"Simple, honest review" is what he asked for. I sent my MacBook Pro in over a month ago for a screen repair. Paid close $380 I believe and was promised good results and that my computer was repairable. I'm not really sure how this business is top rated in Murrieta.....Although I was happy with the fast turn around for my screen repair I noticed a few weeks later that my laptop shell was not screwed together correctly, causing issues with the laptop to not close correctly. Not a problem at first until it was a problem... I returned it back to have what I thought would've been an easy adjustment turned into 2 days of him unable to fix the mistake that was made by himself. He had told me over text that he was unable to fix the mistake. He had explained if I wanted a refund he would have to take the screen off entirely leaving my MacBook with nothing...? I ended up taking my broken MacBook back with no refund , come to find out that the damages were even worse after picking up. The laptop does not close at all anymore. Paid a lot of money to get something fixed you expect good results?! And ended up with more bad results I will have to pay someone to fix HIS mistake. Unbelievable and unfortunate that this is how this business is ran. I would personally would take your Apple products to the Apple store to get looked at by a professional.
