A++ Highly Recommended! I had an outstanding experience with Corona Print Shop, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisanne was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with what started as a relatively small print order, treating it with the same care and professionalism as if it were a major project. The finished product was beautiful, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. A few days later, I realized I had forgotten to include several other people who had been added to my meeting. I contacted Lisanne and asked if there was any way she could accommodate a last-minute rush request. Without hesitation, she understood the situation, expedited the order, and once again delivered a beautiful finished product right on time. That level of customer service is rare today. Professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers succeed. From now on, Corona Print Shop will be my first choice for all of my printing needs and special events--whether the project is large or small. Thank you, Lisanne, and thank you, Corona Print Shop, for your exceptional service. I look forward to working with Corona Print Shop on many future projects. Thank you again for the outstanding service! Hugo read more

Corona Print Shop was amazing. We were in a pinch for our cheer spirit wear and they made it happen. They were able to turn around 125 shirts in 2 weeks. Their customer service was amazing and very responsive and answered all my annoying questions. The quality of the print on the shirt feels good. I would post pictures but I don't want any of the parents or cheerleaders to see them before we give them it. I look forward to more business with corona print shop as we get into the football & cheer season. read more

Update: after emailing the owner, Jorge, he was very apologetic and discussed some of the options we had. I was thoroughly impressed with the genuine concern and amazing customer service that was provided to amend the situation. I will definitely give this business another try. We are all human and mistakes happen. The manner in this was handled reassured me that a great business is being run here. Thank you Jorge for your assistance. 12-12-19: Really really bummed. I needed to have my white coat embroidered with my name and credentials and after looking for a while, I found this place and the reviews were great. I was hesitant to take my white coat just anywhere since it was not a cheap one. At $20 for the embroidery, I figured the work would be great, plus they had great reviews to back them up. I picked it right before closing today and my name definitely was not in a straight line. It slopes at a weird upward angle. I mentioned it to the young man who rang me up, but he didn't really offer a solution. He just gave an excuse about the fabric moving when it was clamped down. Regardless, my coat is nowhere near what I pictured. I'm almost tempted to get a patch with my name to cover it up. It would be nice if it was taken care of by the owner but I am not certain it will be. I definitely do not feel professional while wearing it. I had other items to embroider but I am thinking twice about using this shop. I still gave two stars because the actual embroidery is nice. But zero stars for placement and the size of the text. read more

Have had quite a bit of printing done, I don't think any order has been done correctl. But always believing Jorge would be a man of his word and make things right. my last order he gave me cheap hats that were like double in price for some iron on patches that keep falling off. This guy sadly to say is just a hustler gone businessman! He refuses to return my calls and texts! My company will never use use them again and I surely will be spreading the word about his unethical nature in business! read more

Let me start off by saying doing is one thing doing it right is a whole different story, Corona Print Shop has done everything from print shirts to business cards to having our retail windows wrapped at our tech shop. working with their team was smooth professional and FAST! they met all of our deadlines and got us up in running so fast. Jorge was extremely helpful in assisting us with the window wrap, from the design to the install he was on top of it all from the time I called he made it a priority to come to our location get the correct measurements and was proactive in getting it done. could not be any more thankful of how they turned out exactly what I wanted. Jorge knocked it outta the park. Went above and beyond the call of duty and provided an install that completely blew me away. I'm so pleased, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Wait a minute, I thought I posted this days ago?! I sure am glad that Corona print shop is way better at what they do then I am at posting a review on Yelp! Have you seen the things they've created for me? It's easy if you go to home and garden shows, the UCR botanical or the Mission Inn farmers market on any given Saturday. In Hawaii, if something is delicious it's called "broke da mouth!" Everything that Corona print shop has done for me is beautiful, so I'm gonna call it "broke da eyes!" Mahalo nui loa Jorge for another outstanding job and I can't wait to see what you're going to come up with next for me! A hui hou! I was so grateful to have found this business online to help me print a design for my husband's funeral service in 1weeks time. After few trials they captured my vision that I loved of my design. I was adamant that I wanted my business tops and sweatshirts embroidered, not screen printed, but I was told by some companies (more local companies, I live in dana point) that it was too detailed of a logo to embroider. I reached out to Corona Print Shop and a few others and Lisanne was the only one that actually picked up the phone and called me! It was nice speaking with someone directly about it versus going back and forth via email. She assured me there would be no problem. Lisanne was really great about working with me, as I went back and forth about the specific colors I wanted. She stayed patient with me :) Jorge posted a video on his Instagram of my sweatshirt being embroidered and tagged me in it. I was so happy when I saw how it was coming out. I knew then that all of the tops were going to come out amazing as well. I am so happy I made the drive out to Corona and used Corona Print Shop! I've spent a lot of time building my business and my brand, and they did a wonderful job representing that on my clothing. It's comforting to know that I can bring items to them in the future, knowing they're going to turn out amazing. Thank you Lisanne and Jorge, you guys do wonderful work! read more

We print shirts for our sports team every season. I never really was satisfied with the printers here in Corona. Either their lead time was rediculous, their service was terrible, or the product left much to be desired. That is until I found this FABULOUS company, Corona Print Shop. We were on a major time crunch after our son's football team won the SuperBowl and were headed to the MegaBowl the very next Saturday. I wasn't having much luck with the regular companies we use and a friend recommended CPS to me. I gave them a call. From the first converstation, I knew this company was going to be great. Their service is STELLAR. That's SO rare these days. They came through for us, printing over 50 shirts in 2 days AND embroidered 6 jackets in even less time! The product was fantastic! The artwork was perfect! Everyone on our team raved over the shirts (points for me! haha) I just can't say enough good things about Corona Print Shop. I will and have recommended them to everyone I know and will use them exclusively from now on. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! read more

Worked with these guys a few months ago. I sent them over the card files I wanted printed. We did spot printing and everything it wasn't cheap! They sent me over the file and I imagined it would be the exact same image I sent over (I already had it professionally designed) - then we got the cards and they put the wrong email address! Granted the proof didn't either but like I said I didn't think to even check that because I already sent them the design. - I then called and told them about it and they wouldn't reprint them or any of them and they said maybe they'd give me a 10% discount on a future deal. Major Bummer. read more
