From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. Took exactly how long they said it would and everything looked great. However, my phone isn't the same. Backlight is either super bright or too dark. The color contrast isn't the way it was before, and while they said that might happen, I wasn't expecting it to be that big of a difference.
