He always communicates and sends photos of the issues, charges very reasonable prices & has very quick turn around time. Highly recommend!!! read more

After I dropped my HP laptop at LAX going through TSA, the screen had a huge crack and would not display an image. After an online search for computer repair, I found Ravi at Ace computer fix. I was willing to try a computer repair person that works from home as my experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad in the past was just me getting raped on pricing. Ravi was very quick to respond, gave me updates on parts, pricing and expected timeframes. Great customer service and Ravi does good work. Got my laptop back with a brand new screen and works like new. Besides the dent I made in one corner where it fell, can't even tell it was dropped. Highly recommend Ravi. Very nice and talented gentleman with fair pricing. I'm very happy with the outcome. Thank you Ravi. read more

This lesser species of a cockaroach has taken very hard earned $$$ of mine and robbed me. He did not complete a proper repair on my computer, he lied to me about my computer working fine. He eventually did not want to return my property and when i did picked it up I had to actually have the Police get involved and he returned it. I now have a PC but without a hard drive, that is plainly a vandalism act on my personal property, I will not go left without him paying me and paying the price for my stress, lost wages and time. Do not ever attempt to call him, others have been his victims, do not patron him. He still has the Hard drive and refuses to give it back to me. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Ok, this guy wanted a honest review. Well, here it is. Let me first admit, I should been more diligent in backing up my data. That was my mistake. My pc froze and I was unable to boot it up. I explained to RAVI, that it was important that my data was saved. He promised me he could save my data. But, he could not retrieve it and I needed to take it to someone to retrieve the data because he didn't have the necessary equipment. I said cool, no problem. I get my laptop home, it boots up no problem, but I don't see any of my data, except some items on my desktop. I called RAVI and he insisted the data was saved. I take it to a data retrieval specialist, per RAVI's recommendation, and he informs me that all my data was gone, not saved, and there was nothing he could do. We called RAVI and the specialist ask if he backed up the hard drive before he reinstalled Windows. He said no and then lied and said I never told him that's what I wanted or I didn't understand what he was doing. But, he insisted the data was still there. Then he hung up. The specialist connected my laptop to his system and showed me NOTHING was there. We called RAVI back. Oh, his solution was to bring it back to him and he could restore my laptop back to where it was when I brought it to him. The EXPERT told RAVI he would not be able to that if he didn't backed it up. When pressed, RAVI finally admitted he PROBABLY couldn't restore it back. At that point , I was done. No accountability and no apologize, just more lies. The point of taking it to RAVI in the first place was to save my data. I could have reformatted the hard drive myself not have need to take it anywhere. I wouldn't be so pissed if he just admitted he F#$& up and not lied about it. DON'T WALK, RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.. Don't say I didn't tell you!! read more

I unfortunately contacted this guy to get an estimate To repair a laptop screen and over the next hour he consistently berated me over text and on numerous occasions accused me of lying even though I would send him a copy of what he wrote to me and circle what he said... He would then blame the confusion on his not understanding the English language and Continue to be unprofessional and rude. I asked him if I could drop off the computer in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon and he said OK perfect and then backtracked after I asked him to confirm by him saying he does not have the screen in stock and would have to order it I then asked him for how long it would take and when I asked him if it was about a week he insulted me and said what makes you think it would Be that quick so once again I circled the message sent it to him and he said it's a lesson he's learning about the English language... I hate to say it but I honestly think this guy is a scam artist that wants you to bring in your item and then he will charge you whatever he wants in fact he even said he has the highest prices in The Valley. read more

I came to Temecula for a short getaway, but was still planning on working remotely. Upon our arrival to our Airbnb, I opened my laptop up to get set up on the WiFi, only to find that I was stuck in an endless boot sequence. I tried my best to troubleshoot the problem on my own before accepting that I wouldn't have this fixed in time for work the next day. At around 8 pm I reached out to a few computer repair places, hoping that I would hear back early in the morning. However, Ravi got back to me almost immediately. I drove to his place of business, dropped off my laptop off that night, and by early morning my computer was fixed and ready for work again! If anyone is working remotely in Temecula and finds themself in a similar situation, needing a repair with a quick turnaround, I definitely recommend reaching out to Ravi! read more

Ravi is great! I found Ravi on Yelp and called him. He asked me to describe my computer problem. I dropped the computer off at his place of business that morning. By the afternoon, he had fixed the problem; and I was able to pick it up. He treats people the way he would like to be treated. He said some of his clients will drop of their computer when headed to Orange County or San Diego in the early morning and can sometimes pick up on their way home in the evening. Great service! Look no further, Ravi is your guy!. Not only Ravi knows his stuff but he is extremely reliable. I contacted Ravi soon after my laptop crashed. Ravi scheduled me in and I was seen in 15 minutes. Working from home and only having one computer meant that I needed someone who acted fast and of course someone to get the job done. Ravi explained the issue right there and then. Me not being tech savvy needed more explanation, not because I was being a "Karen" but because I wanted to know what was wrong and how to prevent it later on. Ravi did just that. I left feeling at ease and knowing that my computer was in safe hands. I highly recommend Ravi and will definitely be returning if or when I have other tech issues.
