We came into work this morning (Monday) to find our office phones not working. In a panic, I tried to do what I know to do, unplug the phones & router and wait a couple of seconds, and hope this works to reset the phones. However, that did not work. I made a call to Hugo, and he answered within the first couple of seconds. I explained to Hugo the issue we are having and was hoping he could come by today (on such short notice) and fix the issue. I called him (Hugo) for the first time as I had major computer issues at my home and with my office servers. I left a message at that time and within 10 minutes I received a text from him (Hugo) saying he received my voicemail, and that he would return my call once he finished with his current client. 1st experience ---- I wanted to get my internet connected to several rooms directly to improve the speed and Hugo knew what to do. & he came out the same day! I'm very satisfied with his services he knows what he's doing! Its about week since that day, all is still working . He also added access points so my wifi is no dependent on the router in my upstairs closet. I have now have several wifi access points down stairs.
