They deleted my old review so i would like to state more information, they cut the light sensor on the inside of my phone. They PURPOSEFULLY CUT A PART SO ID HAVE TO GO BACK, thankfully i did my research on where to go this time and i got a real oled screen, ive had TWO phones fixed here and both times the battery started being literally destroyed from the screen not being authentic, and it would randomly go black, yk, bc they cut the light sensor, and the customer service is TERRIBLE, they are rude, and snobby, and the service is mediocre at best, itll work for a week then you have to go back bc they messed up everything, please dont waste your time and money here and spread the word. Go to professionals who arent just playing with electronics and calling it a day after watching 10 youtube videos on how read more

Lmao save yourself the time and skip this place. Got my phone "fixed" here and found out they put on a shittier screen not for my phone model and stole parts like my heat protector, screen screws, screen wiring etc and stripped the area where the screws were. I highly DO NOT recommend this place as they will steal your money with bad business ethics just to steal parts and if you need a good, trustworthy and legit place with true customer service not just fake niceness to steal parts go to the Device Doctor in Rancho Cucamonga. I just purchased an iPhone 12 pro max from this location. I received the best customer service! I am going to be coming back for my other phones repair as well. I highly recommend this store for your electronic needs. Their customer service is top notch & I was paying attention to everyone helping out in the store. Everyone who walked in was helped in a timely manner and seemed to leave happy. I went to my favorite sushi place in Rialto (which, btw, deserves its own separate review), and I noticed a new electronics store opened right next door. I needed a magnetic phone mount, and not only did they have it, but I was impressed by their large selection of higher end electronic names (JBL, Bose, Etc.) at super affordable prices--worth a visit if you're looking for wireless headphones or speakers. They also sell unlocked phones/tablets/etc. I would definitely consider this place over the electronics sections at some big name stores like Target and Walmart. It's also Important to mention that this little place offers finance options for all phones and electronics, which is nice and convenient for some people. read more

Hey everyone, so I have an iPhone 12 pro max and it fell out of my purse. I was exiting a SUV. It cracked the back of my phone. I couldn't afford to bring it to Apple for repairs. It would've cost me hundreds of dollars. I do not have insurance on my phone. I made some calls. I looked up some information on Facebook marketplace and indoor swap meets. do NOT go here, i have had two phones "fixed" here and both times i had to buy a brand new one because they distroyed it, the first phone i put aside and thought my phone was just done for, payed 90 dollars and wasted 30 minutes but its fine, but the second time the same thing happened, i payed 120 and now it randomly powers off, the flashlight of it doesnt work. they seemed super stressed while doing it and kept asking if my phone was working after they gave it back, overall, im SUPER unsatisfied with the work and i wish NO ONE to waste their time and money here. read more
