I came here after I had the worst experience with the guy over at postalannex. And the lady here I believe she's the owner is a complete sweetheart. I have been in this store quite a few times when I lived in the area. I have not had any major issues with them. I may even consider them for shipping my artworks soon. I read someone's comment about them and I think they must not have found the store cause they mention Cleaners which is a business in the same area nearly next door. Called in today 12/27/2019@11:34am to inquire about personal mail box rental pricing. Per the postboxandmore.com website The rate is $12.50 monthly was informed that the rate is actually $15.00 now ? Asked the woman whom said she is the manager if they would honor their pricing as advertised on their website , they would not. Furthermore there is a $10.00 "set-up" fee and if you would like 24 hour access to your mail box then there is another $30.00 yearly fee to be taken into account here. On the bright side they do offer 3 free months if paying for year of service on mailbox rental which comes out to be 15 months for $190.00 Two stars for not honoring their advertised pricing, everything is on-line these days so they should update their website if they wish to charge more simple as calling your web administrator....... read more

Right down the street from me, very convenient place to ship items, buy packing supplies, and of course you can get your own PO Box and get packages delivered and kept for you safely and securely. I usually drop packages off for USPS and UPS pickup once or twice a week from my personal eBay and Amazon business. And I buy stamps and packing supplies here as well. Plenty of parking, and usually never too busy inside. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! read more

Horrible customer service!!!! My box was closed a day before memorial weekend for NO GOOD REASON! I had to rearrange all my MAIL deliveries over the holiday weekend. DO NOT TRUST THEM move your mail somewhere else! These people who run this box do not "CARE" about you as a person or customer. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY but not your business! I don't trust my mail being handled by them. My packages have been tampered with, my mail has been opened, and some of my items missing! I just love this postal store. I've been coming here for over 8 years and I'm so happy I found it. We used to have a postal box at the UPS store, but not only did it cost a lot more but I could never get the service I needed and their staff changed hands frequently. Post boxes and more is family owned and ran. They are a very nice, honest family that puts a personal touch on their business. there has even been times we've had to leave our packages a few weeks and they never worried about it. This location is great being that it's closer then the post office. It offers several services and has shipping supplies. The employees usually seem helpful as well. I gave it a low rating because I don't feel like they're very knowledgeable when it comes to shipping. My last two experiences have been bad. I ship to my wife overseas in the military, which if done correctly using usps services it's domestic prices. The First time I shipped I spent over $100 for one package which I later found out it should've only been $25. I called but they assured me it had been done correctly and already shipped, I later realized they had added tracking services which is pointless since once it goes onto a base in the states which you can't track where it goes from there. This last time I had a flate rate box so I figured you can't mess this up. But once again, I was going to be charged 3x the amount and she kept asking if I wanted it expedited. I repeatedly told her it was domestic because it was an apo & it couldn't be expedited because it would go military mail. But she didn't want to hear it and looked at me annoyed, so I walked out with my package. I understand adding some charges cause you're not the post office, but charging 3x/4x the amount then trying to sell me a service you know I can't use and make me pay $48 for a $6 package is pretty ridiculous. read more
