I called Ravi because my son was building his first gaming PC and we ran into an issue with the network card. Ravi was extremely helpful and patient in troubleshooting with me over the phone. He helped us identify that the brand new motherboard we bought was the issue and suggested that we just buy a $15 network card from Amazon to fix the problem. He even gave us the contact info for another computer repair guy in the area in case we wanted to buy the card locally. 2 days later our network card from Amazon came in and Ravi was 100% right, the motherboard was the issue and the network card fixed it. Ravi could have easily charged us for his time or profited from us by selling a used network card but he didn't. He really cares about solving your computer issues and recommends the best fix even if it means he doesn't earn a penny. But it doesn't end there, the day the network card came in Ravi proactively text me to make sure the issue was resolved. WOW! Customer service doesn't get any better than that. I have an Acer flip screen with a very flimsy power button that decided to break off from its internal component leaving it damaged. Ravi did a good job fixing it. If I could give Mr. Ravi 10 stars I would. My MacBook Air completely died on me. I replaced the fan on my Acer Nitro 7 gaming laptop because the fan was making lots of noise and was overheating. I manage to fix the noise and overheating issue but when I tried playing call of duty the game kept crashing on me. I tried looking on YouTube and forums to see if I can fix it myself but to no luck. Ravi was great! He was very detailed and knowledgable. I took my MacBook Air to him because my son had spilled juice all over it. The keyboards and mouse were not working and my computer kept restarting and was super super slow. Unfortunately the mouse on the laptop and the keyboard will no longer work, but I have bluetooth keyboard and mouse so all was okay.
