This was the Town and Country Circle Store in Farragut TN. My grandson and his friend visited for a week and used my LG77 Class 5 series for their games. They adjusted the settings for their taste. When I tried to use my TV after they left I had no idea how to adjust the settings back where they were. I called the store where we purchased the TV for help. I fortunately got Sierra who guided me through the adjustments and then educated me on future problems I may encounter and ways to solve them. Sierra is an excellent representative for Best Buy. Not only was she knowledgeable but Her friendly demeanor made the experience of learning how to adjust my settings myself an enjoyable experience. She explained the technical details in simple terms and guided me through the process of adjusting the settings very patiently and step by step.
