He picked up the phone at our agreed upon time, testing its functions and making sure there was a baseline of performance before he took the phone. Once he got back to his work area, he FaceTimed me to show me the issues with proceeding with the repair, and outlined my realistic options based on his past experience, including different recommendations based on whether I was just trading it in, or whether I was keeping the phone more long term. He didn't try to pressure me to make a decision one way or another, just laid out the facts. In the end, I didn't proceed with the repair due to the nature of the damage. David was very professional and returned my phone in the original state. I appreciated his honesty, integrity, and communication throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future for a repair or a consultation on how to best approach a situation with a damaged phone.

I called to tell them the new problem and was told and I quote " It's Common sense that's a battery problem and has nothing to do with them replacing the screen" A quick GOOGLE search proved that to be not only incorrect, but something a person fixing phones should know. I was willing to try and remedy the problem but by the way you talked to a respectful paying customer, I'll Pass. If your undecided as to where and who to do business with, in regards to buying/fixing a Phone and your thinking of trying this place. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. I'm sure everyone's experience will be different but mines was a terrible one.

Went in to get a battery replaced for my car control. Guy said the remote didn't work after…read morereplacing battery and was charged 25$ for labor and was told control had a new battery and we'd have to take it to another place since the battery wasn't the issue. Went to Dibs which is close by and the guy fixed the remote in less than 30 seconds and only 10$. The guy at dc audio lied to us and has never replaced the battery. Do not recommend at all ! They lie and just charge you for nothing

They immediately knew my phone model, confirmed I'd taken the right steps (powered off, dried the phone, SIM removed), and clearly explained what they would do next and what to realistically expect. There were no scare tactics or loaded language--just honest, knowledgeable help. They were upfront about costs, didn't try to talk me out of getting help, and were cheaper than the place that explicitly advertises water damage repair but wouldn't even try. Worst experience. Do not waste your money. My husband went here to get his PSP fixed. Last week he…read moredropped it off on Monday. They said it will be fixed by Thursday. My husband went back on Thursday and Jimmy claimed that he "forgot". My husband told him that was no problem since we were going on vacation. Jimmy apologized. Jimmy said he would call my husband and let him know when it was fixed. Jimmy never called. My husband came back the following Monday and Jimmy said he had worked on it. He showed my husband that the PSP turned on so my husband paid Jimmy and took it home. The next day (Tuesday) he went to play the PSP and it no longer turned on. Now Wednesday he went back to Jimmy to figure out what was wrong. Jimmy said he would try and fix it, he said "ill call you when its done so you can come and pick it up". My husband left it with Jimmy again and came back today Thursday because of course, he did not receive a phone call. When my husband arrived, the PSP was not fixed. My husband now, understandably frustrated, informed Jimmy and the staff there that there severe lack of communication, lack of customer service, and continuous forgetfulness was ridiculous. Jimmy then dropped my husband's PSP on the floor. Jimmy then tried to deny that he did, even though my husband and staff all watched him do it. My husband got his money back from Jimmy. But I can assure you that he wont be returning here again.
