It took a staggering 13 days before I received any updates, and even then, the excuses were varied and unconvincing. First, they blamed a mysterious fuse issue, then they admitted to using subpar aftermarket parts without my consent. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on their professionalism.Throughout this ordeal, I diligently called every other day for updates, only to be met with the same excuses and confusion from their end. It became apparent that there was a severe lack of coordination among their staff, leading to a chaotic and disorganized repair process. despite my initial payment and their promises, I was forced to make an additional payment to obtain the original screen that should have been included in the initial repair cost. I was in need of glass repair on an iPhone 11and called this number. Roy quickly responded and stated that he could repair the phone in 20 minutes. It was Sunday and I thought that he would be closing early. However, he informed me that he would still be open and I rushed over there. I was greeted by the young man who was very friendly and attentive. He completed the requested repair and surprisingly informed me of other repairable items that I might need in the future. Came into the store and Roy provided me with great customer service. Prior to going to his store, I went to another phone repair store and they basically bought my hopes down that they couldn't repair my daughter's phone due to water damaged. Went to his store, bought me some piece of mind that the phone could be saved, they would run a a water damage cleaning and diagnostic test to clean the water damage. With the diagnostic test they were able to find that the screen and the battery were damaged. Called to get a quote to repair the charge port on my iPhone 13 Pro. They gave me a quote 2/3 the cost of other places ($100 vs $150) and 1/3 the amount of time to complete the job (1 hour vs 3 hours). Went there, dropped my phone off, and let them I would be waiting outside in my car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out to get me 20-30 minutes later when the job was complete. I came here to get my phone battery replaced because it had become swollen, and I don't regret choosing this place at all. I went here for the first time yesterday to have the screen of my iPhone SE repaired, it wasn't shattered but had some noticeable cracks. Parking was scarce and compact. They were very straightforward with the price (and the price did change a bit, but that was partly due to my lack of knowledge regarding the specific model of my phone) and friendly. So I've brought so far 4 iPads and 3 phones to iRepair for them to repair. They can repair everything! I've done charging ports, screens, and they can even repair motherboard shorts and motherboard faults. They do really good work here. I've gone to other places but this place so far is my favorite.
