came back from vacation with water damage and not able to turn on.I was was worried I had lost important photos. I brought it here, on an holiday which I was shocked they took mine in and they were honest from the start about what they could and couldn't do. They clearly explained the process and pricing, which I really appreciated. Chris was able to get enough charge into the phone by replacing the battery so I could save all my photos -- a huge relief. In the end, I only paid $20 and gave a left a tip forr the diagnosis and troubleshooting, which was absolutely worth it. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the entire time. I never felt pressured or overcharged. Great experience overall and I highly recommend them! They have a Fontana store too so convenient!! read more

Hi I took my phone too Ifx4u. Great customer service I truly recommend thanks for everything really Good people

Awesome Place. They fix everything like phones, computers, and tablets. I come here all the time.

0/10 would not recommend coming here EVER. I paid $150 to fix my screen and have had to come back multiple times for them to look at/"repair" the screen they placed. I have had more issues with the "new screen" than the old one, they completely overcharged me for a screen just for it to not work, I went to Omars paid $90 and have had 0 issues since. Save your time and $ and don't come here. read more

Brought my phone here a couple times and they'd fix it but after a month the same issue would occur they'd temporarily fix it in order for you to come back horrible service brought it to a new spot I found that fixes phones and they showed me that IFx4u didn't put screws back in my phone and other missing components scammers beware read more

Came here to get a laptop fixed-- It wouldn't charge! It was quick and easy here, just dropped off the laptop and waited for the necessary parts to come into the shop, and it was done three days later. When I came to pick it up, I was walked through what work was done (soldering), and we tested it out at the shop. Also comes with a 30 day warranty. Great experience; I would definitely recommend this place! read more

This was amazing place to fix my daughter iPhone 15 screen , price was good and the turn around was good. Thank you for the staff and help . I recommend ifix4u read more

Don't ever go to this BULLSHIT place I took my iPhone 15 Pro Max to get a screen repair and they gave me an aftermarket and took my original camera from the back thinking I wouldn't know Save your money. Don't waste your time on these fucking scammers. read more

This place is shady. They quoted me on the phone.. then when I get there they said they don't have the correct screen and that they have to drive to another store to get it. 2 hours later they said we only have a used screen, and installed a used screen that has many flaws. This place is wack. Go somewhere else. It's 100% not legit. read more

Got my phone fixed here a week ago the people acted friendly just to replace your phone with the cheapest screen they have and charge you over 100 for a screen replacement . Today my screen slowly started lifting from the side then went back ! I went to the store and they told me I had to pay 100 more for a " real" iPhone screen when they should have told me that there's different options in screens and not just put the cheap one . 0 stars horrible service read more

I had a dead phone. It took a long time to get my phone back due to miscommunication. I would give them 5 stars, but because if the long wait time, I had to take one star away. I just give them props for trying to help me as best as they could. read more

This place needs proper customer service ‼My dad came to fix his phone when he got his phone back the sound didn't work anymore not to mention when we got the phone back it wasn't even properly closed from the back where they supposedly fixed, my dad went back to ask one of the guys to fix it and the guy responded to him rude out of pocket ‼ A little respect and better customer service goes a long way for maintaining a good business ! read more

I cracked my phone screen so I called before I went to get a quote the young lady who answered the phone was friendly and prompt. She gave me my options, a price and directions to the shop. Everything was correct and as promised. The shop was easy to find, clean and the staff was super friendly. I felt very safe leaving my phone to be repaired. My phone was repaired in the amount of time it was promised and in great working condition. Their prices were VERY affordable as I had called MANY other repair shops. I highly recommend coming here for all your repair needs. read more

The employee I talked to was very rude.. I asked a simple question and it turned into a lecture from him.. I strongly urge you to go somewhere else where you will be treated like a valuable customer and not a simple inconvenience. I recommend you go to gadget tech in ranch cucamonga. Their address is 103440 foothill blvd. ranch cucamonga. ... they are fast , friendly and very economical. You can reach them at 9096800618 read more

fast and reliable service, charging port always breaks on my iPhone 13 so I always trust them to repair it

I have a iPhone 11 Pro with a cracked screen and I called around for the best quote. They gave me $140 over over the phone. Once I got there they said $180 because they were out of the aftermarket screen. So I thought I was getting a good quality screen.. I was wrong. This screen is horrible. It's grainy and when I dim my screen light it gets worse. Just FYI if anyone else wants to go here and pay a lot of money. Also typing isn't the same... lots of typos and you have to double click on something to use it read more

So my phone broke I looked up phone repairs near me I paid $325 to get my screen fixed and within 2 to 3 weeks of it being repaired it messed up it would shut off and on and go black for a minute at a time so I took it back in and they said that it would be covered under their warranty because they messed it up so they were going to fix it for free so it took 2 days to fix and then when I got it back they did more damage to my phone then anything the screen on top right hand side doesn't sit flush with my phone they tell me that the clip that holds the screen was old even though my phone is only 2 months old and they can't fix it and then I find out that my microphones to my phone do not work at all if I try to record a video I can't get any sound if I try to ask Google to look up something it doesn't hear me so I take it back to them and all they tell me is that they can order new microphones and put it in this is already the 3 time I have taken my phone back to them so I just called T-Mobile and I'm going to pay another $300 and something dollars to get a whole new phone because these people messed up my phone I will never take my phone back to them or will I never tell any one of my friends or family to go to them they scam people that's playing it simple also what I seen is they don't have their California business license which is none of my business but that just tells you something right there so I am letting everybody know do not go to them there are way better people and shops out there thank you read more

Hi I originally went in because my Mac had issues connecting to the wifi, Im a college student and the laptop had no coverage through apple care and it was given to me by a family member. I came in and was charged around 300 to get it fixed for the wifi. I paid it and was told that it would be read in a week but they just never called me and I had to call countless times and when I did it would always be its almost ready. Two weeks pass by I finally get a call to pick it up and when I did I took my laptop home and yes the wifi was fixed and would connect but I noticed that my laptop would not charge and it would get extremely hot in one section. This was never a problem before until I picked it up so I took it back. I explained to them that I was a college student and needed it for school and they told me that this new encountered problem was on them and I wouldn't need to pay. Once again for the next two weeks there was 0 signs of communication on their end it was always me calling to get an idea and when I did I would get little answers. Finally they told me it was ready and then all of a sudden when it was time to pick it up they said no that it was on my end when I never had this problem in the first place until I picked it up from them. I payed it because I really needed it for school. Two days later it started again not charging and this was not an old MacBook it was new and in good condition. I called them again and keep in mind I go to school at UC San Diego but for breaks Im here with my family they told me they would call me back and nothing. I'm not trying to say they are bad because I have gotten my phone fixed here once and had a good experience but this was horrible and stressful. Im only 19 years old and a first generation college student I don't work so I can fully focus on school, I did feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a younger girl. Luckily, my school did help with loaner laptops until I could afford one. Coming from an underrepresented community in a bigger university it's often feels hard to keep up with the amount of privilege that others have and this just added so much stress on top of that. ~500 dollars I spent here when I could've used that money to pay for classes and school supplies read more

I honestly highly recommend this place very affordable prices, and very friendly staff, I brought in my iPhone 11 Pro Max that got ran over, I honestly thought it had no fix and they fixed it! read more
