique and totally fun gift shop that is a part of this mail store is what drew me in - from games, to trinkets, trendy finds, local Coachella Valley treasures and MORE ... they've got it all - BUT HONESTLY it was meeting the owner who is practically always there giving exceptional service was the real draw. There is nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling like you're home and the people tending to you feel a bit like family. I had to find a post box because we were having so much trouble with traditional mail service from USPS. This place has been a life saver. They even have samples guys!!! Brandini Toffee!?!?! C'mon ... you are not going to find that at your local post office LOL. These guys even helped me recoup my money from another situation where a package I mailed mysteriously went missing - with their knowledge and instruction I was able to recoup my money and repurchase what I had originally sent out. I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. You can go in and email the content that you wish to have produced, and this Office will become your new best printer friend.

I needed to have a sturdy, double sided poster sign made the same day so I put my artwork on a…read morethumb drive and hopped in to Xpress Graphics. I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. Very happy with the service at this store!
