If I could give zero stars I would, first my boyfriend brings in his phone to replace the back glass. The guy told us it would only take 2-3 hours, they had the phone for 7-8 hours. We had to call just to see if the phone was ready then the guy states that something is wrong with the charging port so he states he will fix that in 30 mins while we drive there. We get the phone back $200 later and while it's charging, it stopped charging then overheated to the point where you couldn't use it. They also tweaked something where it no longer connected to the service provider. Mind you when we took the phone in, nothing was wrong except the back of the phone was shattered. We took it back in today and the phone is doing worse and the guy stated the impact the phone took caused the phone to no longer connect to the service provider yet was fine before we took it in. No warranty on their job. About a week ago, I took my Samsung Galaxy S8 for a screen replacement. The phone was fully functional, but the digitizer was cracked. I paid about $220 for the screen replacement. A couple of days ago I used the front camera and noticed it it look blurry. It seems like when they replaced the screen, the technician touched the camera and left a fingerprint. Had phone screen replaced by a different company 6 mos ago and they did a really bad job. Screen was pinched so I'd get double letters while typing and it was going black and not "waking up" requiring multiple hard resets to get it working right again. Went in for a cracked screen price was good so i gave them a shot. 7 visits later my charger port doesn't work. To keep it simple when they fixed my screen one of my volume buttons stopped working then they fixed the volume button and my aux cable port stopped working. Then the speaker for hearing calls stopped working. Then after i paid to get that replaced the charger port stopped charging. ALL THE WHILE THE SCREEN WAS NEVER FULLY FIXED UNTIL MY 7th and last visit. So on the 7th visit my screen was fixed but the charger port which i also paid for wasnt fixed that was my 3rd visit for that port. And because i refuse to go sit there for another 2 hrs for the job to not be completed again i will leave a review of how they screwed me over. Purchased an iPhone 7 Plus in May for my Mom for Mother's Day. Activaded the phone with Metro PCS and at first the phone worked fine. However there was a strange noise heard from the phone while making different calls. Took the phone back servers times and iRepair was able to replace phones speakers and microphone and the motherboard. However it they were never able to fix the issue or give an idea of what was wrong. Didn't offer a replacement or partial refund considering it was a faulty phone purchase from this store. I mean the place isn't amazing but it's not bad either I've never had a cracked screen on my phone before so I went here for the reviews.honestly the only thing I'm glad about was that I didn't have to give out my PIN personally I don't think they need my pin for them to check and see if my phone is good. They did have me check it myself when I came in for the phone phone was fine nothing wrong with it screen worked it's been maybe almost a week since then still works fine. I did end up paying $263 tax total for my phone screen to get fixed I do have a Samsung Galaxy they do say those are a little bit more expensive to fix and take a little bit longer mine took about almost 3 hours to get fixed. As for the customer service there is one lady that work there she seemed very nice and helpful. I Purchased a iPhone for almost $600.00, got it home and found out the facial recognition didn't work. I called back the same day and told the customer service rep the problem. He told me to bring it back in for them to check it out. I brought it back in and they told me they would fix it when the part comes in.
