I brought my sons MacBook laptop in to see if they could repair it ... they could, but offered me a better deal --- buy a refurbished MacBook, two years newer. I took the deal. They were super clear and honest from the beginning to end. I liked how they used text messaging to let me know what was up, to send me a video of the "newer model" specs. They gave me a very fair deal. And the repair prices were fair. I like how clean the storefront is and that they keep their work in the back . (I don't need to see all the work they have ahead of me.) They got back to me in a timely manner too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you! If I have any computer issues in the future. I will be back. read more

Don't take pc's here unless you to be robbed. I'm sure not one person in this building has a college degree for anything. Unless they have a ba for theft!! The owner knew nothing about pc's at all!! Maybe a good improvement would not steal and have knowledge of desktop computers. Learned a bad lesson read more

$99 PC Repair Centers - When my wife got home I saw all 3 drives were gone - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Murrieta, California

I took my cell phone in because it wasn't charging and my chargers weren't seating into the port very well. Within 10 minutes they had my phone ready and they cleaned the speaker ports, and all of the other bottoms and switches. Price was less than expected and my phone works like new!! They repair just about any electronic device you can think of too; from PC, to gaming consoles to cell phones. You name it bet they can repair it. Highly recommend bringing your electronics here to get fixed before you trade the or toss them!! read more

I took my computer in to add some memory and an SD card. The price that I was quoted and the price I paid were different. It was a work computer, so I let them finish the job. The time frame was also incorrect from what I was quoted. They did a good job and have no issues with my computer anymore. I would wish they could be more upfront on pricing. read more

I have to give a huge shoutout of appreciation to Mark, the owner here. I brought in my M1Macbook pro that had water damage and a lot of corrosion inside. Marc was able to clean off all the corrosion, correctly diagnose that the battery had in fact been corrupted, replaced it, and got everything working again. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a quality and honest repair. read more

Here is what happened. I have an iPhone it was working just fine. It connected to WiFi the VPN activated You Tube loaded on cellular data as did OfferUp and my credit union mobile app. I could open the App Store and everything was functional before I brought it into the repair center in lake Elsinore California. After the screen was replaced it did not function properly. All the apps that worked stopped working wifi will not connect to any source I can't open my credit union account no network connection VPN flickers on and off It was like driving a fully functional car into a oil change shop and after the performed the service the car won't start. They claim it's not their fault and won't take responsibility to fix it. The plus side is the screen is very nice the negative side is I now have a phone that is not functional and this company knows what was damaged ( the antenna became disconnected from the motherboard is what they have diagnosed as the issue) I have watched another person do this same screen replacement and there are some very sensitive ribbon connections (wires) that can be damaged the SIM card could be dislodged which could cause this problem and Alex told me after he examined the phone the soldered connections to the antenna/motherboard most likely have been severed but they did not make that happen. Well what a coincidence!!! It was fine prior to them opening it up and replacing the screen and now it somehow got damaged on its own !!! It's not that it dropped off the work bench ? In any event I would not recommend bringing anything to this place for repairs as it appears they are incompetent and will not take responsibility when they damage your property The owners should be ashamed of themselves Avoid this place by all means stay away BTW a purchased a different phone and it is fully functional I used it to post this review as I can't do so with the damaged iPhone they broke read more

I spent $2000 on my gaming pc and had some issues that after trying to resolve myself, I gave up and was hesitant but desperate to get it resolved at a repair center. Immediately upon entering Mark was very genuine, delightful and knowledgeable. Although my issue was nothing major, he was able to resolve it within the day and added some additional fans for me, as well as cleaning out my pc. Those of you with expensive PCs who aren't entirely confident in tech I'd recommend you take it to a expert that will go above and beyond. read more

Had a 2018 Xbox One X repaired here (no signal from xbox to tv) and when we got it back, we realized the fan wasn't working as our TV displayed an overheating warning on the screen. Apparently, upon inspection, we found that 9 OF 18 internal screws to the Xbox were missing and the fan was also disconnected. Unsure if the fan part was part of the employee's negligence (aside from the screws), but there hadn't been an issue with it prior to needing the signal connectivity repaired. Ended up having to fix it, again, ourselves. Probably won't go here again. read more

I have used this pc repair company in the past and they are awesome! I had what they call the " Blue Screen of Death" on our family desktop. I tried everything that Windows support had to offer as well as YouTube experts. Nothing worked. Mark explained every step of the process and has it ready for pick up today. Less than 24 hours!!! Other places could've easily added unnecessary parts or services to run up the bill, but not here! If I ever have any PC issues, this will be my only stop! read more

The Murrieta shop and Jacob were best. this was my 2nd experience with $99 PC repair in Murrieta. Jacob was extremely positive on phone n encouraged me to drop in with my laptop at 1 pm. when I walked in with my laptop, he listened to me and then took a look at my laptop he suggested a clean up service with back up and reinstall of windows. while doing that he also REPLACED the SATA Drive. he gave me back my defective drive and a printed report. he also emailed the test results for the drive. very positive n customer friendly attitude from Jacob. very matured & professional behavior by him, it was a great experience read more

Alex and everyone have done it again. Had an issue with a brand new custom build and they were able to diagnose it and correct the problem. Stayed late on my day off just so I could pick it up. 5/5, couldn't be happier. They fixed my last build 4 or 5 years ago too. read more

I telephoned this repair center on 30 Dec 22 to obtain a repair estimate for a MACBOOK PRO 13 and was provided a quote for $186 for the $99 fee and $87 for the battery including tax. The quote was based on the laptop model and battery replacement. On 31 Dec 22, I went in to drop off the laptop and a service technician then quoted me $237. I asked how the quote went up $51 in price and I was told MACBOOK Pros are expensive items and costly to repair them. I kept on asking why the quote changed from the previous day's telephone quote and the technician kept on returning to the same response of these laptops are high value items and costly to repair. I even asked her to stop repeating that statement and answer my question. She stared at me and started repeating the statement again. I even tried to ask her normally how long the telephone quote is good for and she refused to respond. The other technician that was in the back working heard the whole conversation; however, he refused to come forward and back up his quote. I grabbed my laptop off the counter and walked out. They have no integrity in their estimates and use the bait and switch to get you in the door. I wasted my time driving there to receive such poor and rude customer service. If plan to use them, don't trust their over the phone quotes! read more

I was so happy to know that this place existed. My phone suddenly stopped working. The screen went blank during a call. I was relieved to know that I didn't have to purchase another phone when the technician at the store said very honestly that all I had to do was reboot my phone. This is something that I didn't know I needed to do or how to do. He was honest and didn't charge me. It's nice to know that there is still fair and honest people out there. Thank you, $99 PC Repair. I highly recommend this repair shop for your electronic needs. read more

Fast and reliable fix for my 2012 MacBook Pro. My computer started to turn off out of the blue, I took it to another "repair guy" who just reinstalled the OS which did not solve the problem. I then took it to $99 PC in Murrieta and they made a thorough research, detecting an issue with the GPU and fixing it. I also changed some keyboard keys, so now my computer looks like new and it's good for another couple of years. Thanks guys, you are serious Mac fixers. read more

Overall they did a great Job. There were some delays along the way which got to be frustrating. My son is using his PC again, so we can't complain too much. It works great with a new motherboard and CPU. I recommend that they quote longer lead times rather than shorter lead times, so clients don't get as frustrated if there are delays. I would use them again if needed. The repair cost was reasonable, even though it was more than we wanted to pay. I see several poor reviews for bad customer service. It wasn't terrible, but could have been better. When I showed frustration over the constant delays, they did get somewhat rude with me over the phone. (Both the male and female that work there). read more

Took an iphone 11 pro max to have the screen replaced here. I was told by the guy doing the repair that "everything would function and there would be no issues". That was false. We just got back the phone and it looks horrible. The display is extremely dark, phone no longer has true tone, face ID works half the time. Avoid this place like the plague. And to think i was going to bring them more business since i have a console in need of repair. read more

Hi! So I came in the other day in a slight panic, My laptop had countless Pop ups and I didn't know how to fix it. A previous Repair shop told me the only thing they could do was a factory reset to amend the issue. Which would remove all my data I have. But I have so much data on my computer I really didn't want to have to do that; all my work is on there that I can't afford to lose~ I got referred to this repair shop by the one that couldn't help me. Explained the issue with my iphone screen not being responsive over the phone and in person. It is a simple fix with the equipment that they should have as a PC and phone repair shop. I was charged for a job that takes under a minute to fix if they were competent. Instead the issue was not fixed, my phone screen is still unresponsive, can't be used. This is after I was assured that they could do the job (I explained it thoroughly and even questioned to see if they knew what they were talking about). Guy does not know how to microsolder, will promise a fix and not come through, and will charge you without a refund. Do not recommend this place for anything but the simplest phone repairs (cracked phone screen) and even then BEWARE! read more

Mark is the man! Called first, very friendly, professional and not "pushy" in any manner. Same way when I got to the store, nice guy. The entire process, check in, explanation of product to completion was about 30 minutes...screen replaced on iPhone 7plus. Best price around. read more

This place has got to be the worst cell phone repair place on earth. We took my mother-in-law's cell phone in to have the screen replaced in June. The screen that they replaced it with was very dark and then still displayed but did not respond to any touch on the screen. We took the phone back in and the first man working there said we'll be right with you and disappeared in the back. Then a lady came out to help us and was extremely rude. She told us it would be $48 for them to take a look at the phone and said "if we didn't want to pay then oh well we could go somewhere else because they don't open phones and work for free." Neither the first man or the lady were wearing masks while approaching us or other customers. While we were being talked to rudely by the lady another potential customer came into the store and left. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here to have your cell phone repaired. First don't allow them to give you Covid by not wearing a mask and second don't make the mistake of allowing them to install a cheap assed Chinese bull shit quality screen on your cell phone that won't work after a fee months. Finally let the lady that works there shove her rude attitude were the sun doesn't shine. read more

I had called ahead and spoke with Michelle. She was very helpful. I had explained my problem with my smartphone and she confirmed that they should be able to fix it. She also explained their "bench fee" of $30. I was quoted $59.95 to fix my cell phone - but if they were unable to, I would be refunded the $59.95 less the $30 bench fee. No problem! I dropped of my phone the next day. Paid the $59.95 and was out the door within minutes. I received a call less than 24 hours later - and was informed that my phone had been fixed! The only bad part was that they were unable to restore/save my data. Oh well! At least I have my smartphone back and working! Definitely plan to come back for future needs! read more

I have to give these guys big, thumbs-up kudos, because my just over two-year old Lenovo laptop went to a black screen and nothing, but nothing would bring it back to life. I couldn't even get it to dos for a safe mode boot, or even a blue screen for that matter. I'm not techie, but I try to at least maintain my machine. I generally back up on an external hard drive, but of course it had been a few days--and I was freaking out, having just written a story on it. I called these guys on referral from my hairstylist. They told me to bring it in, and since my laptop is sort of my life's blood, I paid a little extra to get it "rushed." Unfortunately, it did take a few days to get my laptop revived, but the guys were working on it constantly. They really were. There were several issues, and although I pestered them with check-ins and questions, they didn't let me ruffle them. They informed me what they were doing, and to some degree why. When I got the machine back, they had worked really hard to get a clean reinstall, including all my usual software and files, back up and running. They even did a few extras for me. I really appreciated that. $99 PC Repair Center offers a 30-day guarantee. Not only were they ultimately a little less than Geek Squad, but they were more personal, and I like to support a smaller business that seems to value my satisfaction. I say go here! read more

I've been custom building computers since the invention of the home computer. I recently had a problem with my computer and brought it into these guys because I don't have the necessary tools to test each individual computer part. These guys did a great job. When I walked in they were very friendly and explained their repair process and the $99 fee. They told me they would diagnose the problem and we could proceed from there. They would either replace the broken part for me and quote me a price before doing it or I could bring in a replacement part and they would install it. If the computer couldn't be fixed, I would get a partial refund because they couldn't deliver on all the services their $99 service covers. When I explained the problem to the guy, he listened to the symptoms and my own diagnosis. He spent a couple minutes with me talking about what was wrong and what could possibly be wrong. After all this they told me that there were 2-3 computers in front of me and it would take 24-48 hours to figure out what was wrong with it. They delivered on time and did a great job. They discovered the problem was something completely different than I thought. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I would definietly recommend these people. read more
