Overall, it's just your average Staples. They've got your supply needs and staff is nice. But when you start to look a little closer, it's pretty dirty. The women's restroom leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets are terribly stained. I complained about it to corporate last year and there was a positive shift in surface level cleaning but it's still leaves a lot to be desired. The floor has stains throughout the store, but it's the worst in the back of the store toward the bathrooms. Also including pics of a dirty rounder of toys. I came to Staples for a fountain pen refill honestly after trying two other stores that I didn't think that would have it anyways, but I get here and they don't have it as well. 2026 is an economy where if you don't have the product you're not making any sales and already Staples is the home to party city and party city folded because Rick and Morty is expensive Voice recognition is fun Rick, brick and mortar Anyway, the manager is exhausted & less than friendly now- I wasn't able to get anything I wanted and I wasted gas looking. I found it on eBay for $7 We already lost the other location of Staples. I don't expect this one to stick around for much longer. Needed a quick print job and this location was helpful. Once you enter printing station will be to the right. You can self print from you email by sending it to corresponding store email. Select the specifications and print. You will need to load a card payment before any print job. You can also email or print receipt. Larger print jobs are done by the pros. They're great and have a good selection of paper weights, photo, glossy, matte etc. Amazon returns are also accepted here. Once you enter head left, to the right side of the main registers there's a section for Amazon returns. Have your QR return code ready. Designated spots in front for pick up orders. I come often and usually a young man helps who is courteous and professional. I went today and the young women working were not courteous the didnt event greet me and say we will be with you shortly, while standing in line. Then I needed to go back to my office 5 mins and return for a copies and the girl rudely states there would be a 30% charge to get it today. I explained to her I just left and this is the remainder of a previous order I needed to correct and resend. She was not courteous she went and mention what I said to another girl and they are now eyeballing me as if it is customary. I went to the printing section where two young women were working. No other customers present. I asked to print some tax forms from a flash drive. I was directed to multiple printers but was having trouble finding the usb port . I waved my hands multiple times and the two women saw me struggling to print. After 15 mins I raised my voice. They ignored me. A man named Taylor came over and assisted me. These two young women should be fired. They clearly don't care and definitely hate there jobs. Customer service was mediocre. The paper trimmer available left my prints with frayed, uneven edges due to dull blades. When I asked if the employee could use the trimmer behind the counter, I was met with attitude and told it would cost $4 per cut. Pretty outrageous. I already had to throw away two of my prints because of the poor trimming option provided. Do better. read more

BELLA SAVED CHRISTMAS!!! While it may seem like a silly thing to say, this rings true for me. I mail out close to 200 Christmas cards, therefore I print labels so I don't have to write out all the envelopes. Well, I got a new printer and it refused to print correctly on the sticker labels. Time is coming down to a crunch, and thinking about writing 200 labels with my arthritic hands was horrible. I ran to staples and Bella printed the labels out perfectly for me and on my sticker label sheets I took with me. She was so kind and understanding, and Made me feel like a valuable customer. I came in today at 10am to this Staples because I needed to print out a label that needed to be a fixed on the outside of my Amazon return. I live about 25 minutes away from this Amazon drop-off location, so it was kind of a pain for me to drive all this way in order to make this return. Unfortunately I totally forgot to print out the label while I was home, so once I arrived to the drop off location at the Amazon warehouse, I searched around on Google Maps for public libraries. And unfortunately again, all of the public libraries nearby were not open until 11am, and I didn't want to wait around for an hour. I then decided to look around for a nearby Office Depot or Staples, and this Staples was the closest to me. I came in to see if I could use a computer to print out my label as this is the first time I've come to a Staples for this purpose. They do have computers available. They charge $0.38 per minute that you're on the computer. You need to insert a credit card or debit card which will hold $10.00 with your credit card provider, and then you can begin using the computer. Staples then charges $0.30 per black and white copy, and $1.00 per color copy. I planned out what I was going to do to print out my label, but I frustratingly ran into a couple of hiccups when accessing the label that had been sent to my email, so I had to log into Amazon and start the process all over again. It took a total of 3 minutes that the computer counted. I selected black and white in order to print my label for just $0.30, but for some reason its still printed in color and charged me $1.00. My total came to be $2.23, which really annoyed me because I was just trying to print a label that would have been free at home, but home was too far away at this point. I expressed my frustrations with one of the employees and he tried to refund me $0.70, but my card had already been charged so he needed a manager override. The manager named Taylor helped me and he was incredibly nice. He ended up refunding me $1.09 and he said "the copy is on us." I was so very thankful and told him I would find a review for Staples which he said I didn't need to do. I'm really grateful for the awesome customer service, especially when I'm in such a frustrating situation just trying to drop off an Amazon return and I already have to jump through so many additional hoops. *10 minutes later* I just went to go drop off my Amazon return and the lady at the counter said they will print off my labels for me! ‍ Well hopefully this post helps other people in a similar bind. read more

Terrible, they have no clue on how to cash a simple check from any local bank, all they apparently are geared for is credit cards. Don't waste your time here, the employees are great but, they have a terrible system of payment. Everyone is expected to pay by a credit card, I'm not sure if cash is acceptable. I had bought a MFC type printer from these people. It's been a few weeks and it broke down. They were not willing to do a return because I didn't have the box. This Staples inspired my very first Yelp review, believe me, not for good reasons!!! When you arrive, you're greeted by homeless soliciting outside and in the parking lot. It's a disaster. The print area is a complete mess, instead of cabinets, they've got pieces of fabric covering the shelves. The whole section looks like a bad do-it-yourself project. The wait times for printing are absurd--only two people working!!! Come on, folks, it's busy for crying out loud. And the bathrooms? Absolutely FILTHY!! I nearly gagged when I walked in. Can Staples not afford to clean, buy cabinets, or hire more employees???!! No wonder they're going out of business. Do yourself a favor and go to FedEx instead. read more

Needed to print and cut signs and tags for a wedding. Come in one day to pick up an order and I was allowed to use their large paper cutter to DIY some of the material. Worked there for about two hours without issue. Great! Next time I come over to pick up an order and the paper was stained. Told them to reprint. Then I proceeded to go back to the same cutter I used last time and this time I was told I can't use it without getting charged. Make up your minds. Instead they now give me this paper cutter that looks like it's made for 3rd graders. First of all, it doesn't even work. Blade is blunt. Second, the plastic casing is falling apart. Can't even use it without everything shifting all over the place. Give me another. The next one they bring out is filthy beyond reason. Right after I touched it I left a black dusty smear across the paper I'm trying to cut. Tried it anyway. Blade is horrendous and left jagged edges for the cut that makes it look like the paper was ripped by hand. Gave up. Not worth the time. read more

I WAS a regular customer here, using the printing service and buying computers, printers and ink. Today I went in and used the self service printer for one little sign. There used to be self service trimmers, hole punches, etc. but not today. I asked the person at the counter to trim my tiny sign and then laminate it. After waiting for more than 5 minutes (with no one else in front of me in line) I was informed the entire job would be $13.99 + tax. $4.00 was just for trimming the sign (regular copy paper). A few months ago, I had the same thing done for a fraction of that cost at the same place. Classic example of using the current economic "crisis" to fleece consumers. Bye Staples, I'm done with you. Came in 3 hrs before they closed to print only 3 sheets on card stock and I was told they couldn't do it until the next morning. It would have taken 2 minutes, but figured they're busy. Then I didn't get the call that my order was ready until the next day after 2:30pm. I came in that evening and they couldn't find my order. They have job tickets spread out everywhere. Zero reliability. There's no chain of custody at all. From the person who took my order to the girl who called me to the person at the counter. No one has a clue of the status or location of anything. I would never feel comfortable sending any print job here again. read more

I need some same day business cards for an important client of mine and I came in stressed out already and not in good attitude. Working with this gentleman put me at ease and he was kind and had a great attitude. Informative of what I was ordering and professional through and through. This is how business is supposed to be done! I gotta be honest the gal next to him was working with another customer and had a shitty attitude as if they're bothering her. I'm glad I did not get her. It's hard to believe the low stars of reviews, especially the printing department. I've had several document prints done here and the staff is sooo helpful and nice. Granted I also think if you're rude and impatient with them...of course your experience is going to be terrible! I have noticed on more than a handful of occasions that the printing department is busy. If you don't like waiting I recommend going in the evening the wait time is shorter. There have been several girls that helped me on my orders and I think they're great. They greet me upon getting in line and check in like "we'll be right with you" when it's busy. I had a document that looked a little off, they reprinted right then and there. Great overall service. read more

This is probably the worst service I have ever received from a Staples store! I dropped off forms to be laminated and 7 hours later they still have not been worked on. I went on a Wednesday since it's my only day off so, I figured I would spend time with my daughter at the Riverside Plaza while we waited. I followed up regarding my documents around 3pm and the lady told me that she was going to lunch and will get to it as soon as she comes back. I followed up again at 6pm and they have not worked on it. In addition, the girl I spoke to (Keandra) said "yeah I see that" when I said I dropped my forms off 7 hours ago. I would had waited until it finished but her attitude deferred me. She transferred me to the manager without me even asking. So, thank you. I need my forms for work the next day and with a cranky baby my patience grew thin. Never again will I do business here read more

Ridiculous prices! 30 cents a minute to use the computer, $1.79 or $2.49 per page to fax...depending where you need to send it. Cheapest thing to do in there is probably the black and white copies....but of course there is a $5 hold on your card to copy or use the computer. You'll only be charged for what you use, so move quickly on the computer. One perk is that the computers internet is fast, but 30 cents a minute, is still a bit much to be charging. read more

I had the best experience today at Staples in their print shop. I had a DIY invitation kit I needed to set up the format for and have printed. I am not computer savvy, but was determined to do this on my own. Thankfully Andrew, held my hand, walked me through the process and I was able to format my invitations- mostly on my own! Andrew was patient in helping find tune them and the finished invites turned out better than I imagined. Thank you Andrew, my invites are gorgeous, within my budget and done in a timely manner.
