Bob and his team helped us out when we were in a pinch! We wanted newspaper style programs, but it was hard to find an affordable place that was able to print using actual newspaper paper. Although Bob didn't have the paper we wanted, he had something that was similar and at a fraction of the cost! He had them printed on the same day and they were a hit for our wedding!

Email shows that they did not ask for confirmation if we still want them printed but printed anyway. What kind of company are u?

Be careful with this printing place.. especially with diane. We wer just asking for pricing and if they can print on that day but they responded the next day and didnt even confirm if we still want it. And they print it anyway. And wanted us to pick them up even though its their fault that they printed it without confirming. Good thing we dont have any credit card on file. Shame on you diane for calling my mom (the business) and said that we are a bad company? That's stupid! If you have a problem with my husband who is suppose to be ur client then call him! 1 mean person doesn't make the company bad.. (plus we don't work for her) same as my my review, I didnt say the business is bad, but i specifically said DIANE IS dumb. Do your job right. And do not try to force people to pay on something they didn't confirm.

The store is beautiful. Lots of souvenirs and antiques that you can find. Theres probably something for everyone you want to gift -- theres greeting cards, tea sets, animal statues, rings and necklaces, soap bars and ones dispensers, and other trinkets Normally I dont post about my dislike of being obviously followed in a store, but now it's my turn. I technically shouldnt be salty since I had always been law-abiding, but today was a very surprising one! You can tell based on my pfp that I tend to dress nicely, almost old money or New Yorker style. I was the best dressed of my crew that day, and we were still followed -- and not even in a professional way lol, the person was not slick Cant tell if they were a lady or dude but it was almost certain that they were related to the old ladies working at the store. This person tailed my friends and I wherever we went, to the point of blatantly blocking the already narrow aisles and standing behind people with their arms crossed. I go to Ross Dress for Less a lot and am used to security, of course -- but blocking paths and colliding into people is where I draw the line. And where I start posting a review Come here for trinkets and stuff. But get ready to pay for slightly expensive goods -- it's to pay for the security kid who blocks your path

I drove from quite a distance. I paid NINE dollars to park my car. I paid extra to be an early bird…read morebut the promised "fun things" while we waited was having vendors stuff their flyers and coupons in my hands. This is in addition to the many pages of "coupons" I had to print out from home, using my expensive toner ink. Here's a tip, vendors: don't do that to people. We don't like having to rummage for coupons we printed out because you won't simply give us your best deal at checkout. It took 45 minutes to get into the hall. The convention hall is DARK so all the vendors have to use additional lighting. There were long lines to check out at each booth, a 10 minute wait in line for coffee (one cashier), lines for everything. If you're looking for cheap closeouts or want to pick up discontinued product and have loads of unlimited time to rummage, then this might be great. But while the class I took was well run, it was expensive and of course, had too many time-consuming steps and no pre-cut paper so we had "finish it at home." Here's another tip, presenters: if your company doesn't have coordinating embellishments from your line, why not use some from another company? It might cost more but these classes are costly! And the make and takes? After the long waits everywhere, everyone's in a rush so I was unsure about doing a $3 one at K Kreations. When I explained to the woman who was helping me that I didn't think I'd be able to do it, that it looked too time-consuming, she assured me it wouldn't. Another booth worker overheard me and actually remarked to a customer--while I was sitting there--that I "didn't want to do the project...it was taking too long." So I said, "you shouldn't talk about people when they're right there. I can HEAR you." Stunned, she apologized. Really? You insult someone and apologize because you got caught doing it? It's not my fault your "make and take" is a half hour project involving tweezers and stickers the size--literally--of a pin head. I mean seriously, who designs a make and take that you actually can't take? By then, I'd had enough. I raced through the rest of the expo and believe me, I won't be back. Not worth the drive, not worth the hassle, not worth the rudeness. If the organizers had an ounce of sense, they'd realize that the people spending the most money are not the people pawing through the dollar stash. It's the people who have the least amount of time to squander, the ones who--like me--won't be returning.

The best part is finding pieces you can't find in Michaels or Hobby Lobby. It's like shopping from online companies without the shipping cost. Don't get caught up in items that don't fit your scrapbook style. Have a budget and stick to it. Don't stress if lines are long in popular booths. Customers are all like you, so wait your turn and be patient. Go to all the booths because you might miss something interesting. A positive attitude with vendors might get you a bargain price!
