I brought it here, on an holiday which I was shocked they took mine in and they were honest from the start about what they could and couldn't do. They clearly explained the process and pricing, which I really appreciated. Chris was able to get enough charge into the phone by replacing the battery so I could save all my photos -- a huge relief. In the end, I only paid $20 and gave a left a tip forr the diagnosis and troubleshooting, which was absolutely worth it. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the entire time. I never felt pressured or overcharged. Great experience overall and I highly recommend them! They have a Fontana store too so convenient!!

David shared with me up front pricing for the repair and the overall process. He picked up the phone at our agreed upon time, testing its functions and making sure there was a baseline of performance before he took the phone. Once he got back to his work area, he FaceTimed me to show me the issues with proceeding with the repair, and outlined my realistic options based on his past experience, including different recommendations based on whether I was just trading it in, or whether I was keeping the phone more long term. He didn't try to pressure me to make a decision one way or another, just laid out the facts. In the end, I didn't proceed with the repair due to the nature of the damage. David was very professional and returned my phone in the original state. I appreciated his honesty, integrity, and communication throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future for a repair or a consultation on how to best approach a situation with a damaged phone.

The first thing I noticed was there were still little glass shards in the camera when the back screen was replaced, which meant that they did not clean it properly before putting on the new back glass and the back glass was not seated properly because there was a gap between the frame and the glass. About a week ago my battery started giving out and it started bulging/inflating out of the phone to the point where the back glass cracked. I paid $200 for both parts (installed). So I went on Amazon and purchased the battery and the back glass and install installed it myself for $74. If you come to the shop, make sure you get warranty and that your phone has new parts installed correctly before you leave the store. I would have contacted them sooner regarding some type of warranty, but I could no longer find them on OfferUp because our past messages weren't deleted.
