Came here to get a laptop fixed-- It wouldn't charge! It was quick and easy here, just dropped off the laptop and waited for the necessary parts to come into the shop, and it was done three days later. Got my phone fixed here a week ago the people acted friendly just to replace your phone with the cheapest screen they have and charge you over 100 for a screen replacement . Today my screen slowly started lifting from the side then went back ! I went to the store and they told me I had to pay 100 more for a " real" iPhone screen when they should have told me that there's different options in screens and not just put the cheap one . 0 stars horrible service read more

They quoted me on the phone.. then when I get there they said they don't have the correct screen and that they have to drive to another store to get it. 2 hours later they said we only have a used screen, and installed a used screen that has many flaws. Hi I originally went in because my Mac had issues connecting to the wifi, Im a college student and the laptop had no coverage through apple care and it was given to me by a family member. I came in and was charged around 300 to get it fixed for the wifi. I paid it and was told that it would be read in a week but they just never called me and I had to call countless times and when I did it would always be its almost ready. Two weeks pass by I finally get a call to pick it up and when I did I took my laptop home and yes the wifi was fixed and would connect but I noticed that my laptop would not charge and it would get extremely hot in one section. This was never a problem before until I picked it up so I took it back. I explained to them that I was a college student and needed it for school and they told me that this new encountered problem was on them and I wouldn't need to pay. Once again for the next two weeks there was 0 signs of communication on their end it was always me calling to get an idea and when I did I would get little answers. Finally they told me it was ready and then all of a sudden when it was time to pick it up they said no that it was on my end when I never had this problem in the first place until I picked it up from them. I payed it because I really needed it for school. Two days later it started again not charging and this was not an old MacBook it was new and in good condition. I called them again and keep in mind I go to school at UC San Diego but for breaks Im here with my family they told me they would call me back and nothing. I'm not trying to say they are bad because I have gotten my phone fixed here once and had a good experience but this was horrible and stressful. Im only 19 years old and a first generation college student I don't work so I can fully focus on school, I did feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a younger girl. Luckily, my school did help with loaner laptops until I could afford one. So my phone broke I looked up phone repairs near me I paid $325 to get my screen fixed and within 2 to 3 weeks of it being repaired it messed up it would shut off and on and go black for a minute at a time so I took it back in and they said that it would be covered under their warranty because they messed it up so they were going to fix it for free so it took 2 days to fix and then when I got it back they did more damage to my phone then anything the screen on top right hand side doesn't sit flush with my phone they tell me that the clip that holds the screen was old even though my phone is only 2 months old and they can't fix it and then I find out that my microphones to my phone do not work at all if I try to record a video I can't get any sound if I try to ask Google to look up something it doesn't hear me so I take it back to them and all they tell me is that they can order new microphones and put it in this is already the 3 time I have taken my phone back to them so I just called T-Mobile and I'm going to pay another $300 and something dollars to get a whole new phone because these people messed up my phone I will never take my phone back to them or will I never tell any one of my friends or family to go to them they scam people that's playing it simple also what I seen is they don't have their California business license which is none of my business but that just tells you something right there so I am letting everybody know do not go to them there are way better people and shops out there thank you read more

I have a iPhone 11 Pro with a cracked screen and I called around for the best quote. They gave me $140 over over the phone. Once I got there they said $180 because they were out of the aftermarket screen. So I thought I was getting a good quality screen.. I was wrong. This screen is horrible. It's grainy and when I dim my screen light it gets worse. Just FYI if anyone else wants to go here and pay a lot of money.
