Please don't make the mistake I did and pay before the order is finished. Here is my experience with My Printing Center: I was looking for a new printer for a series of projects. Sara was quick (at first) to reply to my emails, answer my questions, and meet my needs. Eventually we negotiated a price for a bundle of projects. Unfortunately things went downhill from there. I submitted the project in February. It was a big project so I was patient when it wasn't done in March. I was irritated but still patient when it wasn't done in April. In May it frustrating. In June I was appalled. All along they were telling "it'd be done that day or this day or the next day. I had to make 5 trips to their office." Because Sara was so kind and understanding and gracious at the beginning, I trusted her and paid for the project in full. Well that was a mistake because by June, there was still one project outstanding and she just decided she wasn't going to print it and that I would have to pay again to get the last project. We had negotiated a bundle for several projects. The last project was always in the bundle, but her print staff forgot and didn't print it. When I tried to resolve this, she would go dark, ignoring 5-10 emails at a time. I'd call, I'd email, I'd leave messages with the receptionist. Nothing. Eventually, in OCTOBER she got back to me again telling me she wasn't going to finish the project unless I double-paid. In her mind, since her production guy didn't do the project, that means they get to just treat it like a new order and charge again. It was really insane. Yet, she was fully comfortable with the fact that her company had dragged a 3 week project in February out to OCTOBER and she still had no concern about dragging he feet to reply to messages. On top of this, she has refused to give me a receipt for my order that I spent thousands on (probably because it would be an admission of guilt). I've asked for a receipt 5 different times. It's NOVEMBER now and I've given up on Sara and her company. I gave two stars because they produced decent work on all the other projects (though there were a handful of avoidable errors). But if you go into business with them, DO NOT PAY AHEAD OF TIME. Know that they feel no qualms about stringing you along for 9 months. Know that they will ghost you for weeks at a time. Know that they have no issue doing all of these things. read more

Aware! Horrible customer service made me flags for my business. They charged me almost $50 "to make it more crisp" but when I went to pick up there was a bump in between my lettering which my business logo doesn't have. color I asked for was 15% there they went ahead and printed color scheme to their liking not considering me the customer who paid to have this product made. Gentleman who works there started screaming at me stay away from this place very hostile environment. read more

When I ordered my flyers I was told either I could do the artwork or they could do it for a $25.00 fee. I did the art work but still got charged the $25.00 fee. When I received the flyers, the total amount I paid for was not there. I contacted Sara by text and email and no response now for 5 days. read more

I think this location is fantastic. There is no doubt they have saved me a ton of money compared to fedex/ kinkos, staples, etc... The staff is always working with me so I get exactly what I need. And if they have time, they will complete my order as I wait. This is usually not an option at the big box locations. I will definitely return. Thanks for everything! read more

When you go to my printing center be sure to ask for Sarah she works in the front. They also do notary there. I've had my business cards made from here for the past few years. I know they're cheaper to buy online but I like the customer service and I like their artist there. Be sure to just park on the road way it's much easier that way. Sometimes it's really hot in there later on the air conditioning. All in all I'll give this place a four star. read more

I came to this location to have my daughter's team better made because they have a sign that offers banners for 49.99. I spoke to the owner who said that it was 49.99 for the banner. She offered to do artwork but I told her I already had my own that was used on our jerseys and I wanted it to be the same. Never once did she tell me there would be an additional design fee. When I came again to put my deposit down I was informed I would have to pay a $30 design fee. I did not agree to this because I was bringing my own artwork and told them there would be nothing to design. I asked for the owner call me before they proceeding. I did not receive a phone call so I was under the impression that the comment about the fee was a mistake. They emailed me the proof of my banner and I asked them to make corrections but was told my banner would not be printed until I sent them an email that said approved. They sent me an additional email with the proof and I did have the corrections that I requested however I did not notice that they had changed the writing color with out my approval or request. I call back to discuss the banner they said they had already sent it out. But I was not sent a final proof nor did I type APPROVED to have it printed. When I picked up my banner it was the wrong color and it was dirty. So I got a banner I did not like and was required to pay a design fee for them to write 11 girls names on a banner and three sponsors (does that sound above and beyond a normal banner?). When I told them it was for pictures tomorrow (Saturday) and I wanted them to make the corrections I was told I could pay an additional $20 and it could be ready on Monday which does me no good because our pictures are tomorrow. I do not recommend this location. I would look elsewhere. They did not offer to make their mistake correct or discount the price even though the designer did admit that he change the color without my request. He was the only one that was apologetic. The man who rang me up repeatedly spoke in another language about me and when I told him I can't understand him he continued to do so with no regard. If you choose to use this location make sure you don't mind people talking about you in a foreign languages and that you don't mind having hidden fees. Be warned. read more
