Most unprofessional frustrating experience I left a $50 deposit for an unlocked iPhone after being told they could get one ready for me. Over the next several days, I kept checking in and was told things like "almost done," "it'll be unlocked today," and "bear with me." After waiting and making multiple trips back to the store, the phone was still carrier locked. Nathan (the owner) then tried to bait and switch me with another phone At that point, I decided not to move forward with the purchase and asked for my $50 deposit back. They agreed to refund me, but then it turned into days of "I'm waiting for Zelle to reset" and "I'll send it today." I kept following up, but it took almost an entire week and more effort than it should have. Avoid at all costs read more

Do not shop here, there are thousands of companies that go out of business every year and this deserves to be one of them. They will lie to you with every statement that comes out of their mouth. You can call and confirm inventory, call and confirm price, they will just lie and lie. You can assure them that you are headed over with the exact cash price that they are telling you on the phone and double the price when you arrive. Then they'll tell you that the listing you confirmed on the phone the same day is from an old listing. You can give them as many opportunities to treat you with decency and they will try and take advantage of you every time. read more

Zero stars. Poor customer service too lmfao. Bought a $20 "Apple" charger here, since it was the "only" one they had. CHARGER STILL DOES NOT CHARGE. Then I went back asking for an exchange she said she couldn't? Mind you I went back the same day. Don't buy a charger here. read more

Owner of the store Nathan sold me 2 fake I pad pros 11 inch (m4) 5th gen. First one was dead when I bought it for 460. When I got home and charged it it would not power on . And When I further gave it to the person it was for they inspected it better and told me it was a clone. A clone that would not power on he sold me for $460. He only gave 370 dollar refund not full refund. Then I bought a second one for 460. I told him I didn't want to buy it because his last one was a clone. He said "but I charged it this time look you can check it ". It looked fine and paid him 460. When I gave it to the person they inspected it better and told me the second I pad pro was also a clone. When I told him I wanted to return it to him he told me to "fuck off" and I took a 460 loss on the second I pad and took an 80 dollar loss on the first I pad He also sold me a MacBook that you can't restore with a motherboard problem and a MacBook with a bad fan making a loud noise read more

Really great service, they are quick and good at what they do they also have really good prices, would recommend to friends and family

Good business. Check them out. Reliable products. Lots of stock. Good management. Great pricing

Was really excited about this store, since in offer up they post great pictures and great prices The reality is otherwise, I went in store ready to buy an Iphone, and to my surprise I felt so unwelcome. Literally though, they had a bunch of boxes just laying on the floor and a bunch of guys, just digging through them. I wasn't sure who was assisting there until a few minutes later, I guy came and asked what did I want. I told him, I was there for an Iphone 16 and he basically said that he couldn't sell me the iphone and the price was different than in offer up(obviously more). They were too busy doing a tik tok live and decided to ignore all in person buyers(I was NOT the only one). They have terrible customers service. Please do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. read more

Came to this place hoping it would solve my problem of my playstation overheating , turns out this just made my life so much harder , the guy Nathan that works here was given me false information on what my problem was and would make me wait 2 days to finally tell me what the issue was constantly tellin me i'll receive an update but then being left on seen or delivered . I finally got told the problem when I had actually showed up in PERSON. because i was tired of not being updated on something so simple and wanted to take to a new place , then on top of that he wanted 180$ to fix it , and 100$ for labor if i got the parts myself that's a whole tire installation fee to fix a gaming console lol. Felt like my time was being played with so if u want to waste ur time coming here to have something looked at or fixed good luck, I highly don't recommend if i could give this no stars I would . read more

dont buy from here. brought a phone that was dead asked him to charge it and he said he had a family emergency and need to go. charged it in the car phone the screen stopped working in 1 hour or less and he won't take it back. He comes up with excuses and is charging me a restock fee! I returned the phone with the company not with him. I owe nothing. He also charged me for the wrong phone, he charged me for the iPhone 14 Pro Max but I actually had the iPhone 13 Pro. PLEASE BE AWARE AND PAY ATTENTION. mind you i live in los angeles ! read more

Hey Inland Empire. Fix and Cell Phones in Rialto is a straight legit local small business you need to go in and experience. If you are interested in a place that is honest, clear, truly customer oriented. THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONLY PLACE you should look. We have gotten 3 new iPhones and multiple repairs completed here. There prices are the best. The staff are all knowledgeable in all areas. Phones, gaming systems, accessories for any phones and very reasonable prices. I will not go to any other phone store. They even gave us advice if we didn't get anything from them. Lastly, to tell and show you how personal they are. They gave my daughter and wife a Christmas present. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. We will always be customers. Thanks. Respectfully, Truly Blessed read more

Came in to fix my iPhone and iPad screens at the same time. I was super excited that they where able to fix's them both under 20 mins! However! The quality on the screens were shitty af I was charge an arm and a leg on top of all that the screen only lasted two days, by the third day the screens were falling off. I went back to get a repair and they wanted to recharge me all over again they claimed that the screens were not fixable and needed a new set. I'm very disappointed on the quality of their work. Please save money and go somewhere else. read more

I Recommend this place came in to get a new phone and both of the workers here were great help . Omar went far and beyond for me and making sure I was able to get the phone I wanted , he even took the measure in picking up the phone in a a different store for me I've been to plenty of phone places and no one beats the customer service here They're not just trying to make money off you really here for the people read more

I went and had a screen replaced, the service was exceptional and within 30 minutes it was returned. They offered a screen protect at a very reasonable price and I will continue to return for any and all electronic/phone needs. read more

I tried to contact them about ps5s that they were advertising. They told me to call or text the number which I did and they read immediately. They chose not to respond and when I called them out on it they said I had to drive all the way out there which, from my location, is not a small drive across the street but about 40 miles to which he was not sympathetic about. I do not recommend it at all as some comments even show there's selling them for way over price. Had he responded and been respectful to me I would not have written this review however the way he handled me even asking if they had ps5s was totally unprofessional. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. First off they have the cheapest products around. Going to get your phone screen fixed? Save yourself the headache and go to iRepair down the street. These people have SHITTY phone screens. Screen will last you about 2/3 weeks before it doesn't work and these people don't actually have a warranty on it they just say they do then make you an excuse on why they can't give you a new one. (This next part I actually find funny) They change the price on screen repairs every time you go in there. One day it'll be $80 then the next it's $115 and the other it'll be $120 do not let them lie to you they charge $80 they'll swear to their mothers they don't charge that cheap but I've gotten that deal every time they just forget your face and try to up charge you it's honestly funny. To TOP it all off I went to another phone repair place down the street and they ask me "have you ever gotten your phone fixed anywhere else?" When I say yes they tell me "well those people took off the plates that hold it in place and some connections that why your screen went black" DONT FUCKEN COME HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE TRASH THEY HAVE SHITTY SERVICE GO TO iRepair it's only one street away on foothill, I repeat go to iRepair!! They're actually good people and do quality work read more

Took my phone to get the camera replaced and they fixed the camera, but now the flash is not flush with the phone back and is very jagged to the touch. Definitely was not like this before. Took it in and they looked at it while I waited another hour and still they didn't fix anything. Dissatisfied read more

Found this gem on offer up. Message them and got a response literally in minutes. They sent me the application and BOOM.. I was approved. I went the other day and missed them by a few minutes so I figured I'll try again on my day off. So glad I did!!! Nathan helped my fiance and I, his customer service was excellent. He had answers to all our questions and gave us great recommendations! To be honest, the fact he wasn't trying to upsale or even pressure us into buying anything, made us want to do business with them. We got an iphone11 pro and MacBook pro for a REASONABLE price. Definitely will be going back soon and referring my friends and family. Quality items for reasonable prices!!!! read more

Went inn to get my iPhone rear glass replaced. They said yeah no problem it's gonna take a few hours ! Can you leave it, yeah sure. Now my iPhone would mag charge with its original glass , now it broke my fault. Few hours passed went back pick it up right alway the replacement glass looked off in color well I said it's fixed that's all it matters. Went to charge it wouldn't even stay on the magnetic charger. Very disappointed on this store that claims to be a great location to bring you're device to get fixed read more

False advertising on their offer up Saying they have a note 10+ for $50 and then they say it's a down payment They should say full price on the ad and write on the description that it's a $50 down payment option read more

They sold me a fake Nintendo switch, given I probably should have checked the box before buying it to notice all the Japanese writing. After going to several repair shops getting quotes I finally came across this store and got the best quote they were able to fix my phone no problem and have it ready in less than 24hr time period even with ordering the missing part. This is honestly the best service I've ever had. I came in on a whim after my screen got this permanent bright green line that kept glitching and I didn't want to wait for an Apple appointment. They fixed my screen in less than 15 mins and even fixed my speaker while they were at it! I decided to add on a case and screen protector since they have way cheaper prices here. I was really worried these places would be expensive but you guys really helped me out so thanks again!! read more

Asking $300+ dollars for fake Nike dunks?!. This place is a scam. The dunks were obviously replicas and the owners have to know that. One of the pairs even had a 'stock x' verified tag lol. If you are going to sell replicas own that shit and sell for a reasonable price read more

Went to ifix in rialto off of baseline (next to superior market) to get a small crack on the back of my phone fixed, my brand new iPhone my boyfriend bought me just 4 days before. When I picked it up they asked me for my phone case and put it on before handing it back to me. They told me to come back the next day to have my lens replaced (they broke that as well, see pictures). I get home and take the case off and saw numerous scratches on the housing of my phone. I called them right away and was told to bring the phone back. The next day I returned and was told there's nothing that can be done to fix the scratches on the housing (I was told verbatim "sorry there's nothing we can do to fix the phone "), but the lens can be replaced... I was told to come back in two days to see what the tech can do. Me and my bf came right back and spoke to a rude manager who was very defensive and unprofessional. He told us that once they receive the lens to bring the phone back and they will give me a new housing. Remind you they told me they could fix my lens the next day. I asked for my money back ($100) and he refused. We came back a few days later (Thursday) and left the phone. We were told to come back in a few hours, a few hours turned into 3 days. They kept procrastinating about when the phone would be fixed and even offered to drop it off at our house. Never came never called. The next day (3rd day) my bf goes to get the phone and it looked even worse. They totally messed up a new phone. We were told to come back in two weeks once they ordered yet another housing. Not only is the housing of my phone messed up, the motherboard is no good as well. My phone is of no use. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with these people. Extremely poor customer service. I would give negative 20 stars if possible. read more
