WARNING: DO NOT take your devices here! I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max in with minor water damage after a trip. I told them upfront about the issue and clearly said that if it couldn't be fixed, I'd just go through insurance. The staff promised they could repair it and quoted me around $300, so I trusted them and left my phone. After that, it was one delay after another--they kept saying my new screen was "on the way." When I finally got my phone back, it started flickering and shutting off within just a few days. I brought it back, thinking it was under warranty, only to be told that they wouldn't fix it and that the flicker "wasn't covered." The manager, Brennan, will say whatever you want to hear just to get you to leave your device. It's all talk until you've paid, and then suddenly the story changes. I feel completely taken advantage of. If you value your phone, your time, or your money--go somewhere else or use your insurance instead. My phone screen cracked for the first time since owning it for 14 months. I had it replaced at FixEnter for $140. 24 hr later, the phone was dropped and the screen broke instantly. I took it to be repaired again and asked for a discount but they could only give me $5 off if I checked in on Yelp. So I did and paid $135. Less than a week later the phone was dropped and again the screen cracked. I found it odd it broke so easily on 2 unrelated drops, when I'd probably dropped it 50+ times the first 14 months of owning it. This time I went somewhere else. They told me the glass was not secured by proper screws and that there was a missing bumper around the whole screen that always helps absorb the impact of a fall. I returned to FixEnter to asked for a refund (or store credit) for the most recent fix and they accepted no fault what so ever. I find that to be poor customer service. read more

First problem, the door to the business shows Sunday open time at 10:00 am. Since it was 9:55 am, I decided to wait. Second problem, waited until 10:20 am and still no one showed up to the store. Calls and texts went unanswered. Third problem, stopped by to check later, at about 10:50 am, still not open. Really disappointed. Last Friday I dropped my 2017 MacBook Pro. Not a long drop but it hit hard on a dirt driveway. I Opened it up and it won't work. So I took it back the office and plugged it in and it worked. So I knew it was a battery issue. I thought of taking it to the Apple store but instead went to Fixenter in Woodcrest Riverside. Much closer to home. Droped it off around 2:00 pm and thought I would be without it for a few days. Well I got a call the next day. The tech asked me what happened and I told him. He said the the drop must have just loosen the battery connection because he had already looked at it and reconnected it (plugged it back into the battey. I went over to the store right before closing the same day and when I walked in they handed me the machine and said here you go all done. I ask about payment and they said no charge for just plugging in a loose cord. I am a complete non techie and they could have sold me a battery or charged me a service fee and I would have paid it. IThis is not the first time they have help me with an iPhone repair and other computer issues. Always repairs are comp0leted quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated business. I have been a small business owner for over 40 years. This is the kind of place I want my business customers experience to be like. I will start by saying. Do not take your devise to Fixenter. They are not a reputable, trustworthy, honest business. I took an Apple Watch to have screen fix. The screen was loose. Brennan told me he could fix it because he has seen a lot of videos on Youtube teaching him the repairing methods. That should have been my first red flag. He kept watch for 2 weeks just to have screen fixed, nothing was wrong with the actual watch. I kept calling and he would tell me he was still working on it. I dropped by one day and saw him gluing a part in the inside working part of the watch. He told me something had come loose. I picked up the watch without any repairs to the screen. The watch had a loose part and a totally cracked screen. I told him that the screen was not mine. He said that screens always get cracked somewhat during repairs. Brennan refused to give me my original screen, which did not have a single crack. I lost a good and expensive Apple Watch at his hands. Please do not make the same mistake I made. so I went here with my Xbox because it stopped displaying the image on the tv. they told me they had to order parts and they would contact me when It was done. this was over a year ago. nobody ever reached out to me and sometime later I went back to the store and they told me it had been burglarized and they did not know if they had my console or not but they would look and contact me. nobody ever did and no options were given to me if they did not. so a year later I go back just to see if they had any more information as nobody ever spoke to me sbout anything regarding my console. they told me again they would look for my console. a few days later I go back again to see if they found it or not or what my options were and they said they did have it and it still had the repair parts taped to it and was not repaired and was told to give them a few days and they would contact me when it was done. now 5 days after that nobody has reached out to me and my console is still not repaired. this process has gone on for over a year and has been to say the least a very unpleasant experience. poor communication well no communication was ever exchanged unless I initiated it. very unclear with the status of anything or options for the situations I could fall into. never received anything on what it would cost for any service. I am quite unhappy and honestly extremely upset with the service provided with them handling a 400-500 dollar console. I can't say i would ever bring anything here again not that it would matter to them I think they have clearly displayed that I am of no importance to them as a customer. I just hope I can at least get my console back in one piece or at all at this point. read more
