Edit: as of today, I'll also have to add on that I was called a "d**k" by an employee named Daniel here. My family ordered a Groupon that covers a screen repair, but this employee did not know how to properly process it, and stated he "knows nothing about groupon" and that I'd have to come back tomorrow, even though I had made an appointment. When I questioned him on why he didn't know how to process a Groupon voucher that has the name and address of the employer he works for clearly stated on the printout. He responded with "I don't know but you're kind of a d**k." Between the incorrect hours and the treatment I received today, what exactly am i supposed to think of this place? I'd like to think that Daniel's attitude and total lack of customer service skills isn't representative of this place as a whole, but what am I supposed to believe after being called that? Be aware, make sure you get the quote in writing because they will switch the prices on you, I went in with my wife to change my phone screen, they told me one price and told me it will take 45 min, after not hearing anything back from them for 2 hours I called only to find out my phone was ready but they didn't bother to call. When I went back to pick it up, the guy that was there had a attitude problem and gave me a deferent price and Was really rude and disrespectful , I have businesses of my own and if my employees acted the way this guy did, they would not be working for me. I took my tablet to this business named WeFix (we were instructed to take the tablet to a repair shop that insurance provider was contracted with, we assumed that this was the one but later found out that it was not). I informed the man at the desk (Malik) that my apple tablet charged intermittently and that if I shook my tablet or tapped the charging port it would start charging again. He said "oh yes that is a problem with the USB C charging ports. Apple should never have changed to that type. I see this all the time". I informed him I have an insurance plan with a 100 dollar deductible. He told me that they are not contracted with any insurance providers but can fix it for the same price as the deductible ($100). He said it would be ready in 2 days. When my husband returned to get the tablet, he was told it was a chip that needed to be replaced and not the charging port and that will be 150 dollars to fix and that he had broke the screen as well. This is classic bait and switch. So, we did not agree to the increase in price. We did not know why the tablet would not charge and both parties agreed to the $100 price. There was NO mention that it may be another issue and that it may cost more. If that were the case, all issues would have been repaired (or device replaced) with the insurance provider with just the $100 deductible. Since we did not agree to the $150 he would not fix the screen he broke. We left with an unrepaired device and a broken screen that was in perfect condition when we dropped it off. His name is Malik, he is unprofessional and did not honor the price he quoted. In addition, he broke our screen. read more

Awesome techs! I inquired a price quote thru yelp messenger. The owner messages back within 20 minutes or less. I've been shopping around with other places in the area but I chose WeFiix because the owner would respond quicker and answer all my questions within a week time frame. No appointment is necessary. I dropped my iPhone 7+ and unfortunately experienced my first cracked screen. The owner quoted me an hour time frame and to replace with an aftermarket screen for $85 or original Apple brand screen for $120. I've also inquired about replacing the home button for an iPad mini 2 for $85. Not bad, as I've been quoted more from other vendors. Prior to my visit, I've done some research and found that the quality of 'original' can take a fall better than an aftermarket screen so I went with the original. Cut to today, the store is easy to locate since their sign is large. They are near the huge Starbucks off of the 15 fwy, on Winchester RD. The techs Rob and Daryl, immediately greeted me as I walked in and had a great attitude. Rob quoted me the same as the owner on yelp messenger, which he explained, is his mom. After talking for a little bit, he made a great deal with me that I couldn't pass and installed a free tempered glass protector. I hung out at Starbucks for an hour before returning. Rob was installing the glass protector when I returned so I sat for a few minutes until he was done. The store seemed organized, clean, and had a lot of standardized merch. A large flat screen TV and a seating area. They are also next to a few food vendors and a really good Thai restaurant, Pancha. Starbucks is also within the same parking lot. In the event of needing help from a tech, I'd definitely recommend this place! Everything we discussed was straight to the point and no retail tactics to make a sale.
