They were the most affordable when I called around to replace my iPhone 6 cracked screen. They also had the best reviews. They were the obvious choice for those two reasons. They replaced my screen, during the replacement they discovered my battery was punctured so they called me to ask if I wanted to replace the punctured battery so I said yes, they did so and they gave me a discount since I was then getting two things done. Also the lady was very helpful and knowledgable with me wanting to buy a sturdy phone case. She was thorough, professional, knowledgable, helpful, and as noted earlier, they were the lowest price when I called around. "Wow!" is right! Worst phone repair service ever!No wonder it has three stars, and is inside of a swap meet. After getting my broken screen fixed on my iPhone 8 plus my home button stopped working and my Verizon service went out. After calling customer service, resetting my whole phone, and visiting a Verizon store, they told me my phone was not properly resealed. This caused the home button not to work and my SIM not to be read. I brought my phone back to "wow!" where they conveniently blamed it all on supposed water damage. Avoid being out of a phone for weeks(if your as busy as I am) and go elsewhere. read more

I've taken 2 phones and had a total of 5 repairs completed through wow wireless menifee location. Guess you can say I never learned my lesson. It wasn't until the phone was fixed, is when the screen began to glitch. Music being selected on its own, apps opening by themselves, apps switching by themselves, texts typed and sometimes sent all on their own. It's maddening!!!! Especially when the screen glitches so badly, the phone hardly functions. Can't call, accept any calls, can't type....nothing! Not too fond of the customer service there either. The woman that "helped" me was very deflecting and did everything she could to NOT accept any responsibility. If you don't want to be on the negative end of "you get what you pay for", I suggest you go somewhere else. This isn't it! read more

Horrible customer service!!! Got a galaxy S6 fixed and it lasted only 5 months! They couldn't do anything cus its out of 30 day warranty. Ok i understand. My brother gives me an iphone 6 plus that screen had messed up, i take it there to get fixed again. Horrible mistake! Took the phone on the 22nd of march, phone screen turned black today april 28th. I call them and explain to them and they say they cant do nothing cus its over 30 days! So its ok that phone lasted me only 36 days?!?!? The price brought me in. I figured hey might as well give it a try. Terrible experience first they aren't the nicest people secondly I didn't want to give them my password/passcode so they said I won't have a warranty and to me that doesn't make sense. Seems like they were trying to coerce me with the warranty so I can give them my code to get my personal information. Fine I said I don't need a warranty I bought a lifeproof case. I know lifeproof and they work but not if a swap meet repair shop puts a crappy screen on your phone. 2 days later my phone fell and wham pieces of screen falling off. Never again going there even for the price. You get what you pay for. read more

My phone suffered water damage from a pool party in Vegas for my birthday. I had purchased the "Ottor Box -preserver series", but the case failed to keep the water out as it had been advertised. I urgently had to have it fixed. Perla and Alex were so professional and prompt! They were consistently keeping me updated, explained thoroughly what they were doing, and worked with me on fixing my Iphone 5. I had an IPhone 6s Plus screen repaired here at Wow Wireless I had brought two screens to get it repaired. I had got it repaired once due to a cracked screen, but my phone was frozen, and had a black screen when they had finished putting a screen the first time. Then the second time I had gotten it repaired my phone started flickering. This guy avoid to have any responsibilities to my iPhone 6s Plus I highly recommend to not come here at all. The service they brought to me was horrible. I paid a great amount of money just for it to not work. They are the reason why my phone does not work anymore. I am very upset that they made my phone worse than it was. It was just a cracked screen and when they tried to fix it, it came out worse. The owner is a crook, and so are the employees.
