With a couple of hiccups things are looking better. Ill report back after the signs are done.

Started out fantastic! The first time I worked with Atlas, they had very reasonable prices and a fast turnaround time! They were pretty responsive to emails as well. The quality of the products we received was outstanding and I have no complaints about that! In the new year though, I started a conversation with Moses about several projects and started getting less and less responses back. For one small order, we got all the way to paying the invoice and after I paid we heard nothing back. It was a rush order and I was told it would take 2 days to complete. It has now been almost 2 months I still have heard nothing in response, I've even reached out to request a refund and have still had no response. read more

Ordering from Atlas Print and Design was easy and quick! Moses also has great ideas for any design you have in mind and he puts it in print! We ordered our scrubs to have them printed on and they were ready before nurses week so that our hardworking amazing nurses would have their gifts ready! All of the nurses Including myself loved the way they came out and we rock them once a week and we look great! read more

Fast responses! I had asked for custom shirts for my sorority's big and little reveal and found a photo off of Pinterest I really liked. Sent in a png of it and explained how I wanted to alter the words to say "do good" rather than "be good". They were able to make them within a day! And although I didn't confirm right away, they were able to make it in 20 minutes of my friend getting there. It's higher quality printing and I definitely was so happy with the way it came out. The only down side was the text got messed up on 3 of the shirts by the black bar rather than just the text. But it's okay cause it looks like a computer screen kind of. Overall, would recommend to family and friends if they want quick and trustworthy printing to be done. read more

A big Shout Out to Moses at Atlas Print and Design for the great customer service and outstanding print work. All our business apparel was printed and embroidered exactly as promised. Atlas Print and Design has definitely earned our business from here on out. Keep up the great work Moses!.!.! read more

Moses offers top notch service. Atlas has great pricing and turn around time. Moses did a great job on our printed shirts and our embroidered hats. Two of the first shirts off the press had a discoloration, Moses corrected the error by giving us those shirts on top of reprinting two more at no cost. Glad to know that satisfaction is guaranteed with Atlas printing! read more

One was my own fault but Moses didn't hesitate at all getting them reprinted right away actually same day. All my 20 players are very happy with there banners and I'll be passing them out to them at our pizza party. It's a beautiful memory for them to keep in their room or trophy corner. If I could give Atlas a 10 star I would! So far, I've worked with Moses on seven projects/collections for my brand and he has delivered every time! I truly appreciate Moses patience and his expertise. Starting a brand can be extremely frustrating if you don't have the right company to back you, especially for printing needs. I've found local print shops tend to push small jobs or complicated jobs on the back burner. I've never got this sense with Moses. He goes above and beyond with ease to assist. Believe me, my vision and expectations are extremely high and he has nailed every design! Including screen print w/ color matching to perfection, embroidery w/color match and DTG. read more

I needed a last minute order. Called Atlas, & I was told you bring in my order. My daughter is leaving to the army & I needed these shirts asap. The service was fast & perfect!!! Moses and Chris at Atlas Print and Design have taken very good care of my company. They stand by their product, the use nothing but the quality consumers expect. they have taken care of every crazy idea i have thrown at them. thanks guys, keep up the amazing work. read more

Christopher was easy to work with & provided me with suggestions to help make our company logo look better when being printed on a smaller scale. Christopher was prompt and efficient when processing our order. The invoicing, proof approval & mock up process was quite helpful to fully see what our products would look like. As a customer who tends to ask a LOT of questions, Christopher was patient and informative. The quality and fit of the shirts as well as polos were described perfectly. We will be using them for more of our future business printing needs. read more

My review is not so much about great products or service, it's actually the opposite. Let me explain. Moses did some work that was not to exceptions. When I told Moses that we were not satisfied, I asked for a refund. To my delight, Moses refunded all my money and we came to agreement that it was all a lesson learned. As a business owner myself, you have to realize that sometimes, not everyone is going to be happy with your service/product and things happen but that's part of being in business. However, Moses was understanding and kept it totally professional. Instead of being a someone who is hard to deal with, he understood my point and gave me a refund. That is something that I will always remember EVEN THOUGH we couldn't do business together. As far as Moses' professionalism and understanding, I give him 5-stars. Again it's not always about WOW or YOU WERE AMAZING, sometimes it's about doing the right things when things didn't work out. read more

Placed an order at opening ceremonies on March 4th and order wasn't ready until April 4th even though receipt says two weeks. There was zero communication from them about our order unless I initiated it and then when I called to ask about picking up my order I was told it was given to a lady who's somehow associated with our league but I've never met her. Now we have to track her down and see when she's going to be available to give us our order. Such a hassle and so annoying I wouldn't order again. read more

Found Atlas on yelp... could not have been happier with the memorial shirts I had made. Almost all of my communication with Moses was done via yelp messaging and email. Moses made the process so easy and had my shirts done before the date I requested. I would definitely recommend Atlas and will use them in the future for all my print and design needs!! read more

I only give credit when credit is due and Atlas deserves all 5 of these stars. I ordered cheer shirts for our team and these shirts exceeded my expectations. I ordered the shirts through the company and them had them screen printed. I really liked that I had the option to choose my shirts. The whole process was easy and Moses was very patient with my numerous requests hence the name PickyB. A proof was sent and not soon after the shirts were done! I can't stress enough the quality of these shirts! I'm one happy cheer momma! Thanks again Moses!!! read more

They weren't helpful. They said they could do what I asked and have it done the next day, however, I asked how much and by what time and they never responded. I was very disappointed no to give this thoughtful gift I had been planning. Update: Moses reached out to me to make it better. It's good to see people trying to making it better. Unfortunately, it was supposed to be for Christmas. But I will try them again in the future and leave another update. read more

Moses is a lifesaver! My sister and I had ordered shirts from a independent startup company 3 weeks in advance and the shirts never came. After getting a refund we only had two days to get the shirts made and everywhere else we checked it was either not possible or they wanted a rush fee which was double with the shirts were worth. I found and called Atlas design and spoke with Moses and not only wear the shirts very reasonably priced but he had them done in the extremely tight deadline. The shirts looks great and we were very happy! Thank you again Moses and Atlas designs we're going above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed. read more

While searching for a printing company, for spirit wear for my daughters softball team, I came across Atlas Print & Design. I sent a message late Friday night. Realizing they were already closed and wouldn't be open again until Monday, I didn't expect to hear from them until then. Much to my surprise, Saturday morning I had a emailed response. Wow, impressed right off the bat. I spoke to Moses on Monday, give him my ideas and again shortly after, I had the price sheets for my softball parents. Although I did not have a designed logo ready, Moses was very patient with me and ended up coming to my rescue by creating the logo I had envisioned. Together we designed shirts, sweatshirts, pennant banners and hats for my team. Did I mention how nit-picky I am about details? Moses accommodated me through the whole process, graciously accepting and revising until I loved our design. While other team moms were scrambling at the last minute for their spirit wear orders from other vendors, I was at ease knowing my guy would come thru. Opening day, we received so many compliments on our spirit wear, I was a VERY PROUD Team Mama, thanks to Moses and his team. I have already referred 2 friends over to him and both have been equally impressed as I still am. Although afraid of revealing my hidden gem, I would gladly recommend Atlas Printing to the coordinators of our entire league. With his stellar customer service and awesome products he may become way to busy for little ol' me. Thank you again Moses. You are amazing at what you do. Just wish I could give you more then 5 stars, because they are MORE then well deserved. I hope we can work together again very soon. read more

I found my new go to spot for all printing service!! Thanks to Yelp and after much researching between different printing companies and reviews, I had reached out to Atlas for a printing quote. Mr. Moses responded within the hour and had a quote for me the very next day (i had my own full color design and needed memorial t-shirts printed). Mr. Moses always kept the communication line open whether via email or phone and turn around time was excellent. T-shirt quality two thumbs up, design came out just as I had hoped for - my husband's memorial picture and colors popped on the white tees (digital printing), hands down legit! Thank you so much for my husband's beautiful memorial t-shirts, for your time/patience and excellent customer service! read more
