I have never had a bad experience with this post office. The workers are very friendly, quick, and efficient every time I come in

It's in a small location. It can get kind of hard to park at times,but you are able to park directly in front of the post office. I came here to return a package. The company had already provided me with the return label through email. The post office isn't able to help If the company sends you a PDF label. You have to print it out before you come and secure it to your package yourself. I was able to get a receipt from the cashier and I was on my way. read more

This location often has a line, but they are nice employees! I guess they're getting lower ratings because they are demanding that we wear a mask, when restrictions have been lifted. Also I really miss the machine that I could just walk up to invite things from! And inevitably nine times out of 10 there's a homeless somewhere camped out front and sometimes inside. read more

What a dump. I thought I'd make a quick stop in to drop off a pre labeled package, but this dumpy location is a mess. They don't have a self kiosk that will print a receipt for you, so you either have to wait in the long line for the ONE person working the counter, or drop your package off in the parcel drop off box without a confirmation and just hope your package doesnt get lost and arrives to its destination. So dumb. 45 minutes of wasted time standing in line. Get a kiosk that prints receipts. Such a poorly run PO. Get me outta here. read more

Love this post office all the people are so friendly and kind. We go often for our small business and they know us whenever we go. Great if you need a lot box. Said we got something delivered for FedEx but they informed us the didn't come so we could come tomorrow and go to FedEx but the following day we went they got the package and had it ready when we can. Delivery sucks I ordered thur Amazon and the delivery didn't follow what I asked to drop at my Apartment Management Office. USPS lies that they said finished delivered to the office! I called the manager and she said no. USPS sucks really f---ing S U C K S ! read more

For the most part the employees are courteous and helpful. The waits in line are fairly short. However, there is limited parking. And there is always that man sitting outside asking for change. I just want to drop off my packages, be on my way, and not be bothered. I don't know if the post office has tried to do anything, or if they even can. But when I'm with my daughter don't ask for spare change. Really? I'm trying to teach her a strong work ethic. read more

A busy little neighborhood post office, but I'd rather go here than visit the main branch on Chicago. While there is often a line, there are also usually at least 3 people working (which is a lot for a post office!). One of the better post office options in Riverside. Hours are shorter though, so be aware of that. read more

I've been here twice to mail packages & I thought it would be quickier because it's a small post office hiding behind the shopping center. It was busy both times & I was very unhappy with the service yesterday. I spent $9-10 to ship a small package to the bay area & this male worker told me put in a package that cost almost $2 when I asked him to put in a small priority box which onky cost $7. Anyway, I paid an extra $2 to get my package delivered one day sooner at my expense, when I didn't want to waste a lot of money. Needless to say, I'll mail my packages elsewhere with more competent workers helping me! read more

The line here was short. I had some letters and a package to sent. The postal worker was quick to put the proper postage on my package. Then she gave me a receipt with tracking numbers on it. It was only 2.50 to send a USB flash drive to Flagstaff, AZ. That was with tracking numbers. read more

This location is okay. I've dropped off pre-paid packages here 5 times now of which only 2 times were they scanned in. The other times, they never scanned the packages and when I came in to ask about the package, they told me don't worry about it and one girl even smirked at me like it was no big deal and I was concerned for no reason. Isn't that why we pay extra for tracking/signature confirmation? Other than that, this office is okay. read more

I've had my po box here for years, and I've had nothing but good experiences. Oh but not today, I forgot my Po box key and when Debbie helped me at the counter, she was so disrespect in not giving me my mail. I showed her my drivers license which had my Po box address on it, which identified me, but she refused. All the other employees have been great, but not Debbie. I'm the customer, and I agree that there are policies, but I live quite a bit away from this office and I was not able to get my mail despite me forgetting my key. Debbie should have given it to me, with a warning that I must have my key next time, but again she was very rude. I might as well move my Po box closer to home, if this is the treatment I'll get from this office. read more

JOSE did not help me and do his job correctly. I came yesterday to ship out a package in Riverside. It is my first time shipping out a package. He did not tell me that my label was incOrrect even though he saw the label, charged me priority (without even asking me what kind of shipping I want!!!) and shipped it out anyway!! I left the post office thinking my package was good to go. The next day my package was delivered to ME. Why?? My package was supposed to go to Seattle, WA from here in Riverside. I went back to the post office today and JOSE was there again. I told him what happpened and he said it was because my label was incorrect. If he was doing his job 100% efficiently (as they should) he would have noticed that the label was incorrect YESTERDAY not TODAY because we're obviously not IN SEATTLE, WA. We are in Riverside and my package NEEDS to be shipped TO SEATTLE. I don't appreciate his inconsiderate statement to me "I know this is your first time shipping a package, I can tell" he was very RUDE. He did not apologize for his WRONGDOING. At least I admitted for not knowing how to write out a label. He should learn to be humble and admit his own faults as well. If he would have done his job efficiently and truly cared about customer service, he would have saved me the time and trouble of getting this fixed. Employees like him who work for National companies such as USPS give a bad representation of what should be the best upheld customer service. read more

I do not like leaving negative reviews, however I want to warn people that packages disappear for a time so if you want your package to arrive on time, this is not the post office for you. I sell on eBay and purchase my postage online, however, the two times that I have dropped off here, my package disappears for 1-2 weeks. This time, I went in with my tracking number to the office and the lady assured me that the package would be delivered on time. NOPE! No evidence of my package for an entire week and a half. Then it shows up in Los Angeles en route to Virginia. A package that was supposed to be delivered guaranteed in 5-7 days, will not arrive for 3 weeks. I will never use this office again for sending packages. VERY DISAPPOINTING. BEWARE!!! read more
