    I was looking around at other places to get my iPhone pro max screen fixed and repairology was able to give me the best quote! Even tho I didn't get it fixed the day I originally wanted, he was able to give me a free screen protector and it was such great quality. Ever since he fixed my screen it hasn't had any glitches nor did it show any damage to the phone. He did such a great job and in less than an hour too! I highly recommend repairology for any need you have.

My husband went back on Thursday and Jimmy claimed that he "forgot". My husband told him that was no problem since we were going on vacation. Jimmy apologized. Jimmy said he would call my husband and let him know when it was fixed. Jimmy never called. My husband came back the following Monday and Jimmy said he had worked on it. He showed my husband that the PSP turned on so my husband paid Jimmy and took it home. The next day (Tuesday) he went to play the PSP and it no longer turned on. Now Wednesday he went back to Jimmy to figure out what was wrong. Jimmy said he would try and fix it, he said "ill call you when its done so you can come and pick it up". My husband left it with Jimmy again and came back today Thursday because of course, he did not receive a phone call. When my husband arrived, the PSP was not fixed. My husband now, understandably frustrated, informed Jimmy and the staff there that there severe lack of communication, lack of customer service, and continuous forgetfulness was ridiculous. Jimmy then dropped my husband's PSP on the floor. Jimmy then tried to deny that he did, even though my husband and staff all watched him do it. My husband got his money back from Jimmy. But I can assure you that he wont be returning here again.

    The one star is for the gentleman who did fix our cellphone. He was very nice and fast and…read moreefficient in terms of cell phone repair. He also was very polite on the phone letting us know of the price of our repair (30 dollars) and that he could do it within half an hour. We went inside the building and it was pretty hard to find. We arrived at the booth and was greeted by a gentleman who told us it would take 2 hours for the requested repair and would cost us 40 dollars. We told him that we were told that the repair would cost 30 dollars and he finally did give it to us for that price. He seemed like a nice gentleman and he gave the technician a call so that the technician can come in and do it for us. What didn't sit right with us was the overall dishonesty (I.e. Being told that the technician was working on our device when 10 minutes later the technician arrived.) Now here is the very reason why this place gets a low rating. I had called in in the morning in order to ask for directions to their booth. We paid in cash for their services and left. Hours later I receive a phone call and voicemail stating that I had gone in for a 100 dollar repair and did not pay. However this is obviously not true and they had the wrong customer. I then received a very unprofessional text message stating the same accusation. I finally called back and told them of the services that we had done and that we paid in cash. All the gentleman could say on the phone was oh sorry. Really? After harassing me with a phone call, voicemail, and text message, you would think that there would be more of a proper way of apologizing to the customer and some statement acknowledging that obviously there was a mistake. Needless to say I will not be returning. I will advise that they keep better records of their clients to prevent such mistakes.

I left my phone for hours. When I returned they handed me my phone and the "new" back piece looked like it had been dropped sever times and was dirty. You could see all the build up in ever crevice. There were gashes in every corner of the phone. When I asked why the "new" back looked like it had been dropped several time they then told me they put used parts on. I was never told or agreed to used goods. When I asked why I was told it was $140 for a new back and got used parts the woman started to get mad and told me she didn't see what my problem was it looks fine. When I wasn't ok with what they had done the woman started telling the guy working on the phone to hurry up and put her old back on the phone and get her out of here she is wasting our time just hurry up and get her out of here. It then took another hour and a half to get my phone back. Such a shady opposition. An older guy kept trying to offer me other options but there is no way I would give them any business. I hope people read all these reviews before they give them business.
