I called for service & within minutes I knew I did not want to do any business with this place. The girl answered & clearly was not having a good day, I had to ask if I was calling the right number based on her interaction with me, then she proceeded to be condensing, using words like "umm interesting". They've called back after I hung up but avoid the attitude & find somewhere that will provide quality work without the rude customer service. Update: as you can see the response, owner defends rude behavior & instead of trying to rectify it, they attempt to justify it. read more

This is such a nice lil shop here in San Bernardino! They were super nice and easy going. Its a young couple who runs the shop, they know what they're doing. I had a new charger port installed on my iPhone 7 and they hooked it up ! It works perfect and they handled my phone with care while doing it. This repair shop is amazing!! Came across this by total accident and so glad I did! They were incredibly fast, professional and the job they did was on pointe! I've dropped my phone and crack my screen so many times it's not even funny. Probably have replaced my screen 3-4 times a year. This is problem the best work I've seen! The material is high quality and they even guarantee their work for 30 days! Not every repair shop takes the time to reapply the water seal. 10/10 would go again! This is place is awesome. You wouldn't know it at first since they advertise themselves as a cellphone repair but they do repair ipads as well! It all started when the screen of my iPad Mini shattered after it was dropped. I was doing research trying to figure out who to take my ipad. After all, I wanted a good price, quality work, and quality parts. I found this place by luck but so gad I did! I called Levi, he walked me through the process and decided to drop off my iPad. He gave me a quote and an estimate of when the device would be ready. Fast forward, Levi gives me a call to let me know my iPad is ready and to pick it up at my convenience. Don't be fooled by this young con artist. I made the mistake of giving him a good review before I tried to use the printer that I paid him to install. The $50.00 he charged for the service call, included the dash cam that only needed to be plugged into my car lighter. My ignorance was partially due to no instructions. However, when I found out that my brand new printer did not work after paying this dude to install it, and after several phone calls and texts, I am ghosted, I have to conclude that this so-called computer repair dude is a scam artist. He definitely does not guarantee his work. I have found the only place I will go to for my cell phone needs. The 2 gentlemen and lady I have encountered are extremely professional and accommodating. Honest people. Very clear on what they can do to help you. I know they can get busy as any business can. But, I took my mom's phone to have the battery changed. When we picked it up it was clearly busy and close to closing. My mom was asked if she could leave her phone overnight. My mom explained she could not. within 15 minutes of this conversation the battery was put in. This was a professional conversation. It appeared to be a busy weekend for them but they still got the job done. Don't walk in thinking you are at the Apple store. Walk in knowing this a small business, operated by individuals, who do what they can to support the customer's need. After calling six or seven iPad screen replacement repair places and being quoted as high as $160, to replace a screen on a iPad 7th generation, I was getting discouraged. The lowest price at that point I was quoted was $130. When I called repairology, they were friendly, helpful, and sounded competent. Best of all they said it would be around $90. Other places also said that it would take a couple of days and Repairology had it done for me the same day. He did mention that he just opened and that's why the price was so low he said normally it would be around $110, still significantly lower than the numerous other places I called. My iPhone 11 Pro Max screen broke a little less than a month ago and I couldn't find anywhere below $325.00 to fix it. I had a friend refer me here after getting work done himself and I'm extremely happy he did.
