Be careful with this printing place.. especially with diane. We wer just asking for pricing and if they can print on that day but they responded the next day and didnt even confirm if we still want it. And they print it anyway. And wanted us to pick them up even though its their fault that they printed it without confirming. Good thing we dont have any credit card on file. Shame on you diane for calling my mom (the business) and said that we are a bad company? That's stupid! You can only achieve complete satisfaction on the end result if you, the customer or client, will take the time to make a mockup (sample) of exactly how you want your project to look like. I made a big mistake choosing this printer to make business cards. It was expensive, over priced and the quality of business cards was very cheap. The business cards were about two copy paper thick, I probably be able to go to staples and buy Avery to create better quality business cards myself. I usually spend $23 for 1000 business cards using ebay seller. The only reason I needed to use this shop is that I was in hurry to make business cards on next week and I thought local print may have great quality for the money, because they are charging more. The first time I stopped at this shop on Tuesday, I was talking to Bob, the owner, about time time issue that I had. He told me that the turn around time for their service is "the next day service" with 100 business cards for $30 and 200 business cards for $35. I was told that for more than 500 business cards, they just use other print shop to out source, so it will take about 3-5 days extra for business cards. So, they charge you extra to make a phone call for you which you can do yourself. I just needed 100-200 business cards ASAP, so I told them I just go ahead if they can come though with my business cards. At the time, I have asked to include the information I wanted to put on the business cards. I was told that they are going to send me proof on the same day or the next day via email. The next day (Wednesday) came and I have not gotten a call nor email and the day passed. I had to stop by again on Thursday. At the point, they were still working on the business card and I had to proof it on their computer screen, while they were still working on it. I told them, just go ahead and finish the business card. On Friday, I stop by again and picked up business cards. I realized that they did not include the business address that I asked them to include on the first day. When I asked them about it, they told me that I proofed it on Thursday on computer screen. (Which I did, so there are some fault on my part.) When I asked how much is to make correction on these cards, Bob, the Owner told me the full price $30 for 100 Business Cards. I just left the shop at the point, because I though and felt that they are just thinking about making quick champ change off of me. After I came home, I looked inside for the business cards, I found out that these cheap business cards are similar thickness of the stripper cards that dirty people hands out on the street of Las Vegas. The print quality is shit as well. the black ink is not accurate that Email logo looks like just a box. I guess I leaned a lesson that I will never use this print shop even if I want to help out the local business. It was a cheap lesson because I only had to waste $35 for box full of shit that I got. If you are looking to get quick business cards, I suggest going to Staples and they make your 100 business cards same day for $18. If you don't have design, vista print on internet have templates that you can use and you can find coupons of something like $9.99 for 500 business cards. They will ship to you around $9 for standard shipping and $19.99 for the rush service. I was going to use this service, but the owner of this print shop told me that vista print online comes with vista print logo on the back which is a lie. And Vista will have far better products than this print shop. If you have extra time and design, I suggest to go with eBay and find printing service, the print will be around $23 for 1000 business cards, and their quality is good with think paper. If you would like to help local business and/or you have other printing needs, I suggest using print shop located at 1761 California Ave #103, Corona, CA. They are known as Estate prints. They have 1000 cards for $40 and their cards are thick and clean ink, according to my sample that I got from them. They seem to do everything design and printing. On the side note, when I hand out my new business card to them, I was told from these guys that I got ripped off for paying $35 for 200 business cards of this quality. I hope this review will help someone to get right and cool business cards for the right price,and not get ripped off like I did. Thank you very much for reading this. I would recommend this printer for several reasons. They are a family owned business and very good at what they do. I had several things done by them and they were very creative and responsive. I had an idea of a logo for my business and wanted it to be unique. They took the time to go over all the different options from paper quality, to colors, to the different layout, etc... The final layout of my business cards were done so well I didn't make one change. They suggested layouts and produced variations for my stationary and stickers.
