First time ever rating...the business was unprofessional and did not take pride in what they do.. paid 20$ (knowing Omar's is cheaper) for a glass privacy protector screen and was gonna buy a clear plastic protector for my new 12 pro max but had to pass that up due to them not cleaning the phone before putting it on. Plus they take your phone without you witnessing it being handled. (UnLike Omar's down the street but I wanted to give them a chance). Now I know why they don't have a lot of business, I ask to get an estimate unlike Omar's they ask for your pin.. take your phone to the back and without being authorized they took the glass protector off. When the guy came out he said that the screen is broken and I insisted it wasn't. He gave me the glass protector in a shattered condition (obviously) but where my phone is now cracked (top left corner) you can visibly see where it's was taken off from and it doesn't show the screen protector marks onto the phone (with the now shattered protector in top left corner) They gave me a number since I wanted to speak to an owner or corporate..spoke to Carlos and he said why are calling me after I gave the whole spill. He said there was nothing he can do and to take them to small claims. Rude, unprofessional and do not take pride in their business or their customers. Highly unrecommended. Go to Omar's down the street. Long line but worth the wait. Save yourself a hassle and learn from my experience. read more

Customer service at a minimum was one of the worst I've ever seen. There were 15 to 20 minute lines in the store and there's no communication whatsoever regarding picking up merchandise that has been serviced I had to call back on three different occasions and after two weeks the my computers had not been serviced. Whatever you do don't take your iPad to this place ! these people do not know what they're doing , I took my iPad and they charged me $25 to look at it, they never called me back, two days later I called them , they say oh it needs this part so they had to order it a week later I called them back, they didn't get the part in, a week later again, no phone call from them, customer service is a Zero! They got the part and they said that part did not work so I told him to put it back together and I will come pick it up the next day, two days later they still didn't have it put back together all this time nobody's calling me and telling me what's going on with my iPad, every single time I had to call them they do not know what they're doing they're just taking people's money and not fixing the problem, I don't think they know how to work on an iPad, plus nobody's wearing a mask this is a time during the pandemic very dirty. Came in to this store to get my iPhone 6 repaired. It had water damage from October and I thought the phone could not be repaired. I called several stores and was turned away by most saying the phone had been damaged for too long. Jacob from irepair was so friendly and took his time explaining what he was gonna do and how much it was gonna cost, he was upfront about everything and the best part was that the service was so inexpensive and the quality was so great! They can't even get back at you for an update you have to keep insisting and calling and I don't think any place should be that way. The only reason they have good reviews on Yelp is because they bribe you into doing so, so you can get a "discount" on the certain item your trying to get fixed. Reply to Eddie's comment. It was actually the next week we went back not 30 days after. Plus, when i went to pick it up you (eddie) wouldnt come out from the back. The guy at the counter showed us the warranty that irepair isnt responsible for any damages. After we picked it up for a second time the phone wouldn't turn on at all. We went somewhere else where they fix the phone right in front of you (dont hide in a room where you cant see what theu do to your phone)and he showed me that metal prices were missing. I had a HORRIBLE experience!! DO. NOT. RECOMMEND! Went in to trade an Iphone 7 plus and paid money on top in exchange for an Iphone 8 plus. Weeks later the phone 8 said it had no service to my carrier so I had to drive back and they told me "they can not do anything about it" because the iphone 8 I bought was locked from their 3rd party supplier. I payed the difference for an iphone xr and the same thing happened within weeks!!!! They had me come back about 6 times just so the manager can be there. I was very frustrated at this point and asked for my money back, the employee said he could not do that with out the manager present. At the end of the day the manager never showed up. They had me waiting for nothing!! Even without the manager being there they were able to give me back my money which made no sense and wasted my time!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK !!!! read more

I brought my sons ipad to the hut of goofies, originally they told me it would take one day to fix cracked screen. cool no problem so i also buy an iphone 12 pro. the next day i return, my cellphone cant connect to internet. at first they are refusing refund because they are telling me its my sim card regardless the manager isnt in ehom is the only one who can decide what to do so i have to leave my cellphone for an entire day. my son's ipad isnt fixed at this point because the replacement screen supposedly hadnt arrived yet. day 3 come around i return after no communication from the store whom were suppose to call after fixed my iphone i just bought from them. they exchange my phone for a rose gold one (not the color i wanted but since they werent, going to refund i had to take it) still day 3 my ipad isnt ready but they ensure me when it is they contact me. i never got a call text or smoke signal when it was done. plus i have an non original apple screen in my sons tablet which not get hot because of off brand screen it was replaced with. First and foremost FUCK THIS PLACE. I had dropped my iPhone XS of Saturday to get fixed. My battery and screen needed repair. Battery alone was 120 and screen 160. A total of 280. I waited till Tuesday to get the cheaper price cause if not was looking to pay 320. On Monday I went to pick up my phone cause I just felt like these guys were tryna play me. So I get there and the guy tell me he just send my phone out 30 min ago to get the screen fixed. So I said I thought you said you would fix it. He said we do but "my guy" has a machine to test the water resistance on the phone. So I asked what time will my phone be ready tomorrow he said 12pm or 1pm. So I show up at 1pm today and my screen still ain't fixed. So now I know he lied and never send my phone out. But he want use the excuse that yesterday was holiday. If the holiday was going be an issue why didn't they think to say something or at least call??? Exactly cause they wanted to secure they money they wanted to get from me. So I took my phone without the screen being fixed. Turns out I found this AWESOME place in Fontana that fixed my screen for cheaper in just 20 mins. They guy from this place gave a better quote for both the battery and the screen. But sadly I had already paid these motherfuckers for the battery. So I lost 70$ but never again will I come here or recommend this place. And if I can give y'all ZERO stars I would. read more
