They are more than great they are amazing! They go above and beyond. I went in to get my phone screen repaired for my rvvl 6. They were able to repair it within 30 minutes. With a reasonable price of $85 when other places charged me $100+ and done within a week :/. Unfortunately it was the wrong screen (which they weren't aware of at the time) that was put on my phone because there wasn't any sound anymore. I took it back and they apologized and would repair it again with 0 charge. It happened again,where there wasn't any sound- even putting in new speakers also with 0 charge. So it was just my phone. They were finally able to repair it once they ordered a completely new set of phone screens,and still with zero charge. Even giving me a new phone protector,instead of the old one already on there-0 charge. They were willing to work with me,and around my problems. Please check them out. read more

I was in the San Bernardino just passing through and my phone charger broke and my screen was shattered. So I found this gem and my phone was fixed in less than an hour. I got a new charger and even a new case and tempered glass screen protector. The people are super nice and very dependable. I now drive from the high desert to this place for all my phone needs. They even sale pro 5 shirts so since my husband is in construction and he needed the bright yellow and orange I snagged those too and at a very good deal. They sale phones there and have phone plans!!! I highly suggest this place even if u are just passing thru. I guarantee that u will NOT regret it!! I don't post reviews often, but when a business impressed me, I MUST! Dropped of my iPhone XS Max because I've been living with a broken screen for about 2 months. Tossing around the idea of getting a new iPhone 11 instead. I just decided to let them change it. Well I drop it off, very nice crew inside, came back a couple hours later ready to pay $150, they told me I owe them $0. Nothing! I guess I had a tempered glass screen protector I was unaware of. It was broken. Not my iPhone screen. I'm a business owner myself and this is a great example of good people running an honest business. Thank you so much guys! You have my business for life. This place deserves a 0 not even 1 star. They can't even seal the screen right, you can see the light from the screen below as well as the screen popping out horrible service, took 2 days for them to fix my phone when you can go to the watermen mall and get it fixed in 30 mins & cheaper as well as properly done. I chose this shop because of their high rating and that they are open in Sundays. Ended up having a few issues: - Brought my daughter's phone in on a Sunday for a broken screen. They said it would be done Wednesday, no later than Friday. - I called the shop on Friday. They said the phone was ready and they had called me Thursday. I had no missed calls from Thursday or Friday. - I picked up Friday evening, made sure the screen turned on, and brought it to my daughter - She noticed the new screen was not sealed around all the edges (light leaking from under the screen) and probably because of the three touch screen wasn't properly calibrated. - Brought to shop Saturday evening. Clerk said it would be ready in 3 hours. Daughter picked up 7:30 (shop closed at 8pm) to clerk that was standing outside the door waiting for her so he could lock up early. - Screen is mostly sealed, still some light leaking from under, but obviously it was just glued quickly because there is glue all over the sides of the cell body. It is a shame they couldn't live up to their high rating. read more

Walked in 30 mins before they closed. I was sort of desperate, my screen had just started to go out. They had no problem helping me. Told me to come back in 20 mins. Saved me a trip to inland center mall and they were cheaper. The guy that helped were super nice. So grateful for them. Even offered to put a screen protector on for me for cheap. Up until recently I had all my repairs done at a different place in Redlands, but last time I called them for a screen replacement quote, the price skyrocketed so I figured I would try these guys and was glad I did. He replaced my screen (iPhone 6), installed a new screen protector, replaced a sensor and cleaned out all my ports, then tested everything and in the end I was only charged $60.
