He never asked to see it, and took out a paper to look something up then told me they'd have to send it out and it would cost $450. I was very discouraged and decided to come by uBrakiFix as a last resort hoping they could do something. The young man at the counter took one look at my iPad, and said he knew exactly what was wrong, and went behind a wall to fix it. Came back and it was good to go! Turns out a piece of a charger had come off in the port and it just needed to be cleaned out. I was so grateful I was like "take my money!!!" Lol. Anyhow, I will not be going back to Best Buy. I grabbed information on their coverage plan. She could not have been more helpful, kind or patient and she was a life saver today. I made a point of letting the manager know that I thought she was incredible. I watched her handle everyone with grace, and that even included someone who threw a loud rude tantrum at her because the printer was broken and she lost 89 cents. I thought that kind of stuff only happened on TikTok. I got some real perspective about being in someone else's shoes.
