Brought in an iPhone 4S which had a ripped battery cable, broken LCD, busted power button, and to top it off, a broken glass back-face. I also brought in an iPhone 5S with a broken charge port. Both phones were fixed same day and at a very reasonable price, he also threw in a nice stylus/ballpoints pen combo that also doubles as a phone stand which was a very nice gesture. I appreciate the good, speedy service I was given and I will definitely come back for any phone repairs I may need in the future. Thanks! read more

Would NEVER recommend this place !! The guy with the curly mustache originally told me it was going to cost a total of $220 to fix the screen on my google pixel 9 pro xl phone . He told me to leave a $70 dollar deposit and an extra 20 for an overnight service fee to get it done faster , I then agreed because I desperately needed my phone fixed . By this time I have repeatedly mention the model of the phone like five times ! The guy even took a picture with his phone of my damaged phone to confirm the model !! He then repeated to me , "yes it's the google pixel 9pro xl " The next day he calls me to bring phone in because the screen has arrived , nearly 30 min later he called me again to say the screen I ordered was the wrong one !! When he is the one that ordered it so I was a little upset to hear that he had messed up the order but I tried to be level headed and understanding until he tried to blame me for writing the wrong model BUT he is the one who filled out the receipt ‍ he then proceeded to tell me he had to charge me $70 more dollars for the correct screen and I asked him if he was going to add that to the original price of 220 because he messed up the order . You would think a business would take accountability and have a back up plan for something like this because accidents happen . He told me no that it was going to be 270. So I was pretty upset and ask him if I can just have my money back and the phone back . Then he proceeded to say no because he paid for the shipping and I told him "you are a business, can't you return it and get your money back? "and he said yes ! So then I asked for him to give me the phone and my money . He then said that because he took the screen off it's going to be 125 to get my phone back !! So he didn't realize before taking the phone apart , that the screen he ordered was significantly smaller than the phone sounds like some bullshit to me . I ended up taking my phone and leaving !! I went somewhere else to fix my screen and they fixed it literally within five min in front of my face and he said the guy who worked on my phone had no idea what he was doing because he broke the screen even more . Crazy that he tried to charge me for taking the screen off and he didn't even know what he was doing !! Terrible TERRIBLE place . I would recommend the Tyler mall in Riverside much nicer people and professional. read more

Boyfriend came in to change his iPhone screen from a small crack, came out with a broken phone that only turns on and off. The owner doesn't want to take any responsibility or fix his mistakes. He did change the screen again for us (after making us drive him to another location since he doesn't have any working technicians) but we still have to pay for his technicians initial mistake. Very very bad business, we paid about $300 going back and forth just to come out with a broke phone. DONT COME HERE trust me very unprofessional read more

From devastation to elation. No better feeling can one describe than thinking my phone and all the information was lost in the abyss to having it all back in 36 hours!! read more

4 hours and a half to change my screen, once they fix the screen they tried to use hide my location. They took my phone to dairy qeueen and they insisted they needed my code to unlock my phone, I don't know wat that has to do with a screen repair. Now my phone won't keep a charge and MagSafe charger won't work. When I showed up the ladie screamed at me for asking were was my phone at. I figured they would fix it at the shop I took it and I explained to them if they worked here and my phone wouldn't go anywhere. So idk why after fixing my screeen they took it to Dairy Queen or the Mexican store next to it. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHOBE HERE read more

Worst customer service ever! & I mean it I had to repeat myself so many times & the lady is rude she doesn't let you explain what's the problem on your phone. I took my iPhone in because my phone was turning off & on by itself & they tried to fix it by deleting all my information from iCloud & they said it was fixed but when I inspected the phone it still turned off by itself they had my phone for 4 days The lady gave me attitude saying I didn't write down the problem & I tried to explain myself she just kept talking over me I took my phone to ifx4u & they fixed the phone on the same day within 30 minutes it was a simple problem that they didn't know what it was I'm really pissed at this place. This is a scam. Had a broken screen, brought it in for repair. The tech did not want us to watch him do the work because it "made him nervous" and would take longer. Turns out the real reason is he doesn't have a clue what he is doing. The screen was replaced, but when we turned the phone on to confirm it was operating properly, we found that the camera / flashlight unit was no longer functional. The tech got noticeably nervous, and insisted that we would need to pay an additional $30.00 to diagnose the issue. He wanted the phone to be left with him (after I observed him sneaking a look at my passcode), and claimed he would look into it tomorrow. The reality is that he either intentionally for more money, or accidently due to a lack of experience, had damaged the unit beyond repair. This is not my opinion, it was confirmed by an actual professional from an Apple certified repair facility that there were signs of improper repair that resulted in the damaged unit. Costed me almost double what I paid for the new screen to fix their technicians error. When I reached out to get even a partial refund, I was offered 20% off any accessories or future repairs that would undoubtedly result in further damage. Let's not forget that the employee said he would not refund me to serve my ego, and that if I left a bad review on yelp then "karma" would pay me back. They have no grasp of customer service, and even less knowledge of how to properly service your device. Even if it costs more, take your device to an actual repair facility. This place is a joke. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I dropped off my iPad for a screen repair. When I received it back, I noticed there was still a crack on the screen. I explained to the owner that there was a crack and I would like to have the screen redone again. His exact words were "no you cracked it" and "since the crack is so small and the iPad works, why do u want it fixed?" I was shocked at his response. Do not come here, it is overly priced and the customer service is terrible. Do your self a favor and find a place that actually knows what they're doing. read more

I have been coming to this location for the past couple of years and have never been disappointed. They provide the best service in town. They can fix my Z Fold 5, which most companies stay away from. I own an HVAC company, and when my phone screen broke, they offered the best prices and customer service! read more

Cracked screen repair service took about two weeks of back and forth because of some sort of network issue with the new screen. I recommend you go to a Samsung authorized repair center (I didn't know those existed until my experience here.) It's also cheaper. In the end my phone was fixed but paid more than a different place's quote and took way too long. read more

was a horrible experience and Wayover charge. They charge me 200 plus tax ,tax alone was 17$ for my front and back screen.A way different price I asked when I texted them as u can see he said 89.Then when I told him when I got there that the front of the screen is a 100 and back 100 plus tax which was 17.I also asked if they can fix my glitching if that was included with price he said yes but when I received my phone screens were fixed but had the same issue of glitching then tells me they don't do software only hardware,if I decide to do software it's going to be more.I asked if I can get some type a little refund since he didn't fix the main issue I asked for they said no.I asked someone else about the issues I was having they told me they scammed u should be a hundred there way over price .Nextly I asked if I can come in at 12 for my phone he said yess wasn't there until whole hour late so unprofessional please don't go here save ur time and money. read more

Safety is number one, watch your six. This place is in a shack and very sketchy location. If you have seen "The Hills Have Eyes," you get the point. On top of that, some random homeless dude walked in while I was receiving service for my phone. Just being here, I got a weird vibe but I tried to give this place a chance. Then the owner tells me "cash only," and I said I am not paying cash and I prefer credit card. I said that I am not comfortable paying cash for this transaction. The owner then refuses to hand over the voided receipt sale. This is unbelievable. I was able to get the receipt and black out all the information. I walked out and very dissatisfied to say the least. I strongly advise you try other places instead of coming here. read more

Update: I am increasing the star rating because in the end they repaired what was broken. So there was another issue once I got the phone back, the buttons on the side that control the volume and the switch that turns off the ringer were not working, they did charge me a diagnostic fee of $20 but they replaced the buttons and resealed the phone, at no extra charge. Yes, they caused an issue but they fixed the issue and for that they get an extra star, I said it In The beginning, they truly are nice people, you just have to be patient with them. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! I came here with my boyfriend to get the backplate of his iPhone 11 repaired, before we were able leave the phone there at the store we needed to pay $125 which we thought would be the total. It took over a day and a half for the phone to be repaired. The older lady kept telling us to "trust her" but after we came for the phone it was open and not fixed they actually had broken the front screen and we needed to pay for them replace the front screen although we only came for the back plate. Ended up $180 in the drain. Some trust, if I could put negative five stars I would. A total scam. read more

Local and very communicative when I had questions. Good hours too when every other place is busy or closed.

SCAM ALERT! Do not go here to get your iPhone fix! When I got my iPhone 6s screen fixed here it was already glitchy when I received. They literally took 5 minutes to fix it and I paid $70 for their service. I told the owner and his assistant that the typing was not smooth and it was adding on weird periods after every word I typed. They told me to not worry about it and that it just "takes some time" for the screen to adjust. They knew I was just visiting Riverside and that I lived 3 hours away. I was so naive to believe them. Don't make the same mistake as I did! A week after screen got fixed by these scammers, my phone touch screen became uncontrollable. I barely could even type a sentence without misspellings or a weird period after every other letter. I couldn't even use Safari because it would click on different buttons, etc. My iPhone was close to being unusable. I called their business to complain and the assistant literally said there was something wrong with my iphone and I should have left it at their store for 24 hours in order for them to fix it properly, in the first place. Excuse me?! They were so quick to take my money and now they're saying it takes them 24 hours to fix a broken screen? And now he's also blaming that there's something wrong with my iPhone? My iPhone was working perfectly fine with the broken screen BEFORE they fixed it. The assistant provided no resolution except for me to bring it back to their store and leave it with them for 24 hours. That's literally impossible because I live 3 hours away! I ended up spending another $70 to have someone else fix Xclusive's crappy screen job. The store that re-fixed and replaced the screen told me they noticed many screws and parts were missing!! That explains why my iPhone was close to being unworkable. Stay AWAY from this business, unless you want to go through the same headache as I did and loose $70!! Yelp, you've let me down this time. :( read more

Dropped my Smart phone, Cracked it up pretty bad, Went in this little hole in the wall place, well the service was great price was right $180 to replace screen done in less then 1 hour I was back in business. This place is a joke. Stay away literally if you are thinking of going here RUN far in the other direction. We spent $400 here getting 2 screens replaced and 1 phone unlocked. Both of the phones with replaced screens are done. The screens not even 30 days later started turning blue and purple and within a few hours that was it. The screens were just as bad as when we went in. I called the woman and explained what was going on with the screens and her response... what did you do? We warranty our work. Great I'll bring it back in and you can honor your warranty. Oh wait the warranty on it is only 15 days and now your telling me that you didn't even use Samsung parts but after market parts. Not what you told me when we were in your location. Have already contacted the BBB and will be filing a claim but just stay away read more

Got my iPhone X screen fixed from this place last week. The place looks unusual - it's inside a home - but the service was great. To fix my cracked screen I paid a little over $200, which was cheaper than other places I asked when I was looking for quotes. The repair took a couple hours, due to the nature of the OLED screen and the way the chassis is, but the work was perfect. I had an issue with the screen today and I took it back and they replaced it free of charge. I will continue to recommend this place to my friends and anyone else who needs any work done to their phone. On top of repairs, they also sell a plethora of phone accessories including cases, screen protectors, wireless chargers, etc. This is a family owned business and I recommend anyone looking to get any work done to at least check the place out. read more

I bought a Groupon to try out this business. First I called the number which after many rings was answered by "hello". No company identification. I described what I needed done- he said to just come in and phone would be done right away - no need for appointment. Business is Ina seedy part of Riverside - no one answered the door - had to call again to get someone to unlock the door. I told them I had a Groupon for front and back replacement. They said to come back in six hours! They then promised it would be done by 2:30. Finally got to pick up at 3:30. The back was still original and cracked. After much disputing in front of other customers - the technician replaced the back. It only took 5 mins. So what was the three hour wait for ? Rude unprofessional unreliable business in a part of town that no one wants to hang around in! read more

Heed my warning: STAY AWAY! I brought in my phone to get it fixed since it wouldn't charge, they performed a diagnostic for $20 that would then be used towards the repair, that's fair I thought. The charging port was replaced and when I received the phone everything seemed perfect except I failed to notice that about third of my screen was slightly lighter then the rest, well, apparently they bent the screen while fixing the charge port. I brought it back the next morning and the tech says he didn't have anything to do with the issue. Really? My phone had no issues other then it not charging and now the screen is messed up and is constantly glitching. Explain to me how you don't have to remove the screen to fix the charge port? You may possess some type of super power I am not aware of! Of course, now they wanted to charge me $70 for a screen they fucked up and won't take responsibility for! Don't do business with people that refuse to be held accountable. It cost me $50, but there certainly won't be another penny spent at this place and if this review keeps another person from doing so then I'd say it was 50 bucks well spent! read more

I have an iPhone 6 that landed face down and caused screen to shatter. I decided to come here because of great Yelp reviews. My phone looks fantastic! The technician was helpful, courteous, and has a great sense of humor. I arrived at approximately 10:15 am and phone was finished a little a bit past 12pm. I dropped it off and went to run some errands. I received my free tempered glass on my phone which unfortunately has begun to peel off, or un-stick, at the edges. I was informed I have 15 days to return if I have any issues therefore I will be returning. I also purchased a rubbery case. It's simple, thin, and comfortable but I cannot use my aux cord as the bottom is too thick. I am required to remove the case when using the aux cord. Overall, I had a great experience. The technician was helpful. My phone screen works. I support small business and will be returning if I need any other repairs (fingers crossed that I WILL NOT need them). read more
