Hey everyone, lowkey, they're pretty good here. I recently broke my phone screen display, and half of my screen turned black. It did not go back to normal until I got it repaired by them. The quality is pretty good, and they're very efficient. The guy who repaired my phone only took about 30 minutes. The cost wasn't too bad compared to other places I was recommended. The POS owner didn't tell his customers that his lies and bs would catch up with him and he would be closing the store and going out of business taking my daughters brand new Mac book with him. Didn't notify me nothing. I called and tried to get it back. This scumbag stole my daughters MacBook that she needs for school. He refuses to answer. I put my trust in a local business to try and help a small business and this is what happens. They steal your stuff. Joseph is a pathetic human being that steals from kids. I just received my new phone , I only had it for 2 weeks. I went to turn on phone and side button did not work. Took back to store who told me I broke my phone. Said warranty would not cover the repair. Took to Albert at SoCal Techs . Albert heard my story to the person behind counter and to look at my phone, Un stuck the button and told me it's fine, no need to replace. I love Albert and this company. I will be back!!! read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I had to call them over and over to get an answer on when my ps5 was gonna be done. I spoke to 2 different people who always had something different to say. Not all items are fixed there. Some are sent elsewhere, and they fail to tell you. Their customer service sucks!!! They say they'll call you back and never do. These guys are awesome. Had a iPhone X with shattered screen. Fixed in less than 30 minutes. I also had the battery replaced because I was barely getting 1/2 a day of charge. New battery can go over 24 hours without charge and the screen works perfect. read more

Wouldn't recommend coming here. They swap out parts that weren't agreed upon and then blame customer for parts they swapped being defective/damaged. Made me pay for new parts...took them like 2 weeks to give me my phone back read more

I did not have a good experience here. They couldn't get a screen to work on my phone so they never replaced it. They gave me the run around when I asked for a refund. Such as another review stated the customer service is bad and I had to call over and over before they gave me a partial refund back. The amount of frustration and gas it took to go back and forth to the store several times made the refund unsatisfactory. Joseph is a sketchy person to do business with. I would not recommend this place, especially to the elderly. read more

This is a really friendly, customer considerate business. I went here to get my horribly cracked phone screen repaired and they had it done in great time. I actually had to wait for a second time as they did not have the exact screen they initially said they would use for my phone and they wanted to make sure that it was okay with me before continuing, but still great time for the same price. They actually even reduced the price for the 'wait' and handled an oddball client with quick judgement and still great service to ensure that the other clients would feel at ease.
