I came into the store expecting to pay $60 for a charging port replacement, but Chris at iRepair took the time to clean out my charging port and got it working perfectly--at no charge! That's the kind of customer service you don't see every day. Chris could have easily charged me for the repair, but instead he helped me out and earned a customer for life. Thank you, Chris! This is definitely a shop I can trust. I highly recommend iRepair! read more

Don't go here they will mess up your device....... After them fixing my ph screen my phone would not stay charged past 1hr. I called to tell them the new problem and was told and I quote " It's Common sense that's a battery problem and has nothing to do with them replacing the screen" A quick GOOGLE search proved that to be not only incorrect, but something a person fixing phones should know. I was willing to try and remedy the problem but by the way you talked to a respectful paying customer, I'll Pass. If your undecided as to where and who to do business with, in regards to buying/fixing a Phone and your thinking of trying this place. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. I'm sure everyone's experience will be different but mines was a terrible one. read more

iRepair Wireless - Ph runs out of power and I have this message - Mobile Phones Near Me - Rialto, California

Do not come here for screen or back glass repairs. I went in to fix the cracked back of my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and after the repair my microphone stopped working. They took it back to fix the microphone, which took a full day, but when I got it back they had also ruined the flash, charging port, and Bluetooth connection. It makes no sense how fixing one issue caused so many new problems. I strongly recommend avoiding this place--you're better off living with a cracked phone than having multiple features destroyed. read more

They are charging me more for a phone than what it's worth I paid 450$ ...112$ every month and now I magically owe more

The boss helped me with amazing and FAST service ! 5 stars! Recommend them. Very happy

Horrible place. I got my laptop "fixed" only for the screen to be cheap and having to come back. They told me they can't do anything about it since it was past 30 days- obviously if you do a horrible job then you'll need constant repair. Only come if you want your product to work 2 months max and waste your money. I did not drop or hit my laptop- the ink appeared out of nowhere. The worker, Roger, is the most useless worker I've ever encountered with every response being- "I can't do anything" Do not recommend at all. read more

Fixed my sons phone quick and made his screen like new after shattering it. Quickly done with time told

They do a cheap job and expect you to pay again and again. Got my screen fixed but the pirate screen blacked out and left my computer worse than how I had it before coming here. Save your money, go to Best Buy as they are actually BBB affiliated! On top of it, this place charges as if it were on official Apple Store. Trust me, do not come to waste your money! read more

All they care about is money, they don't stay true to what's thoroughly agreed on over the phone. I scheduled for a service and they agreed both times to do the specific work I asked for over the phone with a firm reasonable quote, I get there and they suddenly bring up doing an alternative their way which i didn't want so they ended up wanting 50% more than the agreed quote if I wanted the orignal work we discussed multiple times. Wasted my time going over there and won't be coming back. read more

If I could go back in time and not come here, I would've never set foot in this place. They overcharge and your item is only good for a week. They don't honor their warranty and make you pay again. A quick money grab scheme. My screen was left worse than what I had come in with. I wish I would've listened to the other reviews. Do not waste your money here ‼‼ read more

This place IS HORRIBLE . Ive fixed my phone screen before and i never had to go back , I came back to this place 3 times because they don't put on your phone screen correctly the first time my screen fell out and they charged me 70 they just want your money I've paid so far $170 . yesterday I went in to get it fix because it's started GLITCHING after 2 weeks of using my phone , and they didn't wanna help because it had a microscopic crack on the corners keep in mind I was still under the month of warranty they don't help they just want take your money and put REALLY CHEAP QUALITY SCREENS! They'll definitely hear back from me because it's so unfair how they just want you to keep paying for their mistakes . read more

Had to edit my review talking bad about these guys , I've been doing business with them for years and will continue to do business with them . My phone is back in service and it didn't leave me completely broke like a new phone would have. I am naturally a talkative people person and they are not. Nothing against them, seems like they are just very business oriented and to the point but they got the job done and my phone works. They also have a huge variety of cases, chargers and all the accessories you can think of. read more
