I had a great experience with Ravi! He fixed my gaming PC and did an amazing job, he found the issue and resolved it. He responded very quickly, was extremely professional, and was super nice throughout the whole process. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about helping his customers. I highly recommend Ravi! I would definitely go to him again! read more

Ravi fixed my laptop in the same day. Great service! I was very happy with the results.

I posted a Yelp project because my PC suddenly shut off and wouldn't turn back on. Ravi responded in less than 10 minutes, and from the very beginning, communication was easy and straightforward. He diagnosed the issue by the next morning after I dropped it off. It turned out that my power supply (PSU) had taken the hit from a power surge, protecting the rest of my components. He clearly explained the problem, what needed to be replaced, and the pricing for the diagnosis and repair before moving forward. The only delay wasn't his fault--the manufacturer accidentally sent the wrong replacement PSU. Ravi immediately let me know, refunded me for the incorrect part, reordered the correct one, and kept me updated throughout the process. Even with that hiccup, my PC was repaired and back in my hands in about three days, which I thought was very reasonable. Throughout the entire experience, Ravi was professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and honest. His years of experience definitely showed, and I never felt left in the dark. My 2022 custom NZXT PC is running perfectly again. If you need someone who communicates well, charges fairly, and genuinely knows what they're doing, I highly recommend Ravi. read more

Very helpful and handled my dead MacBook Air, kept me calm and sold me a refurbished MacBook Pro-saving all my data! Super happy!

Ace Computer Fix responded to my request in under 5 minutes. I was impressed w our correspondence and liked his prices to fix my Mac book screen. Much better than buying a new one if having Apple fix it. Dropped my computer off on a Saturday and it was ready on Friday morning. Ravi was a delight to work with. Calm, cool, compassionate and skilled. It was perfect! read more

Ace Computer Fix Company installed a new hard drive in my son's computer, but our experience afterward was very disappointing. When we asked for the original hard drive back so we could transfer his data, we were given a blank hard drive instead. We later learned that our son's original hard drive had been thrown away. Losing access to his files and data is a serious issue, and we expected much better care, communication, and accountability with a customer's property. We've had better experiences in the past with Ace, but this was very disappointing. We'll be looking elsewhere next time for computer repair services. read more

Ravi responded promptly and provided excellent service. The part he ordered came in earlier than expected and his repair was nothing short of amazing. I got my laptop back according to expectations. I'd recommend Ravi to my relatives and closest friends. read more

Ravi was very responsive and a master at his craft, he even mentioned that he like to be steady, not busy. There's a very important difference between those two as you feel, as the customer, that he takes time to focus on each and every project. Not only did Ravi repair the device he was willing to explain the problem. He also took time to rule out other issues to ensure he wasn't missing anything. Ravi had my computer done a couple hours after dropping off. I have had no issues to report. PC is working great and back to normal. Not sure how prices work in this business but I have no problem paying for quality work and receiving back a working Pc. Ravi thank you for the help! Highly recommend to anyone, I will be bringing my business back if needed! read more

I have a 12-year-old Macbook Pro that was having charging / battery issues. Ravi was prompt in answering my request on a Saturday via yelp, received my device the dame day, and diagnosed the issues same day. He was personable, knowledgable, communicative, and had the battery replaced promptly by the next day! I will use Ravi and Ace Computer Fix for future issues and highly recommend their services! read more

Thank you so much Ravi!!! After thorough research for a local computer repair, no one has as much positive reviews as Ace Computer Fix, and I can see why!! Very quick with the response time, very knowledgeable experience, genuine concern about my PC issue, and honest outcomes while diagnostic testing the problem. He is definitely my go to person for any future PC problems. read more

"Simple, honest review" is what he asked for. I sent my MacBook Pro in over a month ago for a screen repair. Paid close $380 I believe and was promised good results and that my computer was repairable. I'm not really sure how this business is top rated in Murrieta.....Although I was happy with the fast turn around for my screen repair I noticed a few weeks later that my laptop shell was not screwed together correctly, causing issues with the laptop to not close correctly. Not a problem at first until it was a problem... I returned it back to have what I thought would've been an easy adjustment turned into 2 days of him unable to fix the mistake that was made by himself. He had told me over text that he was unable to fix the mistake. He had explained if I wanted a refund he would have to take the screen off entirely leaving my MacBook with nothing...? I ended up taking my broken MacBook back with no refund , come to find out that the damages were even worse after picking up. The laptop does not close at all anymore. Paid a lot of money to get something fixed you expect good results?! And ended up with more bad results I will have to pay someone to fix HIS mistake. Unbelievable and unfortunate that this is how this business is ran. I would personally would take your Apple products to the Apple store to get looked at by a professional. This business is ran out of a home. Go at your own risk. read more

Incredible!! Ravi is a rare gem - not only is he a computer wizard he is incredibly humble and kind hearted. I went to Ravi to get a second opinion after Apple told me my laptop could not be fixed. He was cautiously optimistic and handled my laptop with the time and care needed to fully restore my laptop to working condition. Not only was my laptop restored with my data included but it now runs better than before. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and I urge you to please go see Ravi for all of your laptop needs. This saved me thousands of dollars and my photos that were saved are obviously invaluable. Ravi's customer service is not to be rivaled and we enjoyed getting to know him. My experience started great and ended successfully. I dropped off a troubled external drive on July 28 and picked up a new drive with 30+ years of photos (which were priceless) on October 15. I'm grateful to have my pictures and appreciate Ravi's tenacity. I chose Ravi based on previous reviews. He was very friendly and enthusiastic in the beginning and provided regular updates. Then he went silent. He would respond quickly...but it required me to reach out. Responses included....out of town....other jobs....challenge with my project. Again, the photos are priceless, but somehow the price increased by 50% between drop off and pick up. Just so you know..... read more

I have a really old external drive that contains 20+ years of files that I haven't accessed in 10+ years. I tried accessing the files this week and got an inaccessible message. I freaked! I saw Ravi's reviews, so I reached out to him and let him know my dilemma. He immediately replied and said to bring the drive by. I was worried because I know data retrieval can be very expense. I dropped off my drive with Ravi and he gave me a run down of what could be wrong and the different steps he'd need to take to attempt to retrieve my files. Less than 5 hours later Ravi text me to let me know he was able to recover all the data and I could pick it up in the morning. If you have ANY type of computer problem, please reach out to Ravi for help. He is very professional and VERY honest!!! Some of the quotes I received from other vendors were way out of my league and they hadn't even looked at the drive. Most of the quotes I received were a minimum price quote too. read more

Do you ever see those businesses with 5* 100% positive reviews? And you think... see those really real? We all know there's companies that PAY you to leave a review. Do you understand the psychology behind that? Start with a good experience by being an incentive, and then you're likely not going to leave a bad review, right? WRONG!! I decided to go with an IMPERFECT REVIEW with a $2,500 Alienware gaming laptop that k don't even use for gaming. I teach at the local college, ask any instructor... your laptop is your everything in teaching. So, I went into this knowing... I better make a good decision, or my students suffer. So, late at night, I sent a message about my laptop, and shortly within minutes... I got a response. Even though it was outside business hoirs... I STILL GOT A RESPONSE!! Long story short, I got a 10 star service where Yelp caps at 5!! Ravi was communicative every step along the way. My laptop situation was very complex... and when I say complex, we're talking my battery ballooned up and imagine EVERYTHING inside being pulled and yanked beyond repair.... know this... this was a project, and it took time. Understand, if you were a tech person, why are you even sending out your stuff? So, you have to understand... this process takes time... if you want a job done right, you better understand this takes time. Now, he didn't spend a month on mine. But he could have, and I would have understood. But he got it done timely and done in a way that I know I'm not going to be calling on this laptop for a long time Yes, bad for him... but as a consumer... GREAT FOR YOU!! SO,TRUST ME WHEN J SAY.... YOU WANT TO SEND YOUR COMPUTER WORTH THOUSANDS TO SOMEONE AND DONE RIGHT, THE FIRST TIME... Check out Ravi and this business!!! read more
