Go somewhere else, waste of money! So many people had my SAME exact problem so the fact they won't even refund me and they blamed me is horrible I broke my phone and used my last 120$( thats including the screen protector) to get my phone fixed. It was an emergency as i was going out of town and they were one of the closest places opened on a Sunday. They fixed it quickly. I did not want to provide my password as i have had bad experiences giving my password when people fix my phones. After i picked up my phone i called 30 mins later to tell them my phone was glitching and the screen was flashing along with the screen going black sometimes i told them id bring it in Monday. I was unable to bring it in Monday due to my work schedule and working 2 hrs away from Riverside, so i brought it in as soon as i could on Saturday. I left my phone with the woman. Over half an hour later i get a very unprofesional call from the man who works their her husband i asume the first thing he says is " We will not fix your phone for free because you broke the screen, the phone has damages and you'll have to pay ill give you a 50% discount etc" So we get into it and i told him the screen is intact completely and i called the same day a few minuets later because i was having problem. He stated the glass screen protector was broken and he wasnt going to do it for free. I told him the cheap protector i got for them had a chip so i picked at it to try and smooth it out because the glass kept snagging me. I was attemptig to take it off but i did not because i did pay 10 dollars for it. That resulted in a small tiny crack. He stated because of that he would not fix it even though my actual screen looked perfect. I was so so upset. So because they didnt put the screen back in the first place. They told me to come in to see if the wires were lose and causing that to happen so i said ok. I went in they said it was the screen that was faulty and they were not going to do it for free because i didnt come in when i said i was on monday even though i reported the problem as soon as they gave me the phone back. SO im now stuck with my phone like this till i can afford to go somewhere else. This has never in my life happened to me, they must have cheap screens even if its a one off situation they should have fixed it for me.. So upseting a waste of money i can hardly use my phone I need my phone for work so now im out of a second job because it glitches so bad worst mistake ever going to them.. read more

Total waste of time and Money! I am using my husbands phone to leave this review because mine doesn't work. Got screen replaced on Sunday before leaving for vacation and within HOURS the screen began flickering. By Friday the phone went completely black and will not come back on! My phone was working fine until they touched it. Now I'm in another country with a broken phone! I call and her first question to me is what did I do. I should have known not to let them fix my phone when I heard other customers calling and complaining while I was there! Idk if I even want them to fix it now. Yea great hours or whatever...but the service? Not their fault the phone was not fixable? but it took them from sept 19th-28th to tell me that phone had water damage. They already knew, i already knew what HAPPEN to the phone because i TOLD them it was sent to the laundry. They said either they would call me the next day or that same night i took the phone which i didnt hear from them until i called 2 days after thats beacause i called them. Who ever i spoke with did not know what was wrong with the phone and every time i called the technician was never there..The cell phone i brought in wasnt mine, it was a patient's and their love one were not having it they wanted their phone. I am sure anyone that would think their phone can be restored and know nothing about what is going on will make them go crazy 10days without a phone is a long time they should of know what was wrong with it if they were doing their job. They never kept me updated and when i spoke to someone on the 26th said phone is not fixable come pick it up on the 27th because phone is still open apart come after 3pm, I forgot showed up, i went on the 28th after 5pm and for them to tell me to come back in 45min because the tech will be there in 45min to put the phone together..like i need to go pick up my kids from their after school program and run errands. I understand that is not their problem but they are running a business and my experiance was inappropriate. You guys should have handled this in a diffrent way. I did tell you guys what was wrong with the phone, am guessing that they did nothing to the phone to clean the water they let it sit there for a week, by then am sure phone is a total loss. when there is water exposure dont you have try cleaning the phone no later then 48hrs? I took the phone right away, did they just push the cell phone asides? All buisness like these are sure can fix cracked screens, thats what their reviews talk about " geting their phone fix cuz it was cracked and got a free screen protector etc" but if you have water exposure DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE! I came down here at about 6:30 on a Sunday evening because I inevitably dropped my phone on its face after months of playing it risky and not using a screen protector or case (stupid, I know). The good news is that these guys were able to fix my jacked up screen in less than half an hour. They charged me about $80 for the repair job, and they added roughly $11 when I told them I wanted a tempered glass screen protector. The owner's a really nice older dude who gave me a free pouch for my phone as well as a handy little doodad that's somehow part phone stand, part stylus, and part pen. Major Scammers! Be Very Careful! Xclusif took some of my iPhone 6s parts, and replaced them with iPhone 6 parts. They didn't put back multiple screws, and instead tried to put my phone back together with packing tape. They didn't glue the screen properly causing it to break. All this fried the mother board and completely broke my phone. I had all of this independently verified by another repair store that was shocked and said this was the worst repair job they had ever seen. Xclusif refused to do anything about it, claiming that because the screen was cracked they were not responsible for any of the other damage. This was after I showed them the written proof the screen damage was from bad gluing. I will be taking them to court. read more

Came in here a few days ago to get my iPhone 6S screen fixed. Singh was super chill and helped me out with that. He fixed my screen in 20 minutes and by the time I came back I found a screen protector and a new case given to me for free with my phone . Really great and fast service.
