After having to deal with 2 hours of my time wasted they told me phone wasn't fixable and I was better off replacing. Came in to buy an iphone thinking it'd be quicker and easier tried to put all my information in the phone and it says the face ID is not the original part therefore my face id does not work . i cannot access my wallet . the screen barely even works you cannot type on the keyboard . im guessing it was a used phone and t someone brought it to get fixed or replaced and they "fixed" the screen w not original parts and that's why the screen doesn't work nor the face id . such bad customer service . Hi Hello so I bought my iPad here to change the charging port because my cat drop my iPad and the charger broke off in the charging port. I tried my best to take it out but the charging port was nonetheless unsalvageable. It wasn't charging so I admitted defeat and brought it here at this shop. My boyfriend and I called before hand to see if this shop could repair it and the person who answered said they could. So we brought it to the shop and the worker who took in my iPad said it would be done by the next day. Boy oh boy did they lie. I didn't receive it until 2 weeks later. During that time I called up the shop continuously to check up on my device. But they each time would say it would be done by the end of the day. The shop called my boyfriend a week after having my iPad in their care saying to retrieve it only to find out the charging port wasn't strong enough and that the screen didn't turn on . I wouldn't recommend this shop. They handled things very unprofessionally, staff was overall rude and had constant sass. My phone kept freezing. The guy told me I needed a new screen. He replaced my screen said I had warranty on new one coincidentally a month later my phone froze the same way I took it to him he said warranty expires after one month he refused to fix it. I came home YouTubed how to unfreeze it and my phone started up perfectly. So not only did they take 110 dollars from me but he also took my perfectly working apple screen and replaced it with an aftermarket one instead of just fixing the problem. zero stars, i went in for a cracked screen and left with a broken microphone it took 4-5 hours for both fixes and i paid 200$. A week later the screen light starts glitching and completely turns off with no dropping of the phone and when i told them they said it would be another 90$ and they have a no refund policy. I took it to apple where they fixed it for obviously a lot of money and they said there was something near the charger port and microphone. don't go somewhere cheap just to save money read more

I had a TERRIBLE experience here at this location. Would NOT RECOMMEND buying a cellphone here. I traded an Iphone 7 plus and paid the difference for an Iphone 8. The phone was working fine for about a 2 weeks then it lost service to my carrier, they explained to me saying that the phone had been locked from their 3rd party supplier but would try and help me fix the situation. They had me in the store for about 3-4 hours trying to fix the situation and could do nothing about it and wanted to give me a phone that was locked for a specific carrier. I denied the offer because the phone would have been restricted to NO IOS updates and would be set to a specific carrier . We came to an agreement that I would pay extra for an Iphone XR and they told me that this would not happen again, but the same situation happened to the Iphone XR about 3 weeks later. Upset at the fact that they are selling faulty phone I asked for my money back and had me waiting at the store telling me the manger was not there and to come the next day because they could not help me.The next day I called before going to the store and they said the manger would be there by 5 PM, I showed up at 5:45 PM and one employee told me to wait 1 hour for the manger to show so I patiently waited, and as the hour passed he never showed up. Frustrated at this point I told the employee working to let me speak to his manger asking for his number or to let me speak to him through his phone, the employee once again had me waiting and finally was able to "help" me, but the day before he was not able too which made me furious. They finally gave me my money back but charged me 25% of what I payed for restocking fee's. This store has terrible customer service beside one employee named Eddie who was helpful the first time.
