I would like to give this company a review based on the work done, but I didn't get the chance. The man in front taking the order can't see, he tells you that over and over. He also can't hear, so he yells at you. I came in to have an item embroidered and he told me it would take over a week. I told him never mind and was ready to leave when he told me he could complete it in a couple of days, I'd just have to pay a rush fee. I paid the fee and came back on the day agreed. My item was untouched in the box just like when I left. He said he could have it ready the next day, but that was too late for me. He also mentioned how it wasn't ready because someone had a flood in their house. If that was the case, I should've been notified that my item wasn't going to be ready so I could try to make other arrangements. I wish I would've read the other bad reviews, because I had the same experience as others. read more

As a business owner, I was overall unimpressed. If you're going to get hats embroided, bring your own. I purchased a hat from the dollar store that was more sturdy than the hats I purchased from Richard for $13.50 a piece. Also.... after waiting a week, I came back on the day my shirts and hats were to be ready... and they weren't even started on!! I ended up canceling most of my order and sticking to what I absolutely needed ASAP. Had to wait an additional two days. Very expensive, Richard seems lost and only Two out of his three workers were helpful which is the only reason there are any stars at all. Please improve! read more

I brought in fabric that I got to make a blanket for a very sick 2 year old girl that has cancer and I wanted it to have her name put on it. I took it in with only an hour left before the shop closed and Richard and Debra took care of it for me very quickly and not for an up charge due to my situation. Very kind of them and they did a beautiful job!! I will definitely be using them again!! read more

Customer service was awful!! In fact, when I walked in I felt like I was bothering the guy who I believe was the owner. Without even looking at my product he barked out there was a minimum to embroider. Did I look like I couldn't afford him? When I agreed to the price. He told me it would take about a week and he prefers check or cash, because credit card companies charge fees. At that point I should of grabbed my stuff and left! Quality was fine...but there are other places to go that are a little more friendly and easier on the pocketbook. read more

Based on my experience with them, I have found EmbroidMe Corona to be very unprofessional and having poor customer service. I called in to ask if they were able to do Greek Lettering for sweatshirts and Jackets and was happy to know that they do in fact provide the service. The owner, Richard, was quite helpful in guiding me through the estimated costs and process on the phone. However, upon coming into the store location, the customer service I experienced was the complete opposite. After entering, I literally had to wait about 10 min for him to finally get off the phone (in which he sounded like he was yelling at the customer on the other line). Finally, once I had his attention, he was interrupted with another phone call in which he so rudely told the person on the line that "I can't help you, I'm with another customer" and quickly hung up on the person! Poor thing! Upon my scheduled pick-up date, (a good week and a half later), I come in to find that my order is "not yet completed"--- IN FACT, it wasn't even STARTED! He even showed me my untouched sweater and fabric still in it's box! I asked if it would be ready by that afternoon (since I was clearly on a time schedule) and unfortunately, my order was not finished till the next day mid afternoon. In addition, when I finally got to look at my finished jackets, I noticed that the stitching was poorly done and had obviously been rushed upon making. The worst customer service I've ever received! I am not one to give bad reviews...I understand, sometimes someone has a bad day and you (the customer) is there at the wrong time. But I urge you: DO NOT GO HERE FOR BUSINESS! I walk in to the shop hoping to create a masterpiece for my husband's birthday. My plan was to make /design a t shirt with his favorite Xbox game symbol on it. I walk in, I say hello first and I'm barked at (I'm assuming by the owner?) "who are you?" With a yell over to his assistant to come and help me because he's busy. I should have walked away here but I thought, maybe he didn't mean anything by it. So I allowed the situation to follow through. The "assistant" was nice and started to help me and see what color of t-shirt I wanted to start with. Then the old Grump came back into my sale to speed me along. He first laughed at my design and gave me a lecture about how my husband is lazy and plays video games. I was trying to process on why someone who doesn't even know me that was trying to make me feel bad. Before I know it, the order is in progress and I'm approaching to pay. I insert my chop card and the old Grump (they didn't give me their names) tells me wrong instructions and "if I don't hurry up the sale will time out". I hit the wrong button from his wrong instructions and he raises his arm and slams it on the counter saying "we have to do this all over again". I back away (thanking myself and my mistake from the card process) and say "I don't like your presentation in your business". The old Grump waves at me and says "bye". read more

I cannot express how much I appreciate EmbroidMe and their incredible staff. I gave them my ideas and they designed and created incredible keepsake gifts for my wedding. The embroidered personalized handkerchiefs were a hit. EmbroidMe did an amazing job, high quality, quick service, great customer service! Yesterday morning I started calling places to find a screenprinter who could make me a special t-shirt for my granddaughter's cheerleading team's showcase at a local high school last night. Thankfully I found EmbroidMe on Indiana in Riverside. Stan, the owner, was able to help me out and he even had the custom t-shirt ready by 2 p.m. I tried to post a picture of the shirt but I couldn't get it to work. It turned out awesome! read more

A busy place....but, everything was done as promised for a reasonable price! (in fact it turned out better than expected)

Brought in 7 long sleeves, 2 jackets and 2 pull over fleece. I wanted my company logo and name embroidered. Unfortunately , the communication between the owner (Richard) and his employees are so poor that when I picked up my product the logos were half the size we agreed to and the name was placed in the incorrect area. He ruined 11 pieces of clothing. When It came down to making it right he offered me half the cost of what I payed for them. To make matters worse when I walked in to deal with the owner about the situation. His employees started having a conversation about how I was a idiot customer and that I was too picky and that I should just take my shit and leave. When I brought it to his attention. He blew me off and wanted to ignore the situation. As a business owner I understand how impactful reviews can be, so I never write reviews. But unfortunately this company is providing a huge disservice and I hope no one ever visits his establishment. Lost 3 weeks of my life and $250 in clothing. I would have not even given him one star however, yelp makes you give at least one! read more
