This store is super sketch. I cannot believe that Office Depot even allows this to be a store in its chain. It's so run down, dimly lit and was in need of a remodel 20 years ago. I was contemplating a 1 star review, but the associate, Danyell, was amazing and commiserated with me on the need for a remodel. The cash registers are old, antiquated and need updating, too. They're big square behemoths that barely chug along and we probably install when the store was built in the 1980s. Drove 30 miles from our home on 1/26 (Monday) to buy some office furniture and got there to only find out they were closed. This was at 3pm. Made no sense why they were closed. No sign stating they were closed. Seen other people drive up wanting to shop as well. Poor customer service and poor communication. Wasted gas and time. I needed a small print job and was attempting to do an online order. The online portion was not working correctly so I called in to tell them of the problem. They offered no solution and told me that even if they had a solution they would not be able to fill my order today because their manager was leaving at 2PM and so no orders would be completed after they left. I called the Turkey Creek location and not only did they offer me a solution but they were also able to print same day for me. This location does not care about its customers. read more

As a business owner who generally prints "hard things", I found their online print service to be excellent. I ran into a difficulty on a tough project, and their team helped me get exactly what I needed. Their staff were lucid thinkers and had excellent composure so that they could communicate complex ideas clearly with me. They even did a few prints for free just to make sure I was satisfied since I ran into difficulty with a previous print. I thank these people for their help. read more

Customer service was great! A gentleman made his way around the store asking customers if they need assistance. He directed me right to what I was looking for and informed me they price match Amazon Prime. I think Office Depot gets over looked and oftentimes underestimated, but they had a great selection of supplies, storage containers and technology. read more

I mainly come in here to get my printing done. And I will say that's one thing that you can't really do DIY at home as well as these people do. Let the printing department do their business and you'll definitely be okay with paying a little more. Professional, clean and always on point! The ugliest customer service ever! Literally Went to make four copies, which I literally did myself at the copy machine I didn't need any help from anybody. Then once I went to the front desk the lady in the fax printer section was ignoring us for like 3 to 5 minutes until we finally asked her that we needed help. She then began to say you can pay upfront at the registers. I stated that I actually needed this for copies laminated and she said that it would be done until tomorrow because she was so behind in her work. I confirmed with her that it was only four pieces of paper that needed laminated which would only take her two minutes to do, she still did not comply, and stated she was so behind in her work she couldn't put me in front of her other orders and if she did that she would charge me 25% more of my total price. This is out rages I just needed four pieces of paper laminated! The rudest ugliest Customer Service I have ever experienced!!!! read more

I'll never use their print shop again. I found another printer that treated me like they appreciated my business.

Stopped in to print a portfolio booklet and they were one of the few places in Knoxville that could print and actual booklet. Worked with the lady at the print counter and she was extremely helpful and was willing to work with me despite the formating of my design not working properly with the booklet. She took the time to help and trial and error approach it until we were able to figure out a solution. I will definitely be going back to this location for all of my printing needs. When Bill was there, the store was great. I bought some HP toner with the Office Depot name on it and the cartridge started to leak. Took the toner cartridge back to the store to exchange it and was told Office Depot doesn't handle that brand in anymore and I would have to purchase a new HP brand. When I told him that the unit was almost full he went to see his manager, most likely Bills replacement. The new manager told his salesman that I would have to purchase anouther HP brand. I simply told him thanks but no thanks. Plan to purchase the HP toner on line. Might as will, no customer service here. read more
