Beyond disappointed! I brought in $800 worth of Nike polos to have embroidered with our company logo on them. I initially spoke with Mayra, who was very sweet, and explained to her how we wanted the logo, colors, size, etc. I brought in a sample/reference shirt from a previous embroider we always use (this was a last minute purchase and decided to use someone local to have a faster turn around time). I could not have stressed enough how important it was that the new embroidery matches our existing embroidery. We also paid extra for a rush order. About a day later I received the sew out in an email regarding placement. I then called and spoke to Mayra and we worked out the final details, again stressing that the new embroidery look exactly like our existing. I should have asked for a close up picture, as the sew out was not very good. We then went in to pick up the shirts and when we got home, they were all terrible. The logo did not match our existing logo and the threading was not very legible, nor was the logo straight across the chest. I took them back in and spoke to Martha, and we both agreed the shirts were not satisfactory. I asked her if they can be fixed and she said yes. I asked her to please take their time with them, as they are expensive polos. She then emailed me days later with pictures of two re-done shirts. They were even worse than before. I asked for our money back as well as the cost of the shirts. When I went in to pick up the shirts, Mike, the manager, basically explained to me that they should have not accepted our artwork and that I should have went to my original embroider because the sample shirt I brought in was better than the work they did. He basically was telling me it was my fault since I approved the sew out. After a little back and forth, I asked for a refund of the entire invoice amount, since we refused to cover the cost of the damaged shirts. He was more concerned about losing his cost of the artwork charge then making this right between us. We are now out $800 worth of Nike polos. We have not received our refund yet. I would not recommend bringing any clothing here of value to have embroidery done. Look elsewhere! read more

The folks at Impression always give us top-notch customer service, quality products, and seriously amazing prices. They've done shirts, polos, jackets, duffle bags, and hats for me. Both screen printing and embroidery. Small single item orders to large orders, everything gets done in a timely manner. The first time we used them we gave them 3 days to come up with a good size order (the last minute thing was our bad) and they came through in the pinch! Our first impression with Impression wasn't great, but they made theirs stick! Mike Lightner is THE GREATEST to work with! The rest of the crew is the real deal. Any idea you have, they can help with. And if you need to stop in for uniforms, they're always stocked up to the brim. This business knows how to treat people, they care about the community, and will go above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect. Substandard work. Two months prior, I developed a T-shirt design for an event the end of September. I went over my design with Mike Lightner, then received an email of the proof, which I approved. It is a great design and would be fine if it were centered on the shirt. But it is totally off center..... on all 155 shirts. I looked at the design proof I had approved, it was fine. After speaking further with Mike, it is clear there is no acceptance of responsibility by this company for the mis-print or any form of customer satisfaction. Also after two months of lead time to get this done, there is, now, no time left to correct the shirts for my event. Impression Design Group has lost a future customer. read more
