1st the place was a mess! False advertising, The window said $99 PC repair. I was charged $160. And he could do nothing. He changed me another $160 for a new motherboard. That did nothing. He also said my 1500 watt power supply was something he never saw! Then he told me my 10TB hard drive pulled to much power. By the way it only pulls 5 watts, LOL. After wasting time and money, I brought it to Micro Center, they charged $80 for diagnostic. And they fixed it in less than 5 hours. Here is what happened. I have an iPhone it was working just fine. It connected to WiFi the VPN activated You Tube loaded on cellular data as did OfferUp and my credit union mobile app. I could open the App Store and everything was functional before I brought it into the repair center in lake Elsinore California. After the screen was replaced it did not function properly. All the apps that worked stopped working wifi will not connect to any source I can't open my credit union account no network connection VPN flickers on and off It was like driving a fully functional car into a oil change shop and after the performed the service the car won't start. They claim it's not their fault and won't take responsibility to fix it. The plus side is the screen is very nice the negative side is I now have a phone that is not functional and this company knows what was damaged ( the antenna became disconnected from the motherboard is what they have diagnosed as the issue) I have watched another person do this same screen replacement and there are some very sensitive ribbon connections (wires) that can be damaged the SIM card could be dislodged which could cause this problem and Alex told me after he examined the phone the soldered connections to the antenna/motherboard most likely have been severed but they did not make that happen. Well what a coincidence!!! It was fine prior to them opening it up and replacing the screen and now it somehow got damaged on its own !!! It's not that it dropped off the work bench ? In any event I would not recommend bringing anything to this place for repairs as it appears they are incompetent and will not take responsibility when they damage your property The owners should be ashamed of themselves Avoid this place by all means stay away BTW a purchased a different phone and it is fully functional I used it to post this review as I can't do so with the damaged iPhone they broke read more

Had a 2018 Xbox One X repaired here (no signal from xbox to tv) and when we got it back, we realized the fan wasn't working as our TV displayed an overheating warning on the screen. Apparently, upon inspection, we found that 9 OF 18 internal screws to the Xbox were missing and the fan was also disconnected. Unsure if the fan part was part of the employee's negligence (aside from the screws), but there hadn't been an issue with it prior to needing the signal connectivity repaired. I telephoned this repair center on 30 Dec 22 to obtain a repair estimate for a MACBOOK PRO 13 and was provided a quote for $186 for the $99 fee and $87 for the battery including tax. The quote was based on the laptop model and battery replacement. On 31 Dec 22, I went in to drop off the laptop and a service technician then quoted me $237. I asked how the quote went up $51 in price and I was told MACBOOK Pros are expensive items and costly to repair them. I kept on asking why the quote changed from the previous day's telephone quote and the technician kept on returning to the same response of these laptops are high value items and costly to repair. I even asked her to stop repeating that statement and answer my question. She stared at me and started repeating the statement again. I even tried to ask her normally how long the telephone quote is good for and she refused to respond. The other technician that was in the back working heard the whole conversation; however, he refused to come forward and back up his quote. I grabbed my laptop off the counter and walked out. They have no integrity in their estimates and use the bait and switch to get you in the door. I wasted my time driving there to receive such poor and rude customer service. Overall they did a great Job. There were some delays along the way which got to be frustrating. My son is using his PC again, so we can't complain too much. It works great with a new motherboard and CPU. I recommend that they quote longer lead times rather than shorter lead times, so clients don't get as frustrated if there are delays. I would use them again if needed. The repair cost was reasonable, even though it was more than we wanted to pay. I see several poor reviews for bad customer service. It wasn't terrible, but could have been better. When I showed frustration over the constant delays, they did get somewhat rude with me over the phone. Explained the issue with my iphone screen not being responsive over the phone and in person. It is a simple fix with the equipment that they should have as a PC and phone repair shop. I was charged for a job that takes under a minute to fix if they were competent. Instead the issue was not fixed, my phone screen is still unresponsive, can't be used. This is after I was assured that they could do the job (I explained it thoroughly and even questioned to see if they knew what they were talking about). Guy does not know how to microsolder, will promise a fix and not come through, and will charge you without a refund. Do not recommend this place for anything but the simplest phone repairs (cracked phone screen) and even then BEWARE! read more

This place has got to be the worst cell phone repair place on earth. We took my mother-in-law's cell phone in to have the screen replaced in June. The screen that they replaced it with was very dark and then still displayed but did not respond to any touch on the screen. We took the phone back in and the first man working there said we'll be right with you and disappeared in the back. Then a lady came out to help us and was extremely rude. She told us it would be $48 for them to take a look at the phone and said "if we didn't want to pay then oh well we could go somewhere else because they don't open phones and work for free." Neither the first man or the lady were wearing masks while approaching us or other customers. While we were being talked to rudely by the lady another potential customer came into the store and left. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here to have your cell phone repaired. First don't allow them to give you Covid by not wearing a mask and second don't make the mistake of allowing them to install a cheap assed Chinese bull shit quality screen on your cell phone that won't work after a fee months. Finally let the lady that works there shove her rude attitude were the sun doesn't shine. read more

I had called ahead and spoke with Michelle. She was very helpful. I had explained my problem with my smartphone and she confirmed that they should be able to fix it. She also explained their "bench fee" of $30. I was quoted $59.95 to fix my cell phone - but if they were unable to, I would be refunded the $59.95 less the $30 bench fee. No problem! I dropped of my phone the next day. Paid the $59.95 and was out the door within minutes. I received a call less than 24 hours later - and was informed that my phone had been fixed! I have to give these guys big, thumbs-up kudos, because my just over two-year old Lenovo laptop went to a black screen and nothing, but nothing would bring it back to life. I couldn't even get it to dos for a safe mode boot, or even a blue screen for that matter. I'm not techie, but I try to at least maintain my machine.
