If there were a way to give Dan 10 stars, I would with glee! I took him my lap top to be fixed, and he "fixed" me as well! Through ignorance, I had many BAD habits that Dan corrected in a few short words. He teaches several classes, and I feel like I got a free class as we talked. Dan is very knowledgeable about computers (says he learns something new every day). He is also a natural teacher, explaining facts in a way a layman like me can understand. I recently got an Apple MacBook to use during college. They beat everyone's prices and were extremely nice and helpful and answered any questions I had about the MacBook. They even helped get my mothers laptop up and running for me. She had gotten a lot of viruses on it and it was extremely slow and freezing up all the time.
