I went back to this place to get my hard drive fixed and that was a HUGE mistake. I had a completely different experience from the first time and quite honestly, this happened a few months ago but I was so taken back by everything that its taken until now for it to sink in. I'D GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD. What should've been an easy transaction (data recovery from a mac hard drive) was miscommunicated from the very beginning. Pricing to be exact, which from reading other reviews, looks like it's been an issue in the past. And instead of working with me to solve the miscommunication, they were extremely rude being the first to toss out insults. One of the guys told my boyfriend he was acting like a "spoiled, rich, white kid" when we were on the phone just trying to explain what was told to us and figure out how we could remedy the situation. I went back several more times, each with a new issue resulting from miscommunication until finally they delivered a hard drive that wasn't even formatted to Mac. We asked them once again how we could remedy the situation and instead of giving us the solution (which I figured out myself) they kept repeating "we did our job!" And went as far as to even block our number so we could no longer contact them. We went in person and it started with them once again saying they did their job and they could no longer help us. After arguing, they agreed to take one more look at the drive but at this point I no longer trusted them with my stuff. This was the most difficult business I have ever worked with. They miscommunicated so many times then got frustrated and blamed it on me. They were good for a quick phone screen repair but beyond that, it seems they get confused with more complicated issues which is unfortunate because I wanted to take my camera here too but I WOULD NOT recommend EVER using this place!! read more

Came in here randomly to check on the cost of a phone repair l, my 7plus has a screen that only worked from the mid area and down. He quoted me at a great time. It's reasonably priced and the guy was great , told be forty minutes to an hour He was done faster than quoted and gave me a 3 month warranty for the screen if anything would happen with it going wrong touch wise. After seeing the good reviews and five stars on yelp I requested a quote for my broken iPhone 7 Plus screen with a Reply less than 30 minutes. The quote was for $80 I went in the next week gave my phone to this nice gentleman and had it done in 30minutes he also went beyond that and did more for my phone then sent me to Lilly which is across from his area she had set my phone up for a great price over all happy customer and well worth the trip. read more

When I went to get it fixed it was done in less than 30 minutes and it was half the price of what Apple had quoted me. Late review but that's only because I forgot about it. Went to this place because it was close to my house and On a Sunday. I wish I would've waited to go somewhere else. Charged me $90 to repair an iPhone screen only to find out he messed up my daughters camera on her phone. Of course we attempted to test the phone while we were there by texting, dialing, looking at pictures, going online and even the quality of the touch screen which was fine. My daughter lets me know that evening after the store was closed that herr front facing camera wasn't working. Phone was perfectly fine before the screen repair so I sent the owner a message. He immediately had an attitude and made it seem like it ws our fault for not testing it and noticing it at his shop. Dude, it was working and now it isn't and I'm telling you NOW!!!! Long story short, I mentioned it to another repairman and he did that's a simple fix, he probably just bent or broke a small part in the front facing camera which is easy to fix. I told him and he was pissssssed. Because my daughters works in La it was hard for her to go in to get it fixed by the same guy but he wasn't to thrilled on having to fix his issue anyway. Bottom line, I never went back due to his attitude. I'll take it to a real professional who won't question me like I was the one who caused the issue. $90 is a RIDICULOUS price for a screen repair but he was the only person open on a Sunday. About 3 weeks ago I had my phone screen replaced and it looked pretty much brand new. Touch was a bit off but with no camera issues. Even came back a few days later to get it replaced and it's better now. Overall good repair. read more
