Ace was awesome! He was able to retore an old IMac that was purchased back in 2015. It was really slow and not responsive to basic applications. Highly recommend! Great customer service and quick turnaround! read more

He did a great job diagnosing a hard fix. At first he thought it may be either the power supply or the motherboard but the issue was even simpler than that. The motherboard was pressed against the tower framing which caused the motherboard to register a failure and produce a random failure message to do with the USB. He was able to figure out the problem within a few days and handed my computer back to me in perfect condition. Thanks again!! read more

If you are looking for a good, honest, reliable, and professional repair person, this is the place. I brought my HP laptop from Costco, and I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. I only used the computer a handful of times. It was too late to return it since the warrant had expired. The problem that I had was that my laptop continually needed "automatic repair." I gave my laptop to the repair man and got it back in 24 hours. He had to replace my hard drive since HP provided a cheap disappointing one. Anyhow, I am delighted with the repair. My laptop is running at lightning speed. Thank you so much!!! read more

I called Ravi because my son was building his first gaming PC and we ran into an issue with the network card. Ravi was extremely helpful and patient in troubleshooting with me over the phone. He helped us identify that the brand new motherboard we bought was the issue and suggested that we just buy a $15 network card from Amazon to fix the problem. He even gave us the contact info for another computer repair guy in the area in case we wanted to buy the card locally. 2 days later our network card from Amazon came in and Ravi was 100% right, the motherboard was the issue and the network card fixed it. Ravi could have easily charged us for his time or profited from us by selling a used network card but he didn't. He really cares about solving your computer issues and recommends the best fix even if it means he doesn't earn a penny. But it doesn't end there, the day the network card came in Ravi proactively text me to make sure the issue was resolved. WOW! Customer service doesn't get any better than that. We'll be calling Ravi for all our PC repair needs in the future and I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of his services. read more

I run a non-profit that requires constant communication with clients. I need my laptop to send large emails and keep spreadsheets. To say my laptop was slow was an understatement. It was so slow it was about to grow wings and fly out the window. I found Ravi online and called him explaining my situations and how important the laptop was to running my charity. He had me bring it in immediately and it was fixed within hours. Ravi stayed in touch with me throughout his working on my laptop letting me know where he was in the process. The laptop runs like new after a new hard drive and more memory. A great job at a very fair price. I'll be a customer forever. Had a follow up appointment with Ravi because of a software issues. Spent about 45 minutes getting it all squared away, which we did, and now all is good to go. Ravi really did a great job walking me through the process of getting all my apps working properly. I have an Acer flip screen with a very flimsy power button that decided to break off from its internal component leaving it damaged. Ravi did a good job fixing it. Receiving the correct part did take awhile, but that was out of his hands. As soon as he got the part my computer was ready sooner than he said it would be, and sooner than I had anticipated. Unlike bigger computer repair places, Ravi is always just a text away and is happy to give you updates. I will work with him again for any computer repair needs, and I do recommend him. read more

If I could give Mr. Ravi 10 stars I would. My MacBook Air completely died on me. I requested assistance via Yelp on Sunday night and by Monday morning I not only had a reply but also an appointment with him. Less than a day later he completely fixed my computer and gave a better charging cable for it at no charge. The price for his service was incredibly affordable. I'm sure if I had it fixed by Apple it would have been double the amount. I really appreciate how quick and responsive he was. I will use him for all my computer needs in the future. read more
