We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. I appreciated that you were so easy to do business with, created a professional product, and moreover, your competitive pricing!

We were stressed because another company canceled our order last minute. I called this shop, and thankfully Mike answered -- he was literally about to leave for the day. Mike was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly, kind. He really took his time reviewing all the designs I wanted and made sure everything looked right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. He has amazing work ethic and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. So y'all, come support Mike's business! You won't regret it. Thank you for everything, Mike! We absolutely loved our BTS concert shirts!

The quality of the products is great and the printing is consistently flawless, but what really sets Action apart is the service. Our company is growing and we're a little high maintenance right now. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with this business deserves to be shared…read moreso others know what to expect. I did independent design work for the owner, and the communication and professionalism were extremely disappointing. The owner routinely went long periods without responding, which dragged the project out far longer than necessary. Getting paid for the completed work took far longer than what was agreed upon, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get the compensation I was owed. What concerned me most was the behavior once I started asking about overdue payment. Instead of resolving things professionally, the owner made inappropriate comments to me and about contacting another company I work with previously and threatened to share untrue negative claims about me. That type of behavior felt completely unprofessional and unnecessary. After I posted a previous review about my experience, the owner's wife contacted Yelp claiming there was a "conflict of interest," even though I was never an employee -- I simply provided them services as an independent contractor. Saying this is my first amendment right protected under the constitution of the United States for free speech. This was my honest experience, and I would encourage anyone considering using them in any capacity to be aware of the communication issues and the lack of professionalism I encountered.
