Today I went to this alteration joint and a sign in window said, "Open today at 1:00pm." I returned at 1:20 and the sign was gone and the door locked. I went down the sidewalk to another business and asked where's the tailor. The response was in LA. These people are very unpredictable and operate on their own time with no regard for the customer. Took a gift to be embroidered and chose this place since it was near my home and had great reviews. We were greeted by a kind woman that took our request and helped us pick options. We dropped it off Wednesday and was told it would be done Friday between 2-6pm. We went to pick it up on Friday and there was a gentleman that was working and didn't know what item we were talking about even though we came with our ticket for the item. The item was not ready and we were told they could possibly have it done by Monday. But they would try their best to have it done by tomorrow ( Saturday) because their machine is broken. We were a little confused because how could they get it done if the machine was broken? Anyway we decided to still go through with the order even though the gift was already late. We go in on Saturday and pick up our item. The wording was slightly crooked and the font was not at all what we had asked for. We asked for lettering that matched the current font on the front of the fanny pack. Now we have to take the embroidery off and try and get it done by a new place. The picture is the start of removal but as you can see it looks like it was poorly done and the person must have been in a rush. read more

i need some golf shirts shortened and the arm holes fixed that were to big and Blanca did a fabulous job, everything fit perfectly and the price was great. i also had been looking for someone to copy a favorite golf skort I had and Blanca did it.. it fits perfectly, I gave her the original skort and the fabric and in a week I had my new skort... I will be buying more material and will be having her make several more! The skirt fits me and its way cheaper than buying a skort at the pga store..
