Last month I had an appointment for my MacBook Air to get looked at because it wasn't charging and I've had it looked at 4 other times for the same issue when I lived in California. Was over an hour after my appointment time sitting there waiting to be seen. They used a few different chargers and cords to see if they could get it to charge. Turned out my battery was going bad and my charge port was bad. They said I needed to call Apple back to see what the solution was. So was a waste of 1.5 hours drive, then 2.5 hours there, then 1.5 hours drive home. Apple told me I would get a replacement within 2 weeks... a month later my laptop with boxes opened randomly showed up on my porch when there was no tracking info after Fedex dropped this off randomly at someone down the street. So today, we had an appointment at 2:45pm for them to look at my daughter's computer and see if they have a replacement charge port to be replaced. We came in first thing in the morning to see if they could look at it now and also I mentioned what was going on with my computer. I asked them if they can check if this is MY computer or if someone put their computer in the box and took my new one since both boxes were open. Nope. They wouldn't give us the time of day. They said I needed to make an appointment to check and that we had to come back for her appointment. I told them that in Cali I have done a walk in numerous times with no issues and they looked at it right away. Nope, they could care less. After this Apple had called me saying they still hadn't heard from Fedex on where my computer was. I told the guy I received a computer and it took him a whole 10 seconds to verify using the serial number that this indeed was my computer. But pathetic that the Apple Store was oh so inconvenienced to take 10 seconds out of their time to check. Especially since they had probably about 30 or more employees just hanging out around the store.

Experience: My playstation 5 initially started giving me an over heating message. I took it in to be assessed. I was advised they would give it a cleaning to see if this fixed the issue and call me back. I received a call that they thought it might be the liquid metal but they were out of it and that they would order it and could not give me a definitive date of when it would be there. I was not called with updates. I was only told "they would call me". I had to call the next day and was told the liquid metal didn't arrive next day and that "they would call me" when it arrived. I finally received a call from them and they advised that the liquid metal was not doing the job. That SOME of the games were working per Jacob ( Store Owner) but not all. He advised that he thought this might be a motherboard issue, and said he could order a new power supply and try that. I finally got word that they had the unit ready for pick up with a new power supply, but that it would only partially run some games. He advised I had a few options. Replace the motherboard, run as it ( partially running) or just buy a new unit. I decided to leave is and play my playstation only partially working. As it turns out, the playstation wasn't even assembled when I got there. The technician hastily assembled it and brought it out to me. When I got home, there were pieces janging in the unit, and it was Completely dead and non usable. I called them and came back to ask what was going on. They advised that "the motherboard must have given out between the time they gave it to me and when I got home". Anytime I would talk to these guys, they acted annoyed and bothered. They were not friendly to deal with on the phone. Their communication as far as updates go was abysmal. I went in to ask for my cleaning fee refunded due to all of this poor service and advised by the front desk that he didn't have authorization and that he would have the owner call me by noon. He never called me. I had to file a dispute with Visa to deal with this. 0/5.
