The technician quickly looked up a couple of options s one being an Apple Original part which was more expensive and out of stock. Opted for the non original glass. Took my Nintendo Switch in to get the fan replaced. Emily didn't have a new part on hand, she replaced my completely broken fan in about 15 minutes so that my Switch was functioning right away and then I could take it back later to get the actual new part. Service was professional and fast. I also had a custom desktop gaming computer on hand that wasn't working right, wouldn't start up at all and couldn't figure out why but I just also didn't have the time to tinker with it. I figured it would just be faster and easier to take it in since I didn't really know for sure what the problem was. Very upset With the service that was provided I came two weeks ago and I paid $110 for a screen. The screen fell 4 inches from my hand onto my desk and it completely shattered and made the screen go black and fuzzy. We have had the unlucky opportunity of being in need of such a business on more than one occasion. The repair techs here are competent, fast and knowledgeable. But what is most impressive to me is that, in a business industry known for the bare minimum, (and even then customers having to kind of "hold the hand" of the repair process--) this store instead anticipates needs and seems to put themselves in the customer's shoes.
