Went in there for a battery change on a 14 pro max they said my phone motherboard was shorted and to just buy a new phone . I was charged $35 for a diagnostic too. I took it to a different repair place and they confirmed it's my battery and did the replacement now my phone works perfect . DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT HONEST WORK!!! I came here to get my charger port changed for 89.99. I came to them because I needed it changed asap. Now when I returned to pick it up, the guy showed me the charger port was fixed which it was BUUTT "all of a sudden" my battery's life decreased dramatically and now says I need servicing of my battery!!!!! I called to let the guy know about it and all he said was the battery has nothing to do with what he fixed over and over!!! At first when I came I was very skeptical but I was in need of a repair, Isis let me know right from the beginning that my battery was no good and it wasn't safe ( I already knew this) but she said with my battery being so damaged she wouldn't be able to repair so I said put a new battery then she called me to let me know it was turning off over and over so when I came back she said she didn't want to mess up the mother board so I took it and did some running around to see where they could fix it but I ultimately came back I asked her if she could put my phone back together and she did so but she said that the battery was very dangerous and sure enough as soon as I walked out my battery Started to overheat and started to leak battery fluid. I turned around and I asked her if she would be able to fix it and she said I don't wanna make any promises and then I don't wanna mess it up even further but I will if you want me to so I said I have nothing to lose at this point go Ahead and fix it and I am currently using my phone to write this review it hasn't shut off or over heated, she also let me know that the replacement battery wasn't an iPhone battery, which is kind of common sense, since it's not an Apple Store she was very nice very patient And fixed my phone and I really appreciate how informative she was during the process and being honest every step of the way. read more

I was I had come to Yelp instead of finding this place on google; I would've never gave them a dime if I saw their ratings here instead of there!! I called, the guy who answered was very kind and going based off my phone interaction and the phenomenal reviews on google I took my chance. NEVER AGAIN! First of all, we were quoted 40 min to an hour, so we left our iPad walked around the mall and came back around 45 minutes. My red flag should've been they didn't ask for a contact # to let us know when the iPad was done or in case of anything else. When we got back to picking up our iPad the man fixing it shows us something that's "wrong" other than the screen; I'm sure just trying to get more $$. We declined the extra service and just told him fix the screen; ok another 45 to an hour. Our iPad was completely fine, the battery lasted the entire day ++, once we received our iPad now without us even touching it our battery is dying. The worst service I have received in my entire existence I went in too go for a charging issue because my phone doesn't charge. He told me he could fix it but had too replace my charging port he then told me the price of the product he said the product then cost a total of 60$ so I of course said yes thinking that wasn't much so I gladly left my phone. He said it was gonna be a two hour wait so I left it and came back two hours later once I arrived to pick up my phone he told me he was able took salvage my original charging port which seemed a little suspicious too me because why would he do something we agreed on the first place so he then said the following price was 160 and I gave him a weird look because from what I had heard was 60. He then says it was on the receipt and it indeed was on the receipt which is my fault there butttt the issue is exactly the same my phone is not charging at all with any charger what's so ever soooo I show up the following day asking what's up why isn't my phone charging and he's telling me that I have defected chargers at my household which makes zero sense how are you gonna tell someone else what's happening inside their home so im telling him im not. Sooo then I show up a third day "which is pretty ridiculous " I show up with my chargers in hand and he's straight up saying my chargers are defective. I made sure that the chargers worked before going he wouldn't hit me with that bs but he did and it's ridiculous because I walked home with a fucked up phone still and he walks away with 130$ of my hard earned money. I was asking for half of a refund at least and nothing the guy that was "helping" me shouted at me too GET THE FUCK OUT but I mean what can you do at that point. I came to get my cracked screen fixed and ended up with more issues than I started with.. They fixed my screen on the first visit but asked me to return for a new back for my phone. I started experiencing charging issues immediately after (temp was too cold) after replacing my back I stopped receiving the temp issues but my phone did not charge correctly. I brought my phone to be checked and they had a hard time Removing the back case. After cleaning the phone and ensuring the charger was connected he handed my phone back and the back case had cracks everywhere. They tried to say I brought the phone to them broken and even asked if I wanted to get ìt fixed. They ultimately refused to fix the Back cover and argued with me. I will NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! Stay away! read more

This place is a joke, I went in to get my daughters iPad screen Replace it was broken For about a year no ink spreading nothing at all just needed the screen to be replaced. I paid 120 for them to do a horrible job they then messed up the LCD when it had no problems so I had the lcd fixed with them paid another 85$ when I picked it up it had ink spread in the corner that I showed them and he said it should go away in a week or so it never did so I pay over 200$ now I have to go to another spot waste more money because these people couldn't do their Job correct don't even waste your time here bunch of scammers read more

I went to get my iPhone 8 screen repaired and it was $60 for the repair I didn't mind I just wanted it fixed. I went in knowing that the lighting in my phone was going to be dim after the repair and I did bring that to his attention just to confirm and he said it wouldn't be as dim as I thought and he showed me on another phone what it would look like and it looked pretty normal to me so after the repair the screen looked great it was a little dimmer but I let it go. However, it's now 2 months later and my phone is glitching a lot now!! My screen does not allow me to scroll, I can't answer any incoming calls because I can't swipe, Keep in mind I had 0 issues with my phone before I took it in for a screen replacement now I have all these issues with my phone it sucks! Had my iPad screen replaced here and they did a horrible job. When I dropped it off everything was working fine it just had a cracked screen when I picked it up the power button didn't work and the home button was very off. Took it back the next day to get the home button fixed and they made it even worse home button was still off and then so was the screen they also filled the bottom of screen with some type of glue. I finally just cut my losses as the whole experience was just awful, I wish I could give zero stars. read more
