The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. The quote that they gave me was not the lowest nor the highest. I think staples put in a bid from their national center for slightly less (like $50). What I soon realized though is that the quality of the product I was quoted from Palm Desert Printing was vastly superior to everyone else. Not only have all the products I've ordered here been too-notch (postcard mailers and magnetic signs) their customer service is very on-the-ball and would recommend them to anyone looking for a printer. I love that I can have reasonable rates for my materials and I have an actual person to interact with (opposed to an online printer) that takes accountability for their business. The last thing that I loved about this business is the convenience. It's close to where I live and they have wicked fast turn around times! Most recently I put an order in Monday morning for 5,000 pieces and it was waiting for me Thursday afternoon.

Daniel at the Cathedral City store took my order for office door signs. I didn't hear back for two…read moreweeks, so I called him to see when the work would be done. He said the next day. I didn't hear back for another week so I called again. Finally an installer arrived with the signs. One was damaged--the edges were chipped. The installer said "that's just from the machine that cuts the signs" and was going to install it anyway. I refused to accept the sign and asked him to take it back and have it re-done. I didn't hear anything for a month, soI emailed Daniel and asked if he was going to re-do the sign or give me a refund. Now it's been three more weeks and I haven't heard anything back. At this point I'm just going to write it off. But I'm p!ssed off enough to take the time to write this review.

When I went to pick them up, the lobby was clean and comfortable. The folks sitting at the front desk were helpful and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Parking is easy and ample. Worth the drive.
