A "closed today" sign was on the door; however, as the owner was locking the door he asked me If I could bring my phone in Monday morning. I explained that I would be spending the night at Children's Hospital with my sick grand daughter. When he heard of my plight he invited me in and said that he would take a look at it. He came back a few minutes later, said that he just needed to clean out the port, plugged my phone in, and it began to charge immediately. The owner was kind enough to help me even though he was really "closed" to the public. I offered to pay him, but he declined saying that whenever he can help someone with a dilemma like mine, he is glad to do it. We talked for minutes and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in providing customers with quality service at a fair price. I highly recommend Qucin as a 5 STAR business whose ownership and standards are high above the norm.

The last time I used their services was…read morein 2022 after I had been being cyber bullied and my computer and WiFi hacked for nearly a year while I was renting a senior apartment from Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) in Knoxville. I already knew KCDC was involved. They have a reputation for going to extremes to target and retaliate against residents, and I had filed HUD complaints against them. When I brought my computer into Computer Depot, the manager/owner looked at me with eyes as big as saucers. I felt intuitively that something was not right. I gave them my computer and asked them to wipe the hard drive and reload my programs to get rid of the malware. When I came back to pick up my computer, I found that they had disabled my Secure Boot and installed a program that allowed them to come and go from my computer system, but also left an open door for the hackers. That was like a big clue that KCDC had hired them as "black hats" to facilitate their cyber harassment and surveillance, which included turning my apartment neighbors against me and encouraging them to harass and surveil me. Two attorneys who reviewed my screen shot evidence warned me that KCDC might be setting me up for a criminal indictment. I will never use Computer Depot again.

They said they would come to our house, no more than two blocks from their office. They cancelled at the last minute due to a forecast of rain??? They rescheduled, didn't show. They rescheduled again and didn't show. Now they no longer respond to email inquiries. I am planning, if no response to this complaint, to file one with the Better Business Bureau.
