My husband now, understandably frustrated, informed Jimmy and the staff there that there severe lack of communication, lack of customer service, and continuous forgetfulness was ridiculous. With a reasonable price of $85 when other places charged me $100+ and done within a week :/. Unfortunately it was the wrong screen (which they weren't aware of at the time) that was put on my phone because there wasn't any sound anymore. I took it back and they apologized and would repair it again with 0 charge. It happened again,where there wasn't any sound- even putting in new speakers also with 0 charge. So it was just my phone. They were finally able to repair it once they ordered a completely new set of phone screens,and still with zero charge.
